Abstract

In today's digital era, the development of Database Management Systems (DBMS) explores the important role of storing, managing and accessing data efficiently. This research aims to analyze the DBMS development process using MySQL. Initial planning, where business needs and data requirements are identified. The database structure is then designed by considering normalization and relationships between entities. After installing MySQL, a database is created with a predetermined design. Next, the table is implemented by setting the columns, data types, and primary/foreign keys. User access rights are defined to ensure data security, and functions and stored procedures are implemented to facilitate complex data processing. Indexes are added to improve query performance. Backup and recovery management is an important focus in ensuring data continuity. Application integration is carried out by matching the application interface with the database system using the MySQL API or driver. This research presents a systematic guide for DBMS development using MySQL. Overall, using MySQL as a database management system offers flexibility, high performance and reliable security to support business needs in storing and managing data.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi variabel yang mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen E-Commerce shopee pada masyarakat di Kecamatan Batang Toru Tapanuli Selatan. Untuk populasi penelitian,ini menggunakan rumus lemeshow dan sampelnya terdiri dari 96 orang responden. Hasil uji F nilai Fhitung 32,498 > Ftabel 2,70 dengan signifikan <0.001b < 0,05 menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga, kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen secara bersamaan. Secara parsial harga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dengan nilai thitung > ttabel 2,066 >1,986 dan signifikan sebesar 0,042 < 0,05. Kualitas produk juga berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dengan nilai thitung > ttabel 2,407 > 1,986 dan signifikan sebesar 0,018 < 0,05 dan Promosi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Loyalitas Konsumen dengan nilai thitung > ttabel 5,181 > 1,986 dan signifikan sebesar <0,001 < 0,05.

Abstract

This study highlights the comparison of customer satisfaction with two main aspects of restaurant services, namely food quality and service quality. The study was conducted at all branches of Get Steak Restaurant in Medan City with a quantitative approach. The results show that food quality received a more positive response than service, although both were in the "Good" category. Customers consistently appreciated the aspects of taste, presentation, and price suitability of food. Meanwhile, the service aspect still needs improvement, especially in terms of speed and consistency. This finding confirms that excellence in food quality needs to be balanced with improvements in service quality in order to create more optimal customer satisfaction.

Abstract

The development of an online business is getting faster, making the Shopee Marketplace the most in visitor sales centers in August 2022 according to Similarweb. Consumer Satisfaction on the Shopee marketplace can be affected by the Service Quality, Product Features, and good Promotion. The purpose of this study is to determine the Service Influence Analysis, Product Features, and Promotional against Consumer Satisfaction on the Shopee Marketplace. The population in this study were all users of the Shopee marketplace, as well as Sample in this study were 100 respondents. The techniques used in sampling are total sampling technique. Data collection uses instruments that form a questionnaire through google form to get results from the research variable. In this study, the data analysis technique used by using SmartPLS software (Least Square partial) which is an analysis of the structural equation which is based on variant can simultaneously test the structural model. The test results in this research hypothesis prove that the Quality Service Variables, Product Features, and Promotion has a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction.
