Abstract

Penelitian yang dilatarbelakangi oleh kinerja karyawan mengalami kesenjangan antara yang berprestasi dengan karyawan yang biasa aja, sehingga menarik minat peneliti untuk menganalisis hal tersebut. Karya ilmiah ini mempunyai tujuan untuk mengevaluasi penilaian kinerja karyawan dan sistem penilaian kerja yang mengalami pengembangan di industri keramik daerah Bandung dengan metode penelitian dengan pendekatan analisa deskriptif dan kualitatif. Jenis data primer dengan cara membagikan kuesioner kepada bagian personalia dari perusahaan keramik manufaktur di kota Bandung. Berdasarkan hasil olahan data dari kuesioner maka perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan dari faktor pelatihan karyawan yang terampil mengalami peningkatan setiap periode tahun berjalan dengan menggunakan analisis 5W + IH dan SWOT lebih efektif karena dapat menilai kinerja yang lebih komprehensif. Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan ini dapat menghasilkan karyawan industri keramik manufaktur di Kota Bandung merasa puas dan termotivasi untuk bekerja pada industri keramik manufaktur di Kota Bandung yang telah memberikan fasilitas kerja dan memperhatikan kinerja karyawan yang berprestasi, melakukan pendidikan dan pelatihan kepada karyawannya sehingga produktivitas karyawan meningkat.

Abstract

Public services should be accessible to all citizens, including persons with disabilities. However, they still face various forms of discrimination, particularly in terms of physical accessibility and neutral public service policies that do not accommodate their needs. One of the major challenges is the difficulty in using public transportation, which significantly affects their mobility, employment opportunities, and social interaction. This final project aims to design a vehicle door that is accessible and user-friendly for wheelchair users, with a focus on enhancing independent mobility. The design process refers to the VDI 2222 methodology, starting from identifying user needs, developing design concepts, to evaluating the proposed solution. One of the main issues in conventional vehicle design is the door mechanism, which often fails to consider the specific needs of wheelchair users. Common problems include narrow door openings, high floor levels, and unfriendly opening-closing mechanisms. This study proposes several modifications, such as wider door openings, lower floor height, and the use of sliding or automatic doors to improve accessibility. The proposed design is expected to offer a practical and applicable solution that enhances the mobility and quality of life of people with disabilities, especially wheelchair users, in Indonesia.

Abstract

Several errors in the data collection were caused by the manual data entry and bookkeeping that was mostly done by hand. To resolve this issue, work is being done on developing a web application using PHP with the Laravel Framework and a MySQL database. The development methodology that is employed is the Rational Unified Process (RUP), which consists of an Inception phase, an Elaboration phase, an Implementation phase, and a Transition phase that involves Blackbox Testing. This application focuses on automating the book signing and editing processes.

Abstract

Immunization has been proven to be effective in reducing morbidity, disability and death. The government requires the public to undergo immunization, and regulations regarding rights and obligations in administering immunization have been regulated in Minister of Health Regulation Number 42 of 2013. Even though this regulation already exists, challenges arise, especially when Post-Immunization Adverse Events (AEFI) occur, which can haunt Immunization Implementers in carry out his duties. This study intends to explore legal protection and policies for Immunization Implementers based on these regulations in Indonesia. This study method uses a qualitative approach with a focus on normative juridical analysis. The results of the study show that the legal instruments for implementing immunization are adequate, but a lack of understanding of the law often raises concerns about the risk of Adverse Events Post-Immunization.
