Abstract

The purposee of thiss systematicc literature revieww is to summarizeesome of theepublished research on the subject of family work. Conflict professionnFamilyyis an individual role that arises from the pressure of family roles and work role conflictss. This study aims to describe the impact of conflicttbetween jobssanddfamilies using the PRISMA method determined through bibliometriccanalysis. A total of 33 journals and 147 authors participated in screening journal results using the PRISMA method. The outcome variables related to work-family conflict are multi-role conflict, gender and mental health. Overall, the authors expect research resultssthisscan be useddas an ingredienttfutureewritten lessons and reflections.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan peran manajemen sumberdaya manusia dalam upaya peningkatan kinerja lingkungan organisasi. Studi ini meneliti sekitar 31 artikel jurnal yang terbit pada periode 2019-2023 menggunakan metode PRISMA untuk menyaring topik, sub-topik dengan database dari sciencedirect dan wiley. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa terdapat peran sumberdaya manusia terhadap kinerja lingkungan organisasi. Beberapa faktor tersebut diantaranya adalah Green Human Resource Manajemen (GHRM), Budaya Organisasi dan kepemimpinan. Dalam penelitian ini memiliki peran yang dominan yaitu GHRM sebesar 55%, kemudian diikuti oleh budaya organisasi sebesar 32% dan terakhir kepemimpinan sebesar 13%. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi dan menarik minat akademisi, manajer, mahasiswa dan pemegang kepentingan lain yang ingin menguji tentang kinerja lingkungan suatu organisasi di masa depan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Work Family Conflict and Emotional Intelligence on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This research is important because of the research gap in previous studies. This study uses nonprobability sampling technique with purposive sampling method. The data collection technique used a questionnaire distributed to respondents with a 5-point Likert scale answer. Sample in this study amounted to 102 respondents with data analysis using the SEM-PLS method SmartPLS4 software. according to Table 4. The following findings: work family conflict has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant impact on job satisfaction; work family conflict has a negative and significant impact on employee performance; emotional intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance; work family conflict has a positive and significant impact on employee performance through job satisfaction; and work family conflict has a positive and significant
