Traditional fishermen are small-scale fisheries with small-scale catches. They are commonly found in coastal areas and become one of the main income source of coastal communities in developing countries. They use simple fishing gear and small boats in fishing, such as outboard motor and non-powered motor. The changing of seasons (arrest and famine) in Makassar Strait Waters Bordered which is directly to the West coastal area of Pare-Pare City of South Sulawesi Province Indonesia result in the change of the catch and income production of the catching business. That affects the change of household income, especially the small-scale fishermen outboard motor. The multiple regression econometrics analysis method with independent variable estimation model qualitative was applied. The census technique was used in this study with the total of 42 respondents. The findings indicate that the age as the characteristics of the fisherman respondents and the difference of residence areas have an effect on the change of household income of small-scale fisherman. Meanwhile the education, family dependent, and the experience of going to sea do not affect the household income. The productive fishermen has a better physical ability to make an optimal capture for the welfare of their family in meeting the needs in their household. JEL Classification: D19, Q18, Q22

In addition to providing food benefits, urban agriculture also has aesthetic benefits. Therefore, a visual assessment of the urban agricultural landscape can be used to measure this aesthetic value. Gender preference is also carried out to see differences in visual assessment. This research was conducted in Makassar City using primary data with 129 respondents consisting of 53 people who had never been to Makassar and 76 people who had been/lived in Makassar. The aesthetic assessment of agricultural landscapes in Makassar City used the Scenic Beauty Estimation (SBE) method with a perceptual dimension. The results showed that the most beautiful urban agricultural landscapes had a high level of preference, namely in various plant gardens and verticultural hydroponic systems. Furthermore, the highest SBE score as a potential attraction was shown by male respondent who had never been to Makassar. Possible urban agricultural landscape resources should receive special attention by arranging them neatly and cleanly so that they have high artistic value to provide beauty and comfort for visitors.JEL Classification: C00; O13; Q19

Nelayan tradisional telah dicirikan sebagai kelompok masyarakat miskin dengan tingkatketergantungan yang tinggi terhadap sumberdaya perikanan. Penelitian yang dilakukan di wilayahpesisir pantai Barat Kabupaten Barru bertujuan untuk mengetahui besarnya perbedaan pendapatannelayan tangkap tradisional dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhinya. Penelitian dilakukandengan metode deskriptif dan metode penjelasan dengan analisis regresi berganda pada data crosssectionpada Tahun 2013. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata pendapatan nelayan tangkaptradisional perahu motor tertinggi terdapat di Kecamatan Balusu sebesar Rp.580.242/ trip dan terendahKecamatan Tanete Rilau sebesar Rp.418.728/ trip. Nelayan perahu tanpa motor pendapatan usahatangkapnya tertinggi pada Kecamatan Tanete Rilau sebesar Rp.250.562/trip dan terendah KecamatanSoppeng Riaja Rp.176.106/trip. Lain halnya perubahan pendapatan usaha tangkap nelayan perahumotor dipengaruhi secara positif oleh harga minyak tanah, lama melaut, umur nelayan, serta secaranegatif oleh harga bensin, pengalaman melaut, dan perbedaan wilayah Kecamatan Barru, artinya setiapperubahan kenaikan harga minyak tanah, lama melaut, umur nelayan serta penurunan harga bensin,pengalaman melaut, dan perbedaan wilayah Kecamatan Barru, maka akan menaikkan/ menurunkanpendapatan usaha tangkap nelayan perahu motor. Pendapatan usaha tangkap nelayan perahu tanpamotor dipengaruhi secara positif oleh pengalaman melaut dan perbedaan wilayah Kecamatan TaneteRilau serta secara negatif oleh lama melaut dan umur nelayan, artinya setiap perubahan bertambahnyapengalaman melaut dan perbedaan wilayah Kecamatan Tanete Rilau serta berkurangnya lama melautdan umur nelayan maka akan menaikkan/ menurunkan pendapatan usaha tangkap nelayan perahumotor. Implikasinya, dalam meningkatkan pendapatan dari usaha tangkapnya nelayan tradisionaldiperlukan adanya dukungan armada laut dan alat tangkap sehingga dari jumlah nelayan yang adadapat meningkatkan jumlah trip penangkapan.Title: Determinants of Traditional Fishing Income in West Coast of Barru RegencyThe traditional fishers have been characterized as a poor community with a high level of dependency on fisheries resources. This research was conducted in the coastal areas of West Barruwith aims to determined the magnitude of differences in traditional fishers income and to analyze theinfluence factors. The study was conducted with descriptive methods and multiple regression analysison cross-section data in 2013. The results showed that the average income of traditional fishers withoutboard motor was highest in the District Balusu Rp580.242/trip and the lowest in the District TaneteRilau Rp418.728/trip. The highest fishers income with non powered was in Tanete Rilau DistrictRp250.562/trip and the lowest was in Riaja Soppeng District of Rp176.106/trip. Another case changes inincome capture fisheries motorboat positively influenced by fuel price, fishing duration, fishers age, andnegatively influenced by gasoline price, fishing experience, and the difference in region District Barru,meaning that any changes to the increase in the fuel price, fishing duration, fishers ages and declinein gasoline prices, fishing experience, and the difference in Barru District, it will increase/decrease themotorboat fishers revenues. Revenues of fishers without motors positively influenced by the experience of fishing and difference in region DistrictTaneteRilau and negatively influenced by fishing experience and fishers ages, meaning that any changes in accumulation of experiences and differences in the District ofTaneteRilau and reduced fishing duration and fishers ages will increase/decrease in operating revenues of fishers fishing motorboat. The implication, increasing the income of their fishing effort required traditional fishing fleets and fishing gear support so that from the number of fishers can increase the number of fishing trips.

This study is a study that aims to determine the effect of population, economic growth, and consumption of renewable energy on CO2 emissions in Indonesia. The type of data used in this study is secondary data and is time-series data from 1990-to 2019. The method of analysis in this study is the Error Correction Model (ECM) which aims to determine the existence of short-term and long-term relationships between the analyzed variables. Based on the results of data analysis conducted in this study, it can be concluded that in the short term population and consumption of renewable energy have no effect on CO2 emissions in Indonesia, while economic growth has a positive effect on CO2 emissions in Indonesia. In the long term, the results obtained are that population and economic growth have a positive effect on CO2 emissions in Indonesia, while consumption of renewable energy has no effect on CO2 emissions in Indonesia.

Perubahan musim di Perairan Selat Makassar yang berbatasan langsung dengan wilayah pesisir pantai Barat Kabupaten Takalar mengakibatkan perubahan jumlah tangkapan sehingga berdampak pada pendapatan usaha tangkapnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh lama melaut, kekuatan mesin tempel, karakteristik respoden terhadap pendapatan nelayan tangkap. Analisis data menggunakan Ordiary Least Square (OLS) dari data cross-section yang bersumber dari data primer Tahun 2016. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa lama melaut dan ukuran kekuatan mesin tempel berpengaruh positif terhadap pendapatan nelayan tangkap tradisional di Kabupaten Takalar. Sedangkan karakteristik respoden berupa umur, pendidikan terakhir, tanggungan keluarga, dan pengalaman melaut tidak berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan nelayan tangkap tradisional.Kata kunci: pendapatan; nelayan; tradisional

This activity is expected to help the students understand the processing techniques in inserting econometric data with EViews 9 program and can make decisions in analyzing the results as well as present them in discussion of their research. The identified problem is that the students of Agribusiness study program in Faculty of Agriculture of Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar difficult in inserting the data into the program and interpreting the output data relating to econometric analysis both time-series data and cross-section data after processed using EViews 9 with econometric analysis on multiple regression approach. The result of this training shows that the students were enthusiast in attending the training because they never received such the training. Among forty participants joining this training, thirty-five of them are students and the other five are lecturers. Only twenty-five participants capable in processing and interpreting the output of econometric analysis data with the EViews 9 program. Expectedly, after joining the training the participants understand the processing technique in inputting econometric analysis data for EViews 9 program.

EViews 10student liteprogram is used as a tool for analysis panel data of community service activities. The purpose of this activity is expected after participants follow this training is that students independently understand the processing techniques of panel data analysis with the EViews 10 program and can make decisions in analysis the results and discussion of research. The results of the identification of the problem are the Agribusiness Study Program Students of the Faculty of Agriculture, Universitas Muhammadiyah Makassar facing problems in inputting data into the research data processing program and interpreting the output of research data relating to time-series data and cross-sections as panel data that has been processed with EViews 10. From the training implementation activities found that of the 21 trainees namely Agribusiness Program students as many as 12 people were able and skilled in processing and interpreting the output data of econometric analysis with the EViews program 10. The expected output after participants took part in the training was that students independently understood the processing techniques in inputting panel econometric data analysis with the EViews 10 program.

Artikel ilmiah merupakan suatu tulisan yang berisi kumpulan ide, gagasan, dan hasil pemikiran dari seseorang atau sekelompok orang setelah melalui proses penelitian ke dalam suatu bentuk laporan tertulis sesuai dengan sistematika ilmiah selanjutnya dipublikasikan pada jurnal ilmiah nasional maupun internasional. Tujuan dari pelaksanaan kegiatan ini adalah diharapkan setelah peserta mengikuti pelatihan ini mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar secara mandiri memahami teknik artikel untuk jurnal internasional bereputasi dan nasional terakreditasi. Hasil identifikasi masalah melalui virtual adalah Mahasiswa menghadapi permasalahan dalam menulis artikel ilmiah sehingga artikelnya telah dikirim ke jurnal sering mendapatkan penolakan dari editor dan peer reviewer jurnal, baik nasional maupun internasional. Dari kegiatan pelaksanaan pelatihan di temukan bahwa pada prinsipnya mahasiswa Program Pascasarjana Universitas Negeri Makassar cukup antusias mengikuti pelatihan tersebut karena belum pernah mendapatkan pengetahuan pelatihan tersebut. Dari 88 peserta pelatihan berdasarkan absensi google form, maka hanya 5 orang peserta sebagai perwakilan yang bertanya mengenai topik ini. Luaran yang diharapkan setelah peserta mengikuti pelatihan ini adalah mahasiswa secara mandiri memahami teknik penulisan artikel baik jurnal internasional bereputasi (terindeks Web of Scince dan Scopus) maupun jurnal internasional tidak bereputasi (terindeks Index Copernicus Value, EBSCOhost, dan DOAJ) serta jurnal nasional terakreditasi dengan terindeks Sinta).

The budget allocation made by the government in the education and health sectors as well as economic growth is not enough to reduce poverty. An increase in the budget for education, health, and economic growth will reduce poverty. If the budget allocation is not right on target, it will lead to poverty. This study aims to analyze the effect of increasing the budget for education, health, and economic growth on poverty levels in South Sulawesi. The type of data used in this study is secondary data and uses time series data from 2007 to 2021. This research uses the multiple linear regression model method. The results of this study indicate that the education budget and economic growth do not affect the poverty level of South Sulawesi Province, while the health budget affects the poverty level of South Sulawesi Province. Based on the results of this study, it is hoped that the South Sulawesi provincial government will be able to proportional the education and health budget to improve the welfare of the community, especially the lower middle class.

Abstrak. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan perempuan terutama ibu rumah tangga yang memiliki banyak waktu luang. Dalam pengabdian ini akan diberikan pelatihan cara mengukur ukuran busana dan membuat pola pakaian dasar yang praktis. Diharapkan dengan keterampilan ini, para ibu rumah tangga di Kecamatan Biringkanaya Kota Makassar mampu mengembangkannya dan dijadikan sebagai suatu usaha kesejahteraan mereka meningkat. Adapun kegiatan yang dilakukan selama pelatihan ini adalah (a) memberikan teori atau pengetahuan ke ibu rumah tangga tentang cara memanfaatkan waktu luang, (b) cara membuat pola dasar pakaian dengan skala ¼, (c) cara membuat pola dasar dengan ukuran sebenarnya, (d) cara membuat pola dasar badan, rok dan lengan, (d) sesi demo mengukur, membuat pola dasar dengan skala dan ukuran sebenarnya, dan membuat pola dasar badan, rok dan lengan. Hasil dari pengabdian ini menunjukkan bahwa para peserta paham tentang cara pembuatan pola dasar pakaian dan membuat pakaian sendiri sesuai dengan ukuran masing-masing atau menjadikannya sebagai pekerjaan sampingan untuk menambah pendapatan keluarga.
