Abstract

The author chose the location and research object at the Samatiga Police, West Aceh. Based on initial observations, the author concludes his hypothesis, namely that it is suspected that workload, emotional intelligence and organizational support have an influence on police morale at the Samatiga Police. After carrying out further research, starting from the data collection process to conducting statistical data processing, the results of this research can be concluded as follows. From the results of the ANOVA F test (simultaneous test), the variables X1, X2 and X3 obtained a sig value of 0.001<0.05. So in this case it means that variables X1, X2 and X3 simultaneously (together) have a positive and significant influence on variable Y. So the conclusion is that the hypothesis has been answered, namely Workload, Emotional Intelligence and Organizational Support have a positive and significant influence on Police Job Satisfaction at the Samatiga Police.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of zakat and waqf in driving sustainable economic growth with a focus on their contribution to wealth redistribution and socio-economic empowerment. The research method used is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR), which allows the collection and analysis of relevant studies published in the last five years (2019–2024) from various leading academic databases, such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ProQuest. The SLR process involves several stages, starting from formulating research questions, developing literature search strategies, screening articles based on inclusion and exclusion criteria, to synthesizing key findings. The results of the study indicate that zakat and waqf play a significant role in driving sustainable economic growth through wealth redistribution mechanisms and socio-economic empowerment, with greater contributions when optimized through digitalization and management innovation. The synergy between zakat, waqf, and the national financial system as well as strengthening regulations and public literacy are key factors in increasing their impact. This study emphasizes the importance of cross-sectoral cooperation to ensure that zakat and waqf can be the main driving force in realizing fair, inclusive, and sustainable economic development.

Abstract

Pemanasan global merupakan akibat dari kerusakan lingkungan yang sebagian besar disebabkan oleh aktivitas manusia. Hal ini ditandai dengan meningkatnya suhu rata-rata di atmosfer, laut, dan daratan bumi. Dampaknya, termasuk perubahan iklim, semakin parah dan mengancam kehidupan semua makhluk, terutama manusia. Salah satu cara untuk mengurangi dampak lingkungan dari bangunan adalah dengan menerapkan konsep BGH (Bangunan Gedung Hijau) yang menekankan penggunaan energi nol serta pemanfaatan sumber energi terbarukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji sejauh mana penerapan prinsip bangunan hijau selama tahap konstruksi, mengacu pada Peraturan Menteri PUPR Nomor 21 Tahun 2021. Peraturan ini menetapkan kriteria penilaian yang menghasilkan poin untuk menentukan apakah bangunan layak mendapatkan sertifikasi Pratama, Madya, atau Utama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, studi dokumen, dan kajian literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa RSUD Tanjung Redeb memperoleh skor sebesar 90,78 poin atau setara dengan 55,02%, sehingga berhasil mendapatkan sertifikat BGH tingkat Pratama.
