Abstract

In this discussion, the researcher examines related forms or ways in living multicultural values, with cooperation between religious believers, because cooperation will foster tolerance, which is already supposed to be done by every human being, because humans are social creatures, which certainly need others, and here the researcher discusses using the perspective of multicultural Qur'an studies. In this discussion, the researcher uses qualitative research methods, which rely on literature review, with inductive research analysis. The source used by researchers is the Qur'an, which serves to explain, strengthen and prove that the form of multicultural values, in fact, is already contained in the Qur'an. The results of this study are, that in the life of mankind there are multicultural values, one of which is to revive the concept of tolerance and also a form of cooperation between religious believers, this is done to create a harmonious life among religious believers, and this has also been explained in the Qur'an, especially related to the attitude of tolerance between humans, or between religious believers. This form of cooperation between religious believers is actually allowed, but in order to still pay attention to the signs or restrictions that must be obeyed, especially about anything related to the rules of worship in each religion, or matters concerning principles in a religion and belief.

Abstract

In this discussion, researchers get a contemporary problem related to the occurrence of some deviations, caused by the lack of knowledge about religious teachings and manners in this day and age, one of which is to ignore the business of asking permission, small things that are underestimated will cause other bad things, such as minors who fall into adultery, promiscuity, until moral damage. The result of accidentally seeing what is not yet supposed to be seen, due to lack of knowledge in terms of the importance of asking permission. Therefore, the researcher will study the concept of adab and the command to ask permission in the Qur'an, using the maudhui tafsir approach, which the researcher uses is a qualitative method using literature studies. Instructions in Surat An-Nur, according to Abd al-Hayy Al-Farmawi about ethics in doing isti'dzan is the obligation to first ask permission to the owner of the house if it will be a guest, say hello, and return home if the owner of the House does not want to receive guests, and there are also Ethics in entering public and special houses, especially in doing isti'dzan in private homes. As for the results obtained from this discussion, it is important to put forward all forms of procedures and ethics or morals in doing something, one of which is to get used to asking for permission, and follow all existing norms. Because if small things like this have been ignored, then there will be various forms of bigger problems, and various other deviations appear. Especially in the case of the isti'dan manners practiced in families living in one house. Because it is very fatal if from an early age it is not accustomed to start behaving with good morals. The urgency is to, avoid the presence of things that are not desirable, and maintain Muru'ah or honor of others. Pada tema ini peneliti mendapatkan sebuah permasalahan kontemporer terkait terjadinya beberapa penyimpangan, yang disebabkan oleh minimnya pengetahuan tentang ajaran agama dan sopan santun pada zaman sekarang ini, salah satunya adalah dengan menghiraukan urusan meminta izin, hal kecil yang disepelekan akan menimbulkan hal buruk lainnya, seperti anak di bawah umur yang terjerumus ke dalam perbuatan zina, pergaulan bebas, sampai kerusakan moral. Akibat tidak sengaja melihat apa yang belum seharusnya dapat dilihat, akibat kurangnya pengetahuan dalam hal pentingnya meminta izin. Oleh karena itu peneliti akan menelaah terkait konsep adab dan perintah untuk meminta izin dalam Al-Qur’an, menggunakan pendekatan tafsir maudhui, yang peneliti gunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan kajian kepustakaan. Petunjuk dalam Surat An-Nur, menurut Abd Al-Hayy Al-Farmawi tentang etika dalam melakukan isti’dzan adalah kewajiban untuk terlebih dahulu meminta izin kepada pemilik rumah jika akan sedang bertamu, mengucapkan salam, dan kembali pulang jika pemilik rumah tidak ingin menerima tamu, dan juga terdapat etika-etika dalam memasuki rumah umum dan khusus, terutama dalam melakukan isti’dzan dalam rumah pribadi. Adapun hasil yang diperoleh dari pembahasan ini adalah pentingnya untuk mengedepankan segala bentuk tata cara dan etika atau akhlak dalam melakukan sesuatu, salah satunya adalah dengan membiasakan diri untuk meminta izin, dan mengikuti segala norma-norma yang ada. Karena jika hal kecil seperti ini telah diabaikan, maka akan timbul berbagai bentuk permasalahan yang lebih besar, dan muncul berbagai penyimpangan-penyimpangan lainnya. Khususnya dalam adab isti’dzan yang dilakukan dalam keluarga yang tinggal di dalam satu rumah. Karena sangat berakibat fatal jika sejak dini tidak dibiasakan untuk memulai berakhlak dengan akhlak yang baik. Urgensinya adalah untuk, menghindari adanya hal-hal yang tidak diinginkan, dan menjaga muru’ah atau kehormatan orang lain.

Abstract

It can be said that the rules of interpretation are guidelines compiled by scholars with in-depth study in order to obtain maximum results in understanding the meanings of the Qur'an, the laws, and various kinds of guidance contained therein. In this discussion, the author tries to explain with the aim of how to understand the utterance of nash. The discussions are detailed in such a way according to its importance in capturing the divine messages, especially the nash of the Qur'an, and it should be underlined that the rules of tafsir include many parts, one of which is the theory in the realm of Usul Fiqh science which is part of the Islamic branch of Science which broadly discusses how to explore and bring up the Shari'ah law from the nash in the Qur'an. The method used by researchers is a qualitative research method, which relies on the study of literature sourced from several books and journals. The result of this discussion is that learning the Arabic language is an urgency or an absolute requirement to draw meaning from the message of the Qur'an, because in studying the science of Usul Fiqh, in fact, it will never be separated from the Arabic language, in understanding the utterance in terms of its meaning, both clear and unclear. Pronouncements that can not be interpreted clearly or mubham, that's what causes a lot of differences in interpretation of the statement and it is important to be studied more deeply

Abstract

In this discussion, the researcher will explain the lag in developing a multicultural Islamic education curriculum in Islamic educational institutions, especially in disadvantaged areas or in remote villages. Here researchers use qualitative research methods that rely on the study of literature. This study aims to identify the factors of underdevelopment of curriculum development in rural areas and find effective solutions and strategies to address these problems. The results of this study indicate that the underdevelopment of multicultural Islamic education curriculum development in Islamic educational institutions in rural areas is caused by several factors, including lack of support from the government and the community, as well as the lack of quality of Education received by teachers and students. Therefore, this study recommends that the development of multicultural Islamic education curriculum should be carried out more comprehensively and pay attention to local needs and culture. In addition, the study also recommends that governments and communities should provide better support to Islamic educational institutions in rural areas to improve the quality of Education received by learners.

Abstract

Regeneration of leadership that is less structured in some boarding schools is a challenge in maintaining the quality of the institution. One of the main factors contributing to this problem is the weak regeneration system. This study aims to analyze the application of transformative leadership in the regeneration system in Pondok Modern Darussalam Gontor and its impact on the development of multicultural Islamic education. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach to data collection techniques through the study of literature and analysis of regeneration systems and educational innovation in Gontor. The results showed that transformative leadership in Gontor was able to integrate Islamic values with a modern multicultural-based approach. The regeneration Model applied includes value and character education, habituation, santri organization system, and sustainable leadership training. This transformative leadership contributes to the development of Islamic education that is innovative, inclusive, and relevant to global demands. The implications of this study indicate that the success of the regeneration system in Gontor plays a role in maintaining the existence of the institution for almost a century and producing alumni who take part in various fields, including politics, education, and social. The study provides an academic contribution in understanding the role of transformative leadership in Islamic education as well as offering recommendations for other Islamic educational institutions in adapting the model of regeneration as a strategy to ensure continuity of leadership and maintain the relevance of education in the modern era.

Abstract

A strong family is the foundation of a harmonious and prosperous society. However, the increasing cases of domestic violence indicate ongoing problems in family dynamics, which may be influenced by the imbalance of education between husband and wife. Such disparities can lead to misunderstandings and conflicts that threaten household harmony. This study aims to explore the role of Islamic da'wah in preventing domestic violence by promoting balanced education and strengthening awareness of the rights and responsibilities between spouses. Using a qualitative approach through a literature review of key Islamic sources—such as Qur’anic interpretation (tafsir), hadith, and works of contemporary Muslim scholars—this research highlights the moral and ethical teachings of Islam on compassion, justice, and mutual responsibility in family life. The findings show that Islamic da'wah that emphasizes understanding of balanced education, respectful communication, and the internalization of Islamic values can significantly contribute to reducing the potential for domestic violence and fostering harmonious families. Unlike previous studies that focused primarily on doctrinal aspects, this study offers a novel perspective by emphasizing the transformative role of da'wah in promoting educational equality within the family. Thus, reinforcing Islamic da'wah becomes a strategic step in addressing the complexity of modern family challenges.
