Abstract

The times affect the company's financial situation. The level of uncertainty and risk is difficult to measure against company performance. Moreover, the impact of COVID-19 has caused many companies to go bankrupt. However, bankruptcy can also be attributed to unhealthy financial factors and high operating costs. Additionally, management errors in handling finances can lead to a decline in the company's financial performance, often due to insufficient analysis of financial reports, which are essential for evaluating the company and making informed policies. PT Tiki JNE Cikupa is one of the companies in Tangerang Regency that has survived the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the financial performance of PT Tiki JNE Cikupa from 2021 to 2023. This research utilizes a descriptive approach with quantitative analysis tools. Data collection is done through the financial statements of PT Tiki JNE Cikupa. The analysis tool uses financial ratios, namely liquidity, solvency, and profitability. The results of this study indicate that the average liquidity ratios are as follows: the current ratio is 145%, the quick ratio is 145%, and the cash ratio is 108%. For profitability ratios, the gross profit margin and net profit margin are 6%, ROI is 13%, and ROE is 9%. In conclusion, the liquidity and profitability ratios indicate that the financial performance of PT Tiki JNE Cikupa is not good.

Abstract

This study aims to assess the employee performance at Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang. The research findings indicate that the improvement of employee performance at PT Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang is achieved through providing training and education to employees. The main factors influencing employee performance are the implementation of discipline and the provision of motivation. This research is a field study. In terms of data type, this research uses a qualitative research method. The data utilized consists of primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from observations and interviews, while secondary data was gathered from written sources, both online and in libraries. The research results show that employee discipline can be assessed through attendance, adherence to rules, responsibility for assigned tasks, attention to detail in work, and polite behavior in the workplace. Meanwhile, work motivation can be enhanced by increasing employee wages, providing recognition for employees, and offering comfortable facilities and a conducive work environment. Overall, the improvement of employee performance at PT Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang is quite satisfactory. The training and education programs, the implementation of discipline, and the provision of motivation in the form of rewards, along with a comfortable and conducive work environment, have proven effective in enhancing the performance of employees at PT Cahaya Abadi Motor Tangerang.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of human resource management in the administration of orphanages and the supporting and hindering factors in managing these institutions. The research used a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques involving observation, interviews, and documentation. The findings indicate that the human resource management applied at the Abadi Aisyiyah orphanage in Tangerang City consists of several steps: job analysis, human resource planning, recruitment, selection, and placement. Additionally, compensation, integration of administrators, and human resource development are key components. Finally, human resource maintenance is also important. Supporting factors include having qualified human resources, the sincerity of the administrators, and community support. The challenges in implementing human resource management include issues with the orphanage’s facilities, funding problems, and limitations in human resources.

Abstract

In recent years, company management has revealed that human resources have the most significant and important role in obtaining competitive advantage and sustainable efficiency. This research aims to examine the influence of reward, punishment and motivation on employee performance. Employee performance is a research topic that still needs to be carried out, because human resources are one of the important factors in the running of a company's operational activities. This research uses a sample of PT. Budi Kurnia Sejahtera employees using hair theory calculations. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis with the help of the SPSS version 25 program. Research shows that reward, punishment and motivation have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The positive influence of all aspects of research means that management needs to improve factors that can improve its performance so that the company's sustainability is maintained.

Abstract

The surge in fast food consumption has transformed Indonesian society into fast food enthusiasts, with one of the most popular products being KFC (Kentucky Fried Chicken). This restaurant offers dishes such as fried chicken, hamburgers, and other fast-food items, along with a variety of ready-to-eat beverages. The consumption of KFC in Indonesia has witnessed rapid growth, particularly in urban areas. As fast-food consumption rises, attention has turned to the factors and strategies employed by the company. For this reason, this research aims to explore the marketing strategies applied by KFC, using SWOT analysis, which includes strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, along with STP analysis (Segmenting, Targeting, Positioning), which have made it a market leader in Indonesia. This study employs a descriptive quantitative method with data gathered from secondary sources, online resources, and relevant literature pertaining to Kentucky Fried Chicken. The results of this research reveal that Kentucky Fried Chicken conducts marketing activities by segmenting its customers based on demographic, geographic, psychographic, and behavioral factors. Their products are targeted at a diverse range of age groups, from children to adults, excluding toddlers. Kentucky Fried Chicken positions itself as a superior and high-quality fast-food producer with affordable prices and a variety of Indonesian culinary flavors.
