Abstract

The key to the success of the distribution of goods by connecting the internal supply chain with consumers where the internal supply chain refers to orders. The purpose of this study is to develop a model for the number of goods distribution needs in a freight forwarding company with a Goods simulation approach. The results showed that the average number of goods distribution needs was 231,444 bags. This is a reference for freight forwarding companies in sending goods related to the number of transportation modes and shipping routes

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan di Grosir Fernando yang berada di Cikondang, Kec. Citamiang, Kota Sukabumi. Grosir Fernando adalah toko ritel yang menyediakan dan menjual kebutuhan sehari hari seperti sembako, makanan dan minuman ringan dan lainnya. Penelitian berfokus pada permasalahan tata letak Grosir Fernando. Tata letak yang tidak optimal seperti keterbatasan ruang menyebabkan penumpukan barang dan kesulitan dalam manajemen alur pergerakan. Penataan tidak optimal menyebabkan ruang gerak yang sempit antara konsumen dan karyawan, potensi kerugian karena barang yang tertumpuk dan tidak terjual dengan cepat. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengidentifikasi masalah tata letak, memberikan rekomendasi solusi memaksimalkan penggunaan ruang, meningkatkan pengalaman berbelanja konsumen dan produktivitas bagi karyawan. Penelitian ini juga diharapkan grosir Fernando Sukabumi dapat meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan.

Abstract

PT Indo Spices Trading took advantage of the opportunity to create functional beverage products, namely spiced tea bags made from leftover export quality cardamom and ginger, plus other spices. Input transformation increases the output value of spiced tea bags due to costs, resulting in a new, higher price and increasing profits. Therefore, added value analysis is needed to determine the extent of added value and level of profitability obtained from processing spiced tea bags, as well as analyzing appropriate development strategies to increase it competitiveness and consumer acceptance in the market. The methods used include the Hayami method and SWOT analysis. The research results show an added value of IDR 138,142 per kilogram for spiced tea bags, with an added value ratio of 47%. The profit obtained from spiced tea bags is IDR 120,642 with a profit margin of 87%. Recommended strategic alternatives for developing spiced tea bags based on SWOT analysis are to utilize Strengths and Opportunities (S-O), namely: 1) increasing sales of spiced tea bags by prioritizing inherent product attributes, and 2) establishing partnerships with modern retail outlets

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing purchase decisions and marketing strategies of goat milk powder at Indo Natural Farm. The research method used is quantitative, employing descriptive analysis, factor analysis, SWOT analysis, and IFAS and EFAS analysis. The factors analyzed include purchase decisions and the 4Ps marketing mix. The results show that factors such as product, price, promotion, place, and purchasing decisions have a significant impact on customer purchasing decisions. Additionally, SWOT, IFAS, and EFAS analyses provide insights into the company’s position in the industry, as well as the opportunities and challenges it faces. Based on the factor analysis, seven factors were identified: product quality, information access and health, promotion and incentives, product information and value, product appeal and place, price, and accessibility and promotion. Based on the IFAS and EFAS scores, goat milk powder at Indo Natural Farm is positioned in quadrant II and is recommended to implement a diversification strategy. Abstract

Tata letak atau layout merupakan sebuah keputusan penting yang menunjukkan efisiensi operasi jangka panjang suatu perusahaan. Toko Arfan Jaya 2 memiliki permasalahan yang berhubungan dengan layout perusahaan yang kurang optimal bagi pengunjung. Rancangan tata letak yang tidak tepat dapat membuat konsumen merasa tidak nyaman dan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dalam berbelanja. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis serta mengevaluasi tata letak pada Toko Arfan Jaya 2 untuk meningkatkan kenyamanan serta memudahkan alur mobilitas barang dan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Activity Relationship Chart (ARC) untuk menganalisis keterkaitan antar fasilitas perusahaan dan Total Closeness Rating (TCR) untuk mengukur tingkat kedekatan antar individu dalam suatu jaringan sosial. Melalui observasi dan wawancara yang dilaksanakan di Toko Arfan Jaya 2, menghasilkan perubahan pada tata letak fasilitas beras dan telur terhadap rak sembako. Nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Total Closeness Rating (TCR) didapat pada fasilitas rak display dengan nilai TCR sebesar 111 serta fasilitas gudang dengan nilai sebesar 108. Nilai tertinggi yang didapatkan dalam perhitungan TCR menunjukkan derajat kedekatan suatu fasilitas yang paling tinggi dalam perancangan layout
