Abstract

PT. CHJRED, this company is engaged in the property sector, it is selling of apartments in West Jakarta. The purpose of writing is to find out that awards and motivation together have an influence on the performance of PT. CHJRED. The method used is kuantitative statistics with the method of collecting interview data and distributing questionnaires through Gforms to all employees. There was an effect on the independent variable of the award (X1) which didn’t have a positive effect on employee performance, the results of the t-test were calculated as 1.594<2.01174 (H0 accepted and Ha rejected). Meanwhile, the independent variable (X2) has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. CHJRED. The results of the t-test count were 7.232>2.01174 (H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted). In the f-test, two variables had an impact on this study, which was seen from the results of 57.593>3.20, that the independent variables of reward (X1) and motivation (X2) simultaneously had a significant effect on the dependent employee performance variable (Y) at PT. CHJRED or H0 was rejected and Ha was accepted. The X1 variable has no effect because employees are not satisfied with the awards given by the company, but employees continue to be motivated to improve their performance, this states that the X2 variable has a positive effect on employee performance.
