Abstract

The objectives of this study were to determine how to apply collaborative learning model through a Computer Supported Collaborative Learning (CSCL) approach for disabled students in vocational schools. The CSCL learning model is a combination of cooperative learning model and the use of computers and the internet as a medium in learning. With increasingly sophisticated technology, individuals in remote locations make it possible to collaborate on-line. Research in the field of Computer Supported Collaborative Learning or commonly referred as CSCL, provides a new experience that Websites is one model that can be used to improve collaboration in learning. Its use in improving collaboration in learning provides an insight that Websites are effectively applicable when it is integrated into learning. As in this study, it was concluded that Collaboration between lecturers and students in using websites provided a good relationship to the improvement of collaboration between lecturers and students. Utilization of this websites made it easy for lecturers and students to share information and interact either in personal or in groups and general. Collaboration activities were not only conducted in the campus environment but anytime and anywhere. The effectiveness and efficiency of using websites as CSCL media with some indicators obtained the assessment of very effective and very good.

Abstract

This study aims to: 1) find out how to Develop Remote Laboratory as a new tool for online and realtime practicum learning in digital electronics; 2) find out how to use Remote Lab that meets the valid, practical and effective criteria. This research is a type of research and development (R&D) where the product can work effectively and be ready to use. The development of hardware and software in the form of Remote Lab media is carried out with an engineering approach where the stages are: analysis, design, implementation, and evaluation. The analysis used in this study is a descriptive analysis that describes the results of development, validator responses and trial results. Analysis of software and hardware is done by considering the minimum specifications, with reference to the development of software for the media that is effective and practical. The use of Remote Lab can be applied at the Vocational School by looking at the results of the development based on the validation of the material experts (Content Aspect of 4.45% with very good category, and the Design Practicum aspect obtained a score of 4.4 with a very good category), validation of media experts (Aspect of Visual Display obtained score 4.47 in the excellent category, real-time aspects obtained a score of 4.5 in the excellent category, programming aspects obtained a score of 4.57 in the excellent category), Analysis of the Effectiveness and Practicality of Using Remote Labs obtained a score of 4.56 with the category very effective, then Practical Assessment of Remote Lab products obtained a score of 4.9 with a very practical category. The creation of online and realtime distance learning practicum systems that can facilitate students who are constrained by distance and inadequate school facilities. Practical equipment so that learning outcomes in practicums can be met according to their competencies.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian adalah untuk mengukur survei kepuasan masyarakat terhadap pelayanan publik di kantor Kecamatan Kota Makassar. dengan mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi Republik Indonesia Nomor 16 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Survei Kepuasan Masyarakat terhadap Penyelenggaraan Pelayanan Publik. Metode penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan jenis penelitian survey. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah insidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 549 orang yang tersebar di 14 kecamatan. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan teknik survei dan wawancara mendalam; instrument yang digunakan adalah angket dan panduan wawancara. Informan dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat pengguna layanan. Sedangkan teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini yaitu teknik statistik deskriptif, yang mana teknik penyajian datanya berupa narasi kalimat, persentase, dan gambar-gambar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penilaian responden pada masing-masing indikator secara umum dinyatakan baik. Nilai pada masing-masing aspek adalah persyaratan 3,03, prosedur 2,90, waktu pelayanan 2,86, biaya/tarif 3,07, produk spesifikasi jenis pelayanan 3,06, kompetensi pelaksana 3,09, perilaku pelaksana 3,03, maklumat pelayanan 3,14, dan penanganan pengaduan/saran/masukan 3,14. Penilaian responden terhadap pada masing- masing kecamatan secara umum juga diyatakan baik. Nilai rata-rata indeks kepuasan masyarakat pada masing-masing kecamatan adalah Kecamatan Mamajang 3,12, Kecamatan Mariso 3,04, Kecamatan Tamalanrea 2,86, Kecamatan wajo 3,18, Kecamatan Tamalate 3,05, Kecamatan Rappocini 2,95, Kecamatan Biringkanayya 2,92, Kecamatan Ujung Tanah 3,15, Kecamatan Tallo 2,96, Kecamatan Manggala 3,02, Kecamatan Makassar 3,03, Kecamatan Ujung Pandang 2,99, Kecamatan Panakukang 2,99, dan Kecamatan Bontoala 3,25.

Abstract

Penelitian berlandaskan pada masalah siswa kurang cakap pada penggunaan alat-alat TIK di sekolah. Hal ini disebabkan oleh kurang dimanfaatkannya fasilitas sekolah serta metode pembelajaran yang tidak mengutamakan pengalaman langsung pada siswa, sehingga pemahaman pada materi menjadi kurang dan keterampilan siswa rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh gambaran Apakah ada pengaruh penggunaan LMS Google Classroom terhadap keterampilan IT siswa pada pembelajaran TIK di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Suppa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen pre-eksperimental dengan melibatkan satu kelompok eksperimen dengan desain the one group pretest- postest design. Variabel terikat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Keterampilan IT siswa dan variabel bebasnya adalah penggunaan LMS Google Classroom. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah tes dan observasi. Tingkat hasil keterampilan IT siswa pada pretest dan postest didapatkan bahwa terdapat peningkatan keterampilan IT siswa setelah diberikan perlakuan berupa pelaksanaan LMS Google Classroom. Tes keterampilan IT siswa dianalisis dengan menggunakan rumus Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test melalui bantuan SPSS 20.0 for Windows. Tampak pada signifikansi nilai Z = -4,669 yang lebih kecil dari 0,05 dari jumlah 40 orang siswa maka sehingga keputusan hipotesis adalah menerima H1 atau yang berarti terdapat perbedaan bermakna antara kelompok pretest dan posttest ini berarti bahwa Ho ditolak dan H1 diterima. Dengan demikian terdapat pengaruh penerapan LMS Google Classroom terhadap Keterampilan IT Siswa di UPT SMP Negeri 1 Suppa.
