Abstract

The increasingly competitive business environment demands a deep understanding of consumer behavior. Consumers influence the demand for products or services, making the analysis of their behavior essential for effective business strategies. This article discusses the use of economic mathematics to systematically and measurably analyze consumer behavior. Quantitative methods with descriptive and inferential analysis are used, with primary data from consumer surveys and secondary data from industry reports and e-commerce platforms. Data analysis involves linear and non-linear regression models as well as machine learning techniques such as logistic regression and decision trees. The results show that price, promotion, product quality, and consumer reviews are key factors influencing purchasing decisions. In the digital era, consumer behavior data is increasingly accessible and can be analyzed with machine learning algorithms and big data. These findings provide insights into how economic mathematics helps optimize marketing strategies and enhance competitiveness. Practical recommendations include optimizing pricing and promotion strategies as well as improving product quality. This research contributes to understanding and leveraging consumer behavior for business success

Abstract

The digital era has brought significant changes in the business sector, especially for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Digital technology, especially E-Commerce platforms, is key in increasing productivity and market access for MSMEs. This community service aims to improve the ability of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors in Kadugede Village to use the E-Commerce platform, especially Shopee Seller. The implementation of the activity involved 10 MSME actors and consisted of four stages, namely socialisation, education, training and evaluation. The method used was Participatory Action Research (PAR). The evaluation was conducted through questionnaires and interviews before and after the training to measure the understanding and application of E-Commerce technology. The results showed that there was a significant increase in participants' understanding of the use of E-Commerce platforms, online store management, promotion strategies, and efficiency in business operations. The participants were able to increase sales by utilising the existing promotional features. In addition, the evaluation showed that participants were satisfied with the training activities. E-Commerce training in a structured and intensively assisted manner is proven to be able to improve the competitiveness of MSMEs.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of FinTech, sustainable banking, and natural resource revenues collectively influencing environmental outcomes in the ASEAN Plus Three region is still scarce. This study uses panel data regression analysis covering nine ASEAN Plus Three countries over the period 2017 to 2021. The findings provide evidence of the significant influence of FinTech, Sustainable Banking, and natural resource revenues derived from sustainable environmental development activities in Plus Three economies. FinTech has a very negative effect on environmental outcomes. In contrast, sustainable banking does not show a statistically significant effect. Natural resource revenues are positively related to environmental degradation. These results highlight the importance of implementing low-carbon technologies to meet carbon neutrality targets in ASEAN Plus Three countries. The findings offer empirical insights for policymakers to prioritize green technologies, reassess fintech's environmental footprint, and strengthen the sustainable banking framework.
