Abstract

Abstrak Dalam kegiatan pemberian kredit pihak bank harus memberikan kredit sesuai dengan prosedur yang telah ditetapkan karena pemberian kredit sangat berpengaruh terhadap kesehatan dan kelangsungan usaha bank, sedangkan bagi calon debitur terlebih dahulu harus mengetahui dan memahami prosedur pemberian kredit agar proses pemberian kredit berjalan dengan lancar dan tidak ada pihak yang dirugikan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui (1) Prosedur administrasi pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti bagi pegawai PPPK pada Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak. (2) Hambatan yang terjadi dalam pelaksanaan pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti bagi PPPK pada Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak. (3) Solusi yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi hambatan dalam pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti bagi PPPK pada Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara langsung dengan pegawai Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak, dan studi pustaka. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur administrasi pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti bagi PPPK pada Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan meliputi: permohonan kredit, analisis kredit, keputusan kredit, perjanjian kredit, realisasi atau pencairan kredit, dan pengarsipan dokumen kredit. Hambatan pada proses pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti PPPK terdiri dari hambatan internal berupa terbatasnya petugas kredit sehingga proses pelayanan kredit menjadi lebih lama, dan hambatan eksternal berupa kurangnya pengetahuan calon debitur terkait proses pengajuan Kredit Guna Bhakti dan meninggalnya debitur sebelum melunasi kewajibannya. Namun, Bank BJB telah mempersiapkan beberapa solusi yang tepat untuk mengatasi hambatan tersebut. Berdasarkan penelitian yang sudah penulis sampaikan dapat disimpulkan bahwa pelaksanaan prosedur administrasi pemberian Kredit Guna Bhakti bagi PPPK pada Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak telah sesuai dengan standar pemberian kredit yang berlaku. Kata Kunci: Prosedur Pemberian Kredit, PPPK Abstract In lending activities, the bank must provide credit in accordance with established procedures because the provision of credit greatly affects the health and business continuity of the bank, while prospective debtors must first know and understand the lending procedures so that the crediting process runs smoothly and no party is harmed. The purpose of this study is to determine (1) Administration procedures for providing Guna Bhakti Credit for PPPK employees at Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak. (2) Obstacles that occur in the implementation of the provision of Guna Bhakti Credit for PPPK at Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak. (3) Solutions carried out to overcome obstacles in providing Guna Bhakti Credit for PPPK at Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods with data collection techniques through observation, direct interviews with employees of Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak, and literature studies. The results showed that the administrative procedure for providing Guna Bhakti Credit for PPPK at Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak was carried out through several stages including: credit application, credit analysis, credit decision, credit agreement, credit realization or disbursement, and archiving credit documents. Obstacles in the process of providing PPPK Guna Bhakti Credit consist of internal obstacles in the form of limited credit officers so that the credit service process becomes longer, and external obstacles in the form of lack of knowledge of prospective debtors related to the process of applying for Guna Bhakti Credit and the death of debtors before paying off their obligations. However, Bank BJB has prepared several appropriate solutions to overcome these obstacles. Based on the research that the author has submitted, it can be concluded that the implementation of administrative procedures for providing Guna Bhakti Credit for PPPK at Bank BJB KCP Jalancagak is in accordance with applicable lending standards. Abstract

ABSTRACT: Increased body weight or obesity at the adolescent level is very worrying, this phenomenon also has a significant prevalence in the causes of non-communicable diseases such as heart disease, diabetes, asthma and other diseases. Obesity can occur due to high intake of foods containing fat and sugar which, if not burned or managed by the body, will cause health problems. This study aims to determine the effect of physical activity in the form of 30 minutes of jogging on reducing body composition and glucose. A total of 25 students with an average age of 18-20 years participated in this research. They will do 30 minutes of jogging exercise 4 times a week for 3 weeks. Descriptive tests, normality and difference tests using SPSS 16 were used to explain the research results. The results of this research are p < 0.05, then the data Body Mass Index (IMT), Body Fat, Visceral Fat, Bone Mass, Body Muscle, Physical Rating, Basal Metabolic Rate, and Body Water experienced changes before and after 3 weeks of exercise. These changes show that jogging is good for health. The conclusion of this research is that jogging for 12 times has a significant impact on several components of body composition. Lack of physical activity causes an increase in body composition indicators which has a serious impact on a person's physical health and fitness, jogging is one of the recommended alternatives for keeping the body healthy and fit.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membahas mengenai administrasi sarana dan prasarana dalam pendidikan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur. Administrasi sarana dan prasarana merupakan aspek penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi proses pendidikan. Sarana mencakup alat-alat pembelajaran seperti buku, media, dan teknologi, sedangkan prasarana mencakup fasilitas fisik seperti gedung, ruang kelas, dan laboratorium. Keduanya berperan penting dalam menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif. Administrasi yang baik meliputi perencanaan, pengadaan, inventarisasi, distribusi, pemanfaatan, pemeliharaan, dan pengawasan. Kepala sekolah sebagai penanggung jawab utama memiliki peran strategis dalam menjamin ketersediaan dan keberlanjutan fasilitas pendidikan. Administrasi yang tertata membantu meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran, efisiensi sumber daya, serta ketercapaian tujuan pendidikan. Dalam pelaksanaannya, dibutuhkan kerja sama antara berbagai pihak, termasuk guru, tenaga kependidikan, dan pengelola sekolah. Sarana dan prasarana yang dikelola secara profesional dan sistematis akan menciptakan suasana belajar yang mendukung dan berdaya guna. Oleh karena itu, pengelolaan administrasi sarana dan prasarana menjadi bagian integral dalam upaya meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di satuan pendidikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penambahan karagenan terhadap kualitas fisik dan mutu sensori pempek lenjer berbasis pati menir beras sebagai alternatif berkelanjutan menggantikan tepung tapioka. Metode eksperimen kuantitatif dilakukan dengan tiga variasi konsentrasi karagenan (1,75%, 2%, dan 2,25%) menggunakan bahan utama ikan tenggiri dan pati menir beras. Evaluasi dilakukan oleh 45 panelis agak terlatih untuk uji sensori (warna, rasa, aroma, tekstur) dan uji fisik (cooking loss, densitas kamba). Analisis data menggunakan ANOVA RAL untuk uji fisik dan Kruskal-Wallis untuk uji sensori. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan konsentrasi karagenan memberikan pengaruh signifikan terhadap karakteristik produk. Konsentrasi 2% memberikan keseimbangan optimal dengan mempertahankan rasa umami ikan tenggiri yang kuat, tekstur kenyal namun tidak keras, serta mengurangi cooking loss menjadi 5,74% dan meningkatkan densitas kamba menjadi 1,33 g/ml. Formulasi karagenan 2% terbukti efektif sebagai hidrokoloid pengganti amilopektin tepung tapioka, mengoptimalkan pemanfaatan limbah menir beras menjadi produk pangan bernilai ekonomi tinggi dengan karakteristik sensori yang dapat diterima konsumen.

Abstract

This study aimed to examine the effect of Social Media Marketing and Brand Awareness on the Purchase Intention of Somethinc products. The research employed a quantitative approach with a population consisting of individuals who were familiar with Somethinc products. The sample consisted of 104 respondents selected using a non-probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. Data were collected through an online questionnaire and analyzed using multiple linear regression to test the partial and simultaneous effects among variables. The results showed that Social Media Marketing had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Brand Awareness also had a positive and significant effect on Purchase Intention. Furthermore, Social Media Marketing and Brand Awareness simultaneously had a positive and significant effect on the Purchase Intention of Somethinc products. These findings confirmed that effective social media–based marketing strategies and high Brand Awareness could increase consumers' Purchase Intention. This research provided practical contributions for cosmetic companies, particularly Somethinc, in designing more targeted marketing communication strategies, as well as academic contributions to the development of literature related to digital marketing and consumer behavior.
