Pengembangan Aplikasi Reservasi Kamar Hotel Berbasis Web Erikson Damanik

Teknologi informasi merupakan salah satu teknologi yang sedang berkembang dengan pesat pada saat ini. Dengan kemajuan teknologi informasi, pengaksesan terhadap data atau informasi yang tersedia dapat berlangsung dengan cepat, efisien serta akurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran sebuah model sistem informasi perhotelan menggunakan layanan web, melalui pembangunan sebuah aplikasi reservasi kamar hotel berbasis web. ??? Dengan aplikasi ini, pengguna dapat dengan mudah memperoleh pelayanan dan informasi hotel kapanpun dan dimanapun mereka berada secara on-line. Sistem tersebut mengolah data reservasi kamar baik proses check-in, check-out maupun proses pembuatan laporan-laporan yang dibutuhkan per hari, bulan, maupun per periode. Sistem informasi reservasi dikembangkan dengan motodologi waterfall, dan dibangun dengan bahasa PHP dan PhpMyAdmin sebagai sebuah tools untuk membantu mengelola basis data MySql serta editor Macromedia Dreamweaver. Aplikasi regristrasi kamar hotel ini dapat digunakan sebagai sarana penyedia layanan dan informasi bagi penggunanya baik untuk admin, dan manager hotel dimanapun dan kapanpun mereka berada. Pengguna mendapatkan semua informasi yang akurat karena informasi yang tersedia senantiasa diperbaharui.

Transaksi elektronik menguntungkan karena dapat mengurangi biaya transaksi bisnis dan dapat memperbaiki kualitas pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Walaupun demikian, sering sekali layanan yang ditawarkan melalui media elektronik mudah sekali disalahgunakan oleh pihak ?¢â?¬â?? pihak yang tidak bertanggung jawab. Seperti halnya pada saat terjadi komunikasi yang melibatkan jumlah potongan yang harus dilakukan oleh akun bank tertentu dan penambahan nilai uang pada akun yang lain. Untuk menangani masalah tersebut, salah satunya adalah protokol SSL (Secure Socket Layer) dimana merupakan salah satu protokol untuk berkomunikasi melalui internet, yang artinya SSL berisi aturan untuk menjamin komunikasi yang terjadi aman. Untuk mengimplementasikan SSL tersebut, penulis merancang website payment gateway yang nantinya dapat berguna untuk mendeskripsikan informasi pembayaran dan membandingkan nilai hash yang dikirimkan penjual. Sehingga dengan adanya website payment gateway ini maka pihak customer dan merchant bisa mengetahui bagaimana sebenarnya komunikasi e-commerce berjalan di internet.

Informasi merupakan kebutuhan penting dalam kehidupan masyarakat sekarang. Oleh karena itu pemberitaan menjadi hal penting di dalam penyebaran dan menghasilkan informasi yang dibutuhkan termasuk di dunia entertainment. Banyak masyarakat menaruh perhatian besar kepada dunia hiburan dan aktivitas-aktivitas di dalamnya. Pada awalnya pemberitaan hanya terdapat di media cetak seperti surat kabar dan majalah. Namun, pada perkembangannya kegiataan pemberitaan mulai merambah ke media elektronik dan kemudian media online. Bahkan, sekarang pemberitaan sudah masuk ke era mobile dan semakin berkembang penggunaannya, kegiatan pemberitaan melalui media online khususnya di bidang entertainment, setelah melihat entertaiment yang ada dan dilakukan analisis serta merancang sebuah sistem pemberitaan online yang dapat berjalan di 2 aplikasi yaitu, aplikasi desktop dan aplikasi mobile berbasis Android.

PENGEMBANGAN SISTEM INFORMASI PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE PADA PT. MEDAN TROPICAL CANNING Erikson Damanik

PT. Medan Tropical Canning is a company engaged in the production and export of aquaculture materials and marine catches, such as shrimp, fish, and so on. PT. Medan Tropical Canning manually monitors and maintains production machinery such as calculation of maintenance schedules and replacement of spare parts contained in production machinery. Frequent occurrences of errors in the calculation of maintenance scheduling and replacement of spare parts cause disruption of production activities.To deal with the problem, the authors propose a computerized information system using the STRADIS system development methodology. This information system is a program developed using the Microsoft Visual Basic 2005 programming language, database using Microsoft SQL Server 2000, and Business Objects Crystal Report 10 for report design.With the completion of the developed system, the data inputted will be processed with a database management system so that it can help monitor and maintain production machines and make reports faster and more accurate. The results of this computerized preventive maintenance information system are expected to benefit the company.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of seminars and workshops on the interest of learning softwarre accounting. This research was conducted at Polytechnic of Bisnis Indonesia Pematangsiantar with sample size of 48 students with the determination of the number of samples based on purposive sampling technique, the method used is associative (relationship) which aims to know the relationship between two variabe or more. The analysis technique used is multiple linear analysis. The result of the analysis showed that seminar and wokshop simultaneously influenced positively and significantly to the interest of learning accounting software, but seminar did not affect the interest of studying accounting software, while wokshop partially had positive and significant effect on interest in learning accounting software.

This research was conducted aiming to design a New Student Selection Decision Support System. To help the selection process for new student admissions at the Indonesian Business Polytechnic, a decision support system (SPK) was designed to help the data processing of prospective new students who register using the Weighteded Product (WP) method. This Weighteded Product method is done by using multiplication to link the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must be raised first with the Weighted of the attribute in question. The criteria used in this Decision Support System consist of: capacity, achievement, academic tests, age, and passing scores. From the sample of data examined, the ranking results were found to be the best value of prospective students with a value of 0.0841 and 0.0791.

This study aims to develop a web-based CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system at the company PT. Terus Mega Tara authorized agent of AIWA electronic products. To improve service to customers and establish relationships with customers which have been done manually, it is necessary to build a web-based CRM media that can make it easier for customers to obtain the information services needed without the need to spend a lot of time and money visiting the company concerned This web-based CRM system can increase customer loyalty, provide customer satisfaction and increase the company's business opportunities in facing increasingly advanced business competition. With the existence of a web-based Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system at PT. Terus Mega Tara enables companies to improve services to their customers.

This study aims to overcome the problem of selecting the best customer at Pematangsiantar Subur Graphic Printing. For the smooth running of the printing business, Subur Graphics maintains good relations with consumers by giving rewards to the best customers. In determining the best customer for graphic fertile printing, it is still done manually. To help overcome the problem of selecting the best customer, a decision support system is designed. Web-based decision support system built using the Weighted Product method. This decision support system uses criteria consisting of total shopping, payment method, length of subscription, payment status and total visits. The result of this research is a web-based decision support system with an output consisting of recommendations for the three best customers, namely the first best alternative Pd_Pphn with a vector value of V 0.085, the second best alternative GPIB Maranatha with a vector value of V 0.080, and the third best alternative SPTI_Ib_Mrni with a vector value of V 0.077. With a decision support system for determining the best customer using the weighted product method, Subur Graphic Printing can easily select the best customer.

Modified Union credo is a cooperative-type business entity owned by a group of people in a unifying bond, which agrees to invest their money (shares) so as to create joint capital with decent business results and for productive and welfare purposes. The role of cooperatives is very important in Indonesia, because cooperatives can increase the economic growth of Indonesian society. The loan administration information system (credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar is not yet effective, because it still uses a manual system so that data is easily lost and difficult to find, and the preparation of reports takes a long time. The purpose of this study is to build a system that makes it easier for staff to process data for CUM Caritas HKBP members and improve staff performance to be more efficient and minimize errors in data processing, especially in the loan administration (credit) section of CUM Caritas HKBP. In this research, in the process of collecting data, the researcher used the method of observation, interviews and literature study and the method of system development to be used was the Prototype method. The information system to be designed will be in the form of a web and use the MySQL database. It is hoped that this research can solve the problem of Loan Administration (Credit) at CUM Caritas HKBP Pematangsiantar.

This study aims to solve the problem of grouping books that are most often borrowed at the library and provide priority recommendations for procuring the right books. Currently the priority for procuring books at the Sekolah Tinggi Akuntansi dan Manajemen Indonesia (STAMI) Library is still done manually. To overcome this problem, two methods are used, namely the K-Means method which functions to group books based on the number of book titles and the ELECTRE method which is used to prioritize books to be purchased. The decision support system built using the ELECTRE method utilizes criteria consisting of the number of books borrowed, copies, book prices, and majors. The results of this study are a web-based decision support system consisting of 11 alternatives grouped, namely: Buku-013, Buku-063, Buku-072, Buku-074, Buku-075, Buku-076, Buku-084, Buku - 092, Book-102, Book-122, and Book-125. With this Decision Support System, the Library of the Indonesian College of Accounting and Management can easily prioritize procuring books in the library.
