Abstract

Business opportunities are very open, of course they must be able to meet the standards required by the hotel industry. To meet these needs, of course laundry services must have very good planning. This research aims to analyze the financial planning of Luxury Laundry with several measurements such as 1) Financial Report Projections (2) Investment Feasibility Analysis (3) Liquidity Ratios (4) Solvency Ratios (5) Profitability Ratios (6) Activity Ratios. The method used in this research is qualitative method. This research is included in descriptive research because this research aims to describe one incident, namely financial planning at Luxury Laundry. The data source in this research is the financial report at PT Luxury Indah Jaya. Then the instruments used to collect data are observation, interview and documentation instruments. The results of this research show that the NPV value of Luxury Laundry is 12,376 with an IRR of 20.32%. In addition, the rate of return on this investment is 3 years and 8 months. From the results of this research, it can be concluded that the Luxury Laundry business is good enough to be realized.

Abstract

Era digital banking yang semakin berkembang pesat memaksa perbankan untuk berlomba-lomba menciptakan layanan terbaik yang mampu memenuhi harapan konsumen terhadap layanan digital agar dapat mempertahankan loyalitas konsumen kepada bank. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menguji pengaruh Perceived Risk, Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust, dan Attitude Towards The Service terhadap Intention To Use. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah PLS-SEM dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Smart-PLS 4.0. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah nasabah perbankan swasta yang menggunakan layanan digital banking di wilayah DKI Jakarta, sehingga untuk memenuhi sampel yang dibutuhkan pada penelitian ini diawali dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan google form, 30 responden sampel pre test dan post test didapatkan sebanyak 192 responden. Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa variabel Perceived Risk tidak berpengaruh terhadap Attitude Towards the Service. Sedangkan variabel Perceived Usefulness, Perceived Ease of Use, Trust dan variabel Attitude Towards the Service berpengaruh positif terhadap Intention to Use. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi perbankan dalam menganalisis apa saja faktor yang diperlukan untuk meningkatkan niat konsumen terhadap digital banking sehingga nasabah menjadi loyal terhadap bank

Abstract

Efficient logistics and warehousing operations heavily rely on effective material handling and cleaning processes. The utilization of equipment like lifting scissors, hand stackers, and forklifts is crucial for the safe and smooth movement of raw materials, finished products, and heavy cargo within these facilities. Nevertheless, the substantial financial outlay for such equipment presents a significant hurdle for businesses in this industry. Despite this capital-intensive challenge, the logistics and warehousing sector has witnessed substantial growth, primarily driven by the e-commerce surge ignited by the COVID-19 pandemic. The escalating demand for online shopping has exerted considerable pressure on supply chains, necessitating expanded warehousing and transportation infrastructure. Human Resource Planning (HRP) involves strategically allocating and optimizing human capital within an organization. This process aligns with short, medium, and long-term objectives by determining the necessary workforce to meet operational requirements. HR planning translates organizational goals into specific human resource targets, ensuring the availability of skilled personnel to support business operations. LogisMe has a flexibility of working style and hours which combines both offline and online / remote working styles empowered with virtual office and Employee Self Service (ESS). The company also supports for employees work-life balance and rewards.

Abstract

Logistics and warehousing companies are often faced with a dilemma due to the high cost of procuring heavy equipment. Although demand for logistics services continues to increase, especially after the Covid-19 pandemic, many companies are struggling to meet their equipment needs. This document outlines the operational strategy plan for LogisMe, a Material Handling Rental Services startup company. The plan leverages a virtual office model for increased efficiency and utilizes a staged workshop rollout across Indonesia to serve customer needs. LogisMe offers rental units and an integrated monitoring portal platform (SaaS) with customizable modules for enhanced customer experience. The key focus is achieving a 90% Service Level Agreement (SLA) through efficient operations and effective quality management practices aligned with ISO standards. The ultimate goal is to become a market leader in innovative, environmentally friendly, reliable, and high-tech rental solutions for material handling, cleaning equipment, and logistics systems.

Abstract

The use of coconut shells as a renewable alternative fuel has great potential to support the clean energy transition and environmental sustainability. As one of the largest coconut producing countries in the world, Indonesia has abundant resources that can be processed into energy products such as briquettes, charcoal, and bioenergy. However, the success of this utilization requires mature human resource (HR) planning to ensure the availability of competent workers, high productivity, and empowerment of local communities. This study aims to analyze the strategic role of HR planning in supporting the development of the coconut shell-based fuel industry. The method used involves a descriptive-qualitative approach, which includes identifying workforce needs, developing training, and collaborative strategies between the government, private sector, and local communities. Effective HR planning can increase the efficiency of the production process, open new jobs, and empower rural communities. In addition, synergy between stakeholders is key to creating a sustainable work ecosystem. Thus, the use of coconut shells as an alternative fuel not only contributes to reducing carbon emissions but also encourages local economic growth

Abstract

Pemanfaatan tempurung kelapa sebagai bahan bakar alternatif terbarukan memiliki potensi besar dalam mendukung keberlanjutan energi dan pengurangan ketergantungan terhadap bahan bakar fosil. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor internal yang memengaruhi pemanfaatan tempurung kelapa serta merumuskan strategi pemasaran yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya saing produk berbasis biomassa ini. Pendekatan pada penelitian ini dilakukan  secara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dimana analisis data kualitatif untuk memahami faktor eksternal (seperti regulasi, pasar, dan lingkungan) dan analisis kuantitatif untuk perencanaan operasional. Selain itu, pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dari pelaku industri, petani kelapa, serta konsumen potensial. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor internal yang berperan signifikan meliputi ketersediaan bahan baku, efisiensi produksi, serta kualitas produk yang memenuhi standar ramah lingkungan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis, strategi pemasaran yang direkomendasikan mencakup peningkatan kesadaran konsumen melalui edukasi tentang manfaat bahan bakar berbasis tempurung kelapa, optimalisasi saluran distribusi, serta penerapan strategi harga yang kompetitif. Dengan implementasi strategi yang tepat, pemanfaatan tempurung kelapa sebagai bahan bakar alternatif dapat lebih diterima di pasar dan berkontribusi dalam pengembangan energi berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi keuangan yang optimal dalam perencanaan bisnis Klinik Delka, sebuah klinik yang didirikan untuk menyediakan layanan kesehatan khusus bagi penderita diabetes. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengevaluasi berbagai aspek keuangan, termasuk perencanaan anggaran, pengelolaan sumber daya, dan strategi pembiayaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan keuangan yang efektif sangat penting untuk memastikan keberlanjutan dan pertumbuhan Klinik Delka. Analisis terhadap proyeksi pendapatan dan pengeluaran mengungkapkan bahwa pengelolaan biaya operasional, investasi awal dalam infrastruktur dan peralatan medis, serta alokasi dana untuk program edukasi pasien merupakan faktor kunci dalam strategi keuangan klinik. Kesimpulannya, strategi keuangan yang efektif untuk Klinik Delka harus mencakup perencanaan anggaran yang komprehensif, pengelolaan sumber daya yang efisien, serta diversifikasi dan inovasi dalam sumber pendapatan. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini memberikan panduan bagi manajemen Klinik Delka dalam merumuskan dan menerapkan strategi keuangan yang dapat mendukung pertumbuhan dan keberlanjutan bisnis klinik.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi operasional yang optimal dalam perencanaan bisnis Klinik Delka, sebuah klinik yang didirikan untuk menyediakan layanan kesehatan khusus bagi penderita diabetes. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan kuantitatif, dengan menggabungkan survei, wawancara mendalam, dan analisis data sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi operasional yang efektif memainkan peran kunci dalam memastikan efisiensi dan kualitas layanan di Klinik Delka. Beberapa faktor penting yang diidentifikasi mencakup pemilihan lokasi klinik yang strategis, pengelolaan alur kerja yang efisien, penggunaan teknologi informasi untuk manajemen pasien, dan pelatihan serta pengembangan staf medis. Strategi operasional yang diusulkan meliputi implementasi sistem manajemen klinik berbasis teknologi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi administrasi dan pemantauan pasien, serta penerapan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) yang ketat untuk menjaga kualitas layanan. Selain itu, pengembangan program pelatihan berkelanjutan bagi tenaga medis dan staf pendukung juga dianggap krusial untuk meningkatkan kompetensi dan kinerja.

Abstract

The problem faced in this study is the low capacity of financial planning in the utilization of coconut shells as a renewable alternative fuel in Riau Province, which hinders the optimization of resources and sustainable economic development. The purpose of this study is to improve the capacity of financial planning of partners in managing the utilization of coconut shells so that they can support the production of environmentally friendly alternative fuels. The methods used include training and technical assistance to partners related to financial planning, resource management, and periodic evaluation of program implementation. The results of the study showed the creation of new job positions and workforce involvement, as well as significant contributions to reducing carbon emissions and local economic growth. The impact of this program is an increase in the capacity of financial planning of partners, an increase in the economic welfare of the community through job creation, and the formation of strong synergy between the government, private sector, and local communities to support the sustainability of the program. Supply chain optimization and production quality improvement need to be continuously carried out to increase product efficiency and competitiveness. In addition, training and capacity building programs must be expanded so that more partners and communities can be involved and feel the benefits. Periodic monitoring and evaluation also need to be implemented to ensure target achievement and continuous improvement.

Abstract

PT. Fear Densu Farm is a manufacturing company engaged in the eucalyptus oil industry in Indonesia, with a cutting-edge technology-based approach that utilizes the Internet of Things (IoT). This business planning project is designed to create a sustainable, efficient, and innovative eucalyptus oil ecosystem through the integration of digital technology into every aspect of its operations to address the imbalance between demand and supply of eucalyptus oil in Indonesia. This business is rooted in Indonesia's great potential as a producer of essential oils, including eucalyptus oil. With a tropical climate and abundant natural resources, Indonesia has the capacity to become a global leader in this industry. However, various challenges still hinder the progress of this sector, such as low quality raw materials, lack of efficiency in the production process, and dependence on imports to meet domestic needs.
