Abstract

In the context of higher education, the public concept of students as users of educational services offered to students does not only include academic services related to the learning process, as well as non-academic services related to technical and administrative services. Quality academic and non-academic services are certainly everyone's dream. student. Therefore, the quality contribution of higher education institutions is very necessary in order to provide optimal services to students. A Whole of Government approach is the definition. In relation to services to students, the Whole of Government approach refers to coordination and collaboration that creates synergy between actors that produces educational services. The importance of implementing a holistic approach to higher education is based on two reasons. First, the most important key in creating quality public services is the performance of service providers, so improvements must be made in line with bureaucratic reform. Second, all governments fulfill indicators of commitment to quality which include efficiency, effectiveness, innovation and quality orientation. Considering these two reasons, it is appropriate that the Whole of Government approach be implemented comprehensively in academic and non-academic services at higher education institutions in Indonesia.

Abstract

Mathematics subjects are given since Elementary School/Madrasah Ibtidaiyah at the formal school level. Based on the 2013 Elementary School Content Standards, Mathematics is considered a universal science that will be used as the basis for the development of other sciences. Therefore, for a solid mastery of this knowledge is given early. This research is classroom action research. This research is intended to improve the learning process so that it can improve the cognitive learning outcomes of Mathematics for second graders of MI Citamiang Lakbok. According to Suharsimi Arikunto (2006: 96) classroom action research, namely research conducted by the teacher to the class where he teaches with an emphasis on improving learning processes and practices. Research activities carried out in two cycles. Each cycle is carried out in two meetings. Before carrying out the cycle, the researcher carried out pre-action activities. The process of learning mathematics in class II MI Citamiang Lakbok has increased from only presenting counting techniques to being preceded by concepts. In addition, students are more active in learning activities. The cognitive learning outcomes of MI Citamiang Lakbok class II students also increased. In pre-action only 43% reached KKM. Furthermore, in cycle one it increased to 52% and in cycle two it increased again to 76%. Teachers must better understand how to convey material to students according to the level of student development.

Abstract

One of the problems faced by the teacher is the passivity of students in class, in group study in class to express opinions, it can be said that the students' abilities are not yet fluent. not optimal, Indonesian learning achievement is still low, especially in formative tests, summative students are not yet brave enough to answer questions or express opinions, the use of models or approaches in learning is not maximized. The research model is a procedure that describes how this research is carried out. In this class action research, the researcher used the action research model developed by Kemmis and McTaggart (1990:11). Based on the success indicator, namely 75% of the class population scored above the KKM, the action in cycle II was successful. As many as 16 students (88.89%) scored above the KKM. The learning process is further improved, namely students have done peer tutoring and students are more active in learning activities with the teacher. Giving material that has been repeated makes students understand more about the material presented by the teacher. Students who better understand the meaning of the activities carried out by the teacher help friends who do not understand. Thus cooperative learning is achieved. In the pre-action, the dialogue writing skills of class III MI Puloerang Lakbok students were still low. Students who can achieve KKM are only 3 children (16.67%). After carrying out the STAD-type cooperative learning actions in the first cycle, it produced 8 students (44.44%). Furthermore, in cycle II, there were 16 students (88.89%) who succeeded in achieving the KKM.

Abstract

The problems faced by madrasas in online teaching and learning activities during the emergency period can be mapped into two things, namely technical and non-technical problems. Technical problems are problems related to technical learning problems. Technical problems are divided into two, namely problems faced by students and problems faced by teachers. This research aims to find out the problems faced by madrasas with the implementation of online learning, while also wanting to find a form of solution implemented by madrasas as a way out of these problems. This research is qualitative research with the research object being Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Falah Panumbangan Ciamis. The research setting is Madrasah Aliyah Miftahul Falah Panumbangan, with research subjects being teachers and students. The results of this research show that there are a number of problems faced by teachers and students in implementing online learning. This problem is a weakness of online learning compared to face-to-face learning. So the conclusion is that online learning is only an emergency or emergency exit in an educational process. However, during normal conditions, online learning can be a reinforcement of face-to-face learning, so that learning success can be maximized.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi pencapaian peserta didik dalam pembelajaran merancang dan menullis teks proposal, Minat menulis peserta didik yang masih sangat rendah diera perkembangan teknologi yang sangat pesat ini merupakan tantangan dalam proses pembelajaran terutama pada praktik merancang dan menulis proposal kegiatan. Keterampilan dalam menulis teks proposal yang sesuai dengan kaidah kebahasaan penulisan yang benar juga masih perlu ditingkatkan, Pada penelitian ini dilakukan tindakan kelas dengan menggunakan model Project Based Learning (PjBL) untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis proposal kegiatan kelas XI di SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi Kuningan. Project Based Learning adalah metode pembelajaran yang dapat diterapkan pada semua jenjang pendidikan. Dalam metode pembelajaran ini pendidik berperan sebagai fasiliator. Project Based Learning bertujuan untuk menemukan pemecahan masalah, disamping itu juga agar peserta didik mempelajari konsep cara pemecahan masalah dan mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis. Dalam mempelajari konsep dan kemampuan berpikir kritis tersebut peserta didik bekerja secara bersama‐sama dalam kelompoknya untuk mengkaji masalah-masalah riil. Pembelajaran dengan menerapkan metode pembelajaran ini diharapkan dapat membuat peserta didik menjadi lebih aktif dan kreatif, dengan belajar dari apa yang mereka lihat dari lingkungannya. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu bagaimana penerapan model Project Based Learning dalam pembelajaran teks proposal pada peserta didik kelas XI semester genap SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi tahun pelajaran 2023/2024? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan model Project Based Learning dalam pembelaaran teks proposal pada peserta didik kelas XI semester genap SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi tahun pelajaran 2023/2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dapat ditarik simpulan bahwa model Project Based Learning dapat diterapkan pada peserta didik khusunya pada pelajaran Bahasa Indonesia dengan materi pembelajaran teks proposal. Model ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternatif bagi guru dalam mengajarkan materi Teks Proposal. Kata kunci: menulis; proposal kegiatan; Project Based Learning IMPROVING MOTIVATION AND ABILITY OF 11TH GRADE STUDENTS AT SMA NEGERI 1 LEBAKWANGI IN WRITING PROPOSAL TEXT THROUGH THE PjBL (Project-Based Learning) LEARNING MODEL ABSTRACT This research is based on students' achievements in learning to design and write proposal texts. Students' interest in writing is still very low in this era of very rapid technological development which is a challenge in the learning process, especially in the practice of designing and writing activity proposals. Skills in writing proposal texts that comply with correct linguistic rules of writing also still need to be improved. In this research, class action was carried out using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) model to improve proposal writing skills for class XI activities at SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi Kuningan. Project Based Learning is a learning method that can be applied at all levels of education. In this learning method the educator acts as a facilitator. Project Based Learning aims to find solutions to problems, apart from that, participants also learn the concept of how to solve problems and develop critical thinking skills. In studying concepts and critical thinking skills, students work together in groups to examine real problems. It is hoped that learning by applying this learning method can make students more active and creative, by learning from what they see in their environment. The formulation of the problem in this research is how to apply the Project Based Learning model in learning proposal texts for class XI students in the even semester of SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi for the 2023/2024 academic year? The aim of this research is to describe the application of the Project Based Learning model in teaching proposal texts to class XI students in the even semester of SMA Negeri 1 Lebakwangi for the 2023/2024 academic year. This research uses a descriptive qualitative approach method. Based on the results of data analysis, it can be concluded that the Project Based Learning model can be applied to students, especially in Indonesian language lessons with proposal text learning material. This model can be an alternative for teachers in teaching Proposal Text material. Keywords: writing; activity proposals; Project Based Learning
