Abstract

Inclusive education is something that is relatively new in the realm of Indonesian education. This special education is intended for students who require special attention when participating in learning activities due to physical, emotional, mental, social disorders or students who have special intelligence and talent potential. Inclusive education is the implementation of an education system that provides opportunities for students and does not differentiate between children with normal conditions and special needs so that the learning process can be followed in the same educational environment evenly. Inclusive schools are schools that provide inclusive education. This means a school that accepts all students from different backgrounds and abilities in the same class. Inclusive schools also implement an independent learning curriculum. Independent learning is learning that was initially based on educators to become a learning system that is centered on students. independent learning provides free space for children with special needs to be able to explore themselves and the environment. One of the goals of implementing this education is to achieve an even distribution of quality learning systems that are appropriate based on the circumstances, skills and needs of each student and can be realized well. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a library research type. The data collection technique used is literature study. The results of writing this paper aim to find out about (1) inclusive education policies, (2) freedom to learn, (3) the concept of inclusive education

Abstract

The purpose of policy implementation is to set a direction so that policy objectives can be realized. This study aims to describe the policy implementation process, including education policy. Then during the Covid-19 pandemic, it changed the entire structure of human life, especially in the world of education. This requires education to change and adapt quickly to continue the learning process. This journal was written by reviewing related articles about online learning policies which are considered as a solution to continue the learning process when schools are closed to avoid the spread of the virus. However, on the other hand, this policy has had an impact on the process of knowledge transformation, both for students, teachers and parents or families.

Abstract

Program Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan tema Sosialisasi Kesadaran Pajak Sejak Dini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman akan peran penting pajak dalam pembangunan nasional kepada siswa-siswi sekolah tingkat menengah atas. Fokusnya adalah memberikan pemahaman awal tentang pajak sejak dini dan menumbuhkan kesadaran untuk menunaikan kewajiban perpajakan kepada negara, mengingat mereka merupakan generasi penerus bangsa yang perlu mengetahui tentang pajak serta memahami peran penting mereka terhadap penerimaan negara dari sektor ini. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan karena kurangnya pemahaman terkait kewajiban perpajakan di kalangan siswa, serta kurangnya pendidikan dasar tentang pajak dalam kurikulum sekolah menengah. Dengan demikian, tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk melengkapi kekurangan pendidikan perpajakan serta menumbuhkan kesadaran pajak pada generasi muda sejak dini. Melalui kegiatan ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa edukasi perpajakan pada dasarnya sudah bisa dimulai sejak pada saat generasi muda mulai memasuki usia matang. Mereka juga akan belajar bahwa fasilitas umum yang mereka nikmati merupakan hasil dari kontribusi pajak yang digunakan untuk membangun infrastruktur yang bermanfaat bagi masyarakat secara keseluruhan. Dengan demikian pendidikan tentang pajak mungkin sudah saatnya dibangun sejak sekolah level menengah atas, dan bukan lagi hanya menjadi pendidikan khusus tingkat perguruan tinggi atau lembaga kursus independen yang terpisah dari kurikulum sekolah.

Abstract

Islamic boarding schools are Islamic educational institutions that play an important role in shaping the character and morals of students. However, the diversity of social, cultural, and religious backgrounds in Islamic boarding schools often triggers conflict. Conflicts can arise in various forms, such as differences of opinion between students, tension between students and caregivers, and differences in interests in managing Islamic boarding schools. If not managed properly, these conflicts can disrupt the harmony of Islamic boarding school life and reduce the effectiveness of learning. This study aims to analyze the Islamic approach to conflict management in Islamic boarding schools, by highlighting the concept of deliberation (shura), ishlah (reconciliation), ukhuwah Islamiyah (Islamic brotherhood), and justice ('adl) in resolving disputes. The research method used is qualitative with an ethnographic approach, through direct observation and analysis of documents related to conflict management policies in Islamic boarding schools. The results of the study indicate that conflict management based on Islamic values ​​can be an effective solution in maintaining the stability and harmony of Islamic boarding schools. This approach includes preventive strategies by instilling Islamic values ​​from an early age, curative strategies through mediation by kyai or ustaz, and reconstructive strategies that focus on rehabilitating relationships and evaluating pesantren policies. By applying Islamic principles in conflict resolution, pesantren can create a more conducive, harmonious educational environment that is in line with the goals of fostering the character of students

Abstract

The yellow book is a compulsory study in Islamic boarding schools, while Nahwu and Sharraf science are the initial keys to mastering the yellow book. This study aims to describe the acceleration of yellow book learning through the Amtsilati method at Bustanul Ulum Islamic Boarding School. The Amtsilati method offers a new formulation in accelerating the mastery of nahwu and sharraf. With a qualitative case study approach through interviews, observations, and documentation, the results of the study show that this method is effective through the stages of planning, implementation, and evaluation (oral, written, practical tests, and khatam exams). The novelty of this study lies in proving the effectiveness of Amtsilati as an accelerative model, which practically improves the ability to read books, accelerates the understanding of nahwu-sharraf, and strengthens the readiness of students in Islamic boarding schools.

Abstract

Pendidikan karakter menjadi aspek penting dalam kehidupan, terutama dalam konteks pendidikan Islam. Oleh karenanya dibutuhkan adanya figur yang dapat dijadikan teladan dalam upaya menanamkan dan mengembangkan nilai-nilai karakter baik. Kisah tentang Sayyidah Fathimah memberikan inspirasi bagi kita. Beliau memiliki berbagai akhlak terpuji. Berangkat dari pribadi peneliti yang pernah membaca biografi beliau, Sehingga peneliti berisiatif untuk menganalisis bagaimana beliau dapat dijadikan teladan bagi para santriwati di zaman ini. agar menjadi muslimah sejati. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini fokus pada pendidikan karakter dengan menelaah keteladanan Sayyidah Fathimah perspektif Kitab Iqdul Lul Fi Siratil Batul yang secara spesifik merupakan kitab biografi beliau. Fokus dan tujuan penelitian ini 1) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis karakter santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Nuruz Zahro’ Jember. 2) Untuk mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pendidikan karakter santriwati perspektif kitab Iqdul Lul Fi Siratil Batul di Pondok Pesantren Nuruz Zahro’ Jember. Penelitian ini mengunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif, dengan jenis penelitian lapangan atau studi kasus. Dengan sumber data primer dan sekunder. Pengumpulan data mengunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Keabsahan data mengunakan triangulasi sumber, triangulasi data, dan triangulasi waktu. Hasil penelitian dari tesis ini yaitu 1) Santriwati di Pondok Pesantren Nuruz Zahro’ Jember memiliki beberapa karakter negatif, sehingga lembaga terkait menjadikan pendidikan karakter sebagai salah satu prioritas dalam kurikulum pendidikannya. 2) implementasi pendidikan karakter santriwati persprektif kitab Iqdul Lul Fi Siratil Batul di Pondok Pesantren Nuruz Zahro’ Jember diwujudkan dalam kurikulum yang memuat adanya kegiatan dan rutinitas keagamaan serta peraturan pondok terkait pendidikan karakter. Dan secara spesifik menjadikan kitab Iqdul Lul Fi Siratil Batul sebagai landasan atau teori yang digunakan
