Abstract

Environmental performance is one of the factors in the Environmental Quality Index. Most of the previous research on environmental performance and GHRM was conducted in the analysis unit of the manufacturing industry, while other industrial fields have not been studied much including hospitals. In fact, the hospital is one of the fields of business that is quite related to the environment. This lesson aims to analyze the effect of GHRM which consists of Green Recruitment and Selection, Green Training, and Green Compensation variables partially or together on the environmental performance of hospitals in Makassar City. The Grand Theory used in this research is Ecocentrism Theory and Triple Bottom Line. The population in this study were hospital employees at government hospitals in Makassar City, amounting to 2,270 people. By using the Slovin formula and the stratified proportional random sampling method, the number of samples that became respondents in this study was 248 people. This research is processed with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that Green Recruitment and Selection, Green Training, and Green Compensation partially have a significant effect on environmental performance in hospitals in Makassar City. The results also show that Green Recruitment and Selection, Green Training, and Green Compensation together also have a significant effect on environmental performance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui model pengentasan buta aksara di Kabupaten Sinjai yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah daerah kabupaten sinjai dengan lembaga satuan pendidikan nonformal serta mengetahui faktor penghambat dan faktor pendukung, dengan menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Data penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Data yang telah di peroleh kemudian diolah secara kualitatif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa studi pengentasan buta aksara di Kabupaten Sinjai Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Sinjai melalui Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sinjai dengan pusat kegiatan belajar masyarakat (PKBM) dalam Percepatan penuntasan buta aksara menggunakan model pembelajaran keaksaraan konvensional dengan menggunakan bahan ajar dalam bahasa Indonesia, dengan buku paket yang disusun secara sentralisasi untuk meningkatkan kemampuan baca tulis dan berhitung (calistung). Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam pelaksanaan pengentasan buta aksara adalah kendala internal yang terdiri dari dana kegiatan pengentasan buta aksara yang masih kurang, masih kurangnya PKBM yang terakreditasi menyelenggarakan program keaksaraan dasar, dan belum di masukannya program pengentasan buta aksara pada SPM (Standar Pelayanan Minimal) Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Sinjai serta faktor pendukung pelaksanaan pengentasan buata aksara diantaranya kebijakan sumber daya manusia dan anggaran serta dukungan dari dinas pendidikan Kabupaten Sinjai.

Abstract

The government is responsible for providing public service, but sometimes these service do not satisfy the public. Seeing that the services provided by the government are not yet optimal, a study was conducted on the effectiveness of the job seeker card (Ak-1) service provided by the Manpower and Transmigration Service of North Kolaka Regency. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effectiveness of the Ak-1 card service and to determine the determinant factors in the Ak-1 card service at the Manpower and Transmigration Service of North Kolaka Regency. This research method is qualitative research. Data collection techniques use observation and in-depth interviews. Data analysis techniques from Miles and Huberman is data collection, data reduction, data display, and conclusing drawing/ verification. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The effectiveness of the job seeker card (Ak-1) service at the Manpower and Transmigration Service of North Kolaka Regency has not been running effectively. (2) The determinant factors in the Ak-1 card service are internal factors of the availability of adequate facilities and infrastructure and the quality of information systems and technology, while external factors are government policies and community involvement and participation in the process of socializing the Ak-1 card service. This research is expected to broaden insight and be used as study material in compiling policies or regulations releted to Ak-1 card services in the context of service effectiveness, improving service quality and development of the Ak-1 service card system Siapkerja Application.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the extent to which the quality of service influences community participation through the E-Government system, with a case study at the Sinjai Regency Public Service Mall. This research employs a qualitative approach conducted through a questionnaire using primary data sources, particularly data obtained from the Sinjai Regency Public Service Mall. The data collection method consisted of questionnaires, observations, and documentation. Questionnaires were distributed to participants, and interviews were conducted with a total population of 255,853 individuals distributed among various villages and sub-district communities. The sample size was determined using the Slovin formula, resulting in a total of 150 respondents. The analysis technique used was Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results of the research indicate that service quality, measured through tangibility, reliability, responsiveness, empathy, and assurance, has a positive and significant indirect effect on the E-Government system as well as on community participation at the Sinjai Regency Public Service Mall. Additionally, the E-Government system has a positive and significant effect on community participation in the Public Service Mall of Sinjai Regency.

Abstract

Kemajuan teknologi memaksa kita untuk terus berkembang dan berinovasi agar dapat bertahan hidup dan beradaptasi dengan keadaan sekarang. UMKM sebagai sumber pendapatan yang sangat mudah untuk dijalankan membutuhkan kemajuan teknologi untuk terus bertahan dan mampu bersaing dengan UMKM lainnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian analisis deskriptif. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: penggunaan media sosial terbukti memainkan peran yang sangat penting dalam meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM. Media sosial menjadi alat pemasaran yang efektif dengan memperluas jangkauan pasar, meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, serta mengatasi berbagai tantangan dalam promosi yang sebelumnya sulit dihadapi. Hal ini tercermin dalam peningkatan pendapatan UMKM, baik dalam hal volume penjualan maupun keuntungan. Walaupun pelaku UMKM menghadapi beberapa kendala, seperti kurangnya pemahaman tentang penggunaan media sosial, keterbatasan waktu, dan masalah jaringan, faktor pendukung berupa kemudahan penggunaan berbagai fitur media sosial memberikan dampak positif yang besar. Media sosial yang mudah diakses dan digunakan memungkinkan pelaku UMKM untuk berinteraksi langsung dengan pelanggan dan memasarkan produk secara lebih efisien. Secara keseluruhan, UMKM di Kecamatan Lasusua memberikan dampak yang besar terhadap perkembangan ekonomi dan kesejahteraan masyarakat. Pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai alat pemasaran terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan pendapatan UMKM. Meskipun tantangan dalam penggunaannya masih ada, dengan peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan dalam memanfaatkan media sosial, UMKM di Kecamatan Lasusua memiliki potensi besar untuk terus berkembang dan memberikan manfaat yang lebih luas bagi masyarakat.

Abstract

Implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara, yaitu mengimplementasikan kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara, dari pengimplementasian itu desa di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara mengurangi angka kemiskinan yang ada. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan tipe penelitian deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari 3 (tiga) orang yang ditentukan menggunakan purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perencanaan program yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah berupa BLT DD di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara dapat dikatakan sudah berjalan dengan baik karena sesuai dengan ketetapan yang berlaku. (2) Pesyaratan untuk penerima BLT DD sudah berjalan dengan baik karena persyaratan ditetapkan berdasarkan peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku. (3) Penyaluran program BLT DD sudah berjalan dengan baik karena proses distribusi penyalurannya tunai dan melibatkan berbagai pihak, seperti BPD, Forkopinda (TNI & POLRI), dan masyarakat itu sendiri. (4) Pengawasan program BLT DD sudah berjalan dengan baik, karena setiap penerima BLT DD harus menandatangani bukti terima yang dicatat dalam dokumentasi desa, dan pengawasan bukan hanya oleh pemerintah desa tetapi juga melibatkan BPD, TNI/POLRI, pendamping desa, dan masyarakat itu sendiri. (5) Evaluasi program BLT DD sudah berjalan baik, karena BLT Dana Desa diterima oleh masyarakat yang paling membutuhkan meskipun hanya digunakan untuk pemenuhan kebutuhan konsumtif saja tidak mengalokasikannya untuk kegiatan yang lebih produktif. Jadi secara keselurahan implementasi kebijakan bantuan langsung tunai dana desa di Kabupaten Kolaka Utara sudah berjalan dengan “Baik”.

Abstract

This study discusses the Effectiveness of One-Stop Licensing Services at the One-Stop Investment and Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) in North Kolaka Regency. The type of research used is qualitative description research with a descriptive type of research, the data sources in this study are primary and secondary data sources. The informants in this study were 6 people. Data collection techniques with in-depth interviews, direct observation and documentation. The results of this study show that the implementation of one-stop licensing services at the North Kolaka Regency Investment and One-Stop Integrated Services Office (DPMPTSP) has been very effective, which can be seen from the mechanism for implementing licensing services and the implementation of service standards in accordance with service standards based on the Decree of the Regent of North Kolaka Number: 500.16/157/2024 concerning Service Standards at the DPMPTSP of North Kolaka Regency, Including: simplicity, clarity, certainty of time, accuracy, security, responsibility, completeness of facilities and infrastructure, ease of access, discipline, friendliness and courtesy, and comfort. By looking at the two things mentioned above and the response given by the people of North Kolaka Regency to the services organized by DPMPTSP, it shows that licensing services in North Kolaka Regency have experienced a very significant improvement through the implementation of a one-stop integrated licensing service system. And what is an inhibiting factor is the low understanding and knowledge related to on-line-based licensing, while the supporting factors are: (1) Government Policies/Rules on the Implementation of One-Stop Integrated Services as outlined in Regent Regulation Number 12 of 2022, (2) Online Licensing Information System, (3) Quality of Human Resources, (4) Community Participation. With these supporting factors, the implementation of licensing services at DPMPTSP North Kolaka Regency can continue to provide services that are not only fast and efficient, but also quality, accountable, and able to meet public expectations, as well as create greater trust in the government.
