Abstract

This study uses an associative explanatory approach to examine the relationship between transformational leadership, organizational culture that supports learning, and the performance of DPRD Experts at the Secretariat of the Central Java Provincial Council. The study population involved 120 experts, with the entire population sampled through the census method. Primary data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 and analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) method. The results of the analysis show that all proposed hypotheses are accepted. This indicates a positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership, organizational learning culture, and expert performance. The more effective the implementation of transformational leadership, the better the development of learning culture in the organization. A strong learning culture also significantly improves expert performance. This finding underscores the importance of transformational leadership in promoting continuous learning in the organizational environment. Effective leadership not only strengthens the learning culture, but also has a direct impact on improving overall HR performance. In other words, good implementation of transformational leadership can be a catalyst for creating a productive and innovative work environment, which ultimately supports the achievement of organizational goals.

Abstract

This study introduces a new paradigm for interdisciplinary empirical legal research by presenting a groundbreaking perspective on the integration and interconnectedness of law and economics. Our research argues for the necessity of this shift. The conventional pragmatic paradigm, which risks fragmenting concepts and methods by reducing meaning to mere data and facts, is eschewed in favor of an integrationinterconnection theory. This paper investigates the theoretical foundations of the proposed paradigm through library research and philosophical inquiry. Our research uncovers two distinct approaches within the new empirical legal studies paradigm. Firstly, the historical approach requires a restructuring of the theory, leading to multidimensional and holistic models. Secondly, the philosophyasasystem approach necessitates method restructuring by utilizing cognitive, holistic, open, and purposeful models. The integration aspect of the paradigm necessitates a comprehensive theoretical restructuring, while the interconnection aspect requires a broadened viewpoint. The historical approach is demonstrated by historical reformation, which encompasses multidimensional and holistic models. In contrast, the philosophyasasystem approach entails methodical reforms through the incorporation of models that focus on cognition, wholeness, openness, and purposefulness. The historical and methodical restructuring prototypes can be seen in the Integrative Legal Theory Model and the Critical Legal Functionalism Model. Our study highlights the significance of incorporating economic behavior into the interdisciplinary framework of empirical legal studies. This will enable a more comprehensive understanding of the complex connections between law and economic dynamics.

Abstract

Abstrak — PT XYZ, sebuah perusahaan farmasi yangmenghasilkan berbagai produk dan suplemen, termasuk OBHX, menghadapi tantangan utama dalam bentuk rendahnyapangsa pasar. Observasi menunjukkan bahwa aspek kualitasproduk menjadi faktor utama yang mempengaruhi masalah ini.Meskipun OBH X memiliki keunggulan dalam variasi fungsidan rasa untuk anak-anak, produk ini kurang kompetitif dalamvariasi rasa untuk dewasa, jenis kemasan, ukuran, dan hargajika dibandingkan dengan pesaingnya. Untuk mengatasitantangan ini, penelitian dilakukan menggunakan pendekatanproduct quality dan model Kano. Dalam analisis yang dilakukan,teridentifikasi 23 atribut kebutuhan yang dikelompokkanmenjadi 6 dimensi product quality, yaitu performance, secondaryfeature, aesthetic, durability, reliability, dan perceived quality.Hasil analisis product quality menunjukkan adanya 9 atributkuat dan 14 atribut lemah dan hasil analisis model Kanodihasilkan 6 atribut berkategori must-be, kategori attractive 7atribut, dan kategori one-dimensional 10 atribut. Berdasarkanhasil integrasi product quality dan model Kano diperoleh 16 TrueCustomer Needs yang merupakan fokus utama dalam upayaproduk OBH X.
