Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of compensation and work environment on turnover intention, with job satisfaction as an intervening variable, among drivers/helpers at PT. Pancaran Energy Transportasi. The research employs a quantitative approach with a population of 114 drivers/helpers in the company. The analysis method used is path analysis, utilizing a Likert scale in the questionnaire. The research results indicate that compensation and work environment have a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction. Compensation also has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, while the work environment does not have a direct significant impact on turnover intention. Job satisfaction also does not have a direct significant impact on turnover intention. Furthermore, compensation and work environment directly and significantly influence turnover intention through job satisfaction.

Abstract

Pengembagan sumber daya manusia merupakan suatu kegiatan yang harus dilakukan oleh setiap organisasi baik organisasi bisnis maupun organisasi non bisnis termasuk Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM). UMKM merupakan pilar penting pembangunan ekonomi Indonesia terus didorong agar dapat naik kelas, sehingga bisa memberikan kontribusi lebih besar bagi perekonomian. Untuk itu setiap pelaku UMKM harus selalu meningkatkan kemampuannya seuai perkembangan jaman terutama dalam menghadapi persaingan yang semakin ketat terutama perkembangan globalisasi. Untuk itu pelaku UMKM di Lingkungan RT012/09 Kebayoran Lama Utara, Kebayoran Lama, Jakrta Selatan telah menikuti penyuluhan tentang pengembangan sunber daya manusia UMKM yang hasilnya bahwa peserta menjadi sangat memahami btepa pentingnya pengembangan sumber daya manusia dalam meningkatkan keberhasilan UMKM

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Budaya Organisasi, Kepemimpinan, Lingkungan Kerja dan Motivasi sebagai variabel intervening terhadap Kinerja Dosen Politeknik di Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menganalisis data dari sampel sebanyak 99 dosen yang diambil dengan menggunakan metode stratifikasi random sampling dari populasi sebanyak 132. Dosen tersebut adalah dosen yang mengajar pada Politeknik di Kota Bekasi. Pengambilan data dilakukan mulai dari Januari-Maret 2019. Analisis data menggunakan model SEM dengan menggunakan program AMOS versi 22,0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan Budaya Organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap motivas, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap motivasi, Motivasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja dosen, Budaya organisasi berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen melalui motivasi, Kepemimpinan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen melalui motivasi dan Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja dosen melalui motivasi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencari pengaruh antara budaya organisasi, kompetensi dan kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan RS Cikunir, dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel interveningnya. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan RS Cikunir sebanyak 180 orang dengan sampel sebanyak 124 orang. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik Propotional Random Sampling . Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian kausal Kuantitatif (meneliti pada populasi atau sampel tertentu, pengumpulan data menggunakan instrument penelitian, analisis data bersifat kuantitatif atau statistik, dengan tujuan untuk menguji hipotesis yang telah ditetapkan). Hasilnya budaya organisasi berpengaruh secara langsung sebesar 0,474 terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompetensi berpengaruh langsung sebesar -2,291 terhadap kepuasan kerja, kompensasi berpengaruh langsung sebesar 0,224 terhadap kepuasan kerja. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung sebesar 0,194 terhadap kinerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung sebesar 0,375 terhadap kinerja karyawan, kompetensi berpengaruh langsung sebesar -1,226 terhadap kinerja karyawan dan kompensasi berpengaruh langsung sebesar 0,100 terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 90 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan analisa yang digunakan adalah Partial Least SquareStructural Equation Modelling (PLS-SEM) dengan bantuan software SmartPLS versi 3.3.3. Hasil evaluasi model struktural (Inner Model) didapatkan nilai R-square kinerja karyawan yaitu sebesar 0,519, artinya 51,9% variabel kinerja karyawan dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel yang diteliti dan sisanya dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak dimasukkan dalam penelitian ini. Hasil uji hipotesis pengaruh langsung dapat disimpulkan bahwa budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee engagement. budaya organisasi dan employee engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil uji pengaruh tidak langsung didapatkan bahawa employee engagement memediasi secara parsial pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan memediasi secara penuh pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of optimism and hope on the performance of nurses through satisfaction at Pondok Indah Hospital. The research methodology is a survey with quantitative analysis techniques and path analysis applied in hypothesis testing. The study was conducted on 226 nurses as a simple random sample. The results of the analysis and interpretation of the data show that: (1) Resilience has a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction, (2) Happiness have a direct and significant effect on job satisfaction, (3) Resilience has a direct and significant effect on nurse performance, (4) Happiness have a direct effect on performance nurses, (5) Satisfaction has a direct effect on nurse performance, (6) Resilience has an indirect effect on nurse performance and (7) Happiness has an indirect effect on nurse performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the variable emotional intelligence and self-efficacy partially or simultaneously on work productivity through work motivation. The population of this study using random sampling is all employees of RSIA Bina Medika taken randomly. The sample data used are 147 samples from 223 employees. The research design is quantitative research. The method of data collection in this research is to conduct surveys and distribute questionnaires using digital forms. In addition, there are several methods of data analysis in this study, namely descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test and path analysis test. The types of data used in this study are primary and secondary data. The results of the simultaneous and partial test prove that the variables of emotional intelligence and self-efficacy on work productivity through work motivation have an effect on each other. This is evidenced by the F test obtained that the calculated F value is 4.330 with a significant level of 0.001 which is smaller than alpha 0.05 (5%). The calculated F produced is 4.330, which is greater than the F table, which is 3.06. Thus, simultaneously emotional intelligence and self-efficacy have a positive and significant effect on work motivation. Thus, simultaneously emotional intelligence, self-efficacy, and work motivation have a positive and significant effect on work productivity.

Abstract

Performance is an important key to the success of an organization, agency or company. Maximum and optimal performance will deliver the entity to the goals set. Organizational performance is highly dependent on individual performance which is influenced by many aspects. The Directorate General of Public Health is the main unit in the Ministry of Health which is responsible for efforts to promote health and community empowerment, nutrition and maternal and child health, health for productive age and the elderly and mental health as well as public health governance. With this main function, the Directorate General of Public Health is the spearhead of health services organized by the state. The Directorate General of Public Health is also inseparable from performance measurement. This study aims to determine the effect of employee competence, compensation and discipline on performance with employee discipline as an intermediary variable. The method used is a quantitative method through a cross sectional approach. The study used a total sampling of 85 respondents and data processing used path analysis and regression analysis. The results of the study show that competence has an effect on employee discipline, compensation has no effect on employee discipline, competence has no significant effect on employee performance, compensation has no effect on employee performance, employee discipline has an effect on employee performance, employee discipline has no significant mediating effect of competence on employee performance, but significantly mediates the effect of compensation on employee performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Office of the Bureau of Planning and Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The research design used is quantitative causal research to determine the effect of the independent variables on the dependent variable. Data collection techniques through observation, questionnaires/questionnaires with a total of 66 respondents from a population of 66 people by conducting validity and reliability tests with multiple linear regression data analysis: F test, t test, and R2 test. The data was processed using the Multivariete Analysis Application with the IBM SPSS 25 Program. The results based on analysis and hypothesis testing show that there is a significant influence between leadership, work environment, and compensation on employee performance at the Bureau of Planning and Organization of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. According to the multiple linear regression analysis test, compensation has a very large influence on employee performance.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the impact of price, promotion, and app usability on purchasing decisions through buying interest as an intervening variable on Pasarnow. The study involves 217 Pasarnow customer respondents, and data is collected through a questionnaire. The analysis utilizes path analysis as a quantitative technique with SPSS 22 & AMOS 24. Findings reveal that the price directly and significantly influences buying interest, as does promotion and app usage ease. Price directly but insignificantly affects purchase decisions. Promotion has no direct impact on purchase decisions, while app usage ease directly and significantly affects them. Buying interest also directly and significantly influences purchase decisions. Additionally, price has an indirect and insignificant effect on purchase decisions through buying interest, similar to promotion and app usage ease.
