Abstract

Online hotel booking is a method of renting a place through the internet. Today, people are becoming users of online rental properties as a necessity and lifestyle. Indonesia and Thailand as tourist destinations indicates a large population that have potential for the online property rental business. This study will analyze the effect of interaction quality, website environment quality that have an impact on customer loyalty toward this product. In this study, data was collected by a questionnaire that has been given, the authors used Structural Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square (SmartPLS) for analysis method. This method is used to determine the number of online hotel booking users so that it will be seen how the effect of interaction quality and website environment quality has an impact on e-Loyalty. In both countries, the quality of interaction has a positive and significant effect on e-loyalty. The coefficient value of the interaction quality parameter in the Indonesian model has a value of 0.544. The results of the significance test showed that the website environment quality variable had a positive and significant effect in both countries with T-statistical test results > 1.96 and P-values less than 0.05. This study examines the direct relationship between the interaction quality and website environment quality variables on e-Loyalty. This research can be additional knowledge related to the determinants of loyalty found in online businesses. In addition, the research also provides a new picture of the online lodging service business in two countries, namely Indonesia and Thailand

Abstract

ABSTRACT MSMEs play a significant role in Indonesia's economic growth, reaching 99% of all business units. The majority of MSMEs are food industry businesses with a total of 1.59 million businesses, or 36.70 percent of the total number of MSME businesses. Warung Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi is one of the MSMEs in the food industry. The problem experienced by Warung Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi is that the marketing strategy, both online and offline, is not yet optimal. This activity aims to develop a marketing strategy for MSMEs in order to expand the scale of Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi MSMEs. The method employed is to improve marketing system strategies, financial recording systems, production operations management, and spatial planning in order to scale up MSMEs. This activity results in the implementation of market research as well as developing offline and online marketing strategies implemented with MSMEs. The implication of this activity is to increase consumer brand awareness of MSMEs Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi. ABSTRAK Peran UMKM terhadap pertumbuhan perekonomian Indonesia sangat besar, yakni mencapai 99% dari keseluruhan unit usaha. Sebagian besar UMKM merupakan usaha industri makanan dengan jumlah 1,59 juta usaha, atau sebanyak 36,70 persen dari total jumlah usaha UMKM. Salah satu UMKM yang bergerak di sektor makanan adalah Warung Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi. Permasalahan yang dialami oleh Warung Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi adalah belum optimalnya strategi pemasaran, baik secara online maupun offline. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan strategi pemasaran UMKM dengan tujuan menaik kelaskan UMKM Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi. Metode yang digunakan berupa kegiatan menaik kelaskan UMKM dengan meningkatkan strategi sistem pemasaran, sistem pencatatan keuangan, manajemen produksi operasi hingga penataan tata ruang. Hasil dari kegiatan ini adalah terlaksananya riset pasar serta pengembangan strategi pemasaran offline dan online yang dilaksanakan bersama UMKM. Implikasi kegiatan ini adalah meningkatnya brand awareness konsumen terhadap UMKM Laksa Bogor Kang Dadi.

Abstract

The issue of poverty is a major problem in Indonesia, including in the city of Bogor. The number of poor household in the city of Bogor is fluctuating, from 2004 to 2010 has increased from 21.914 poor household in 2004 become 43.749 poor households in 2007. Sub sequently stable in the period 2008 to 2009 and a slight decrease in 2010 becoming 40.876 households. The year 2012 has increased to 42 328 households. City Government always increase direct spending as a way to reduce poverty. Based on the results of the regression analysis, it turns out increasing direct spending City Government, however, the number of poor households is increasing, it is likely caused by the presence of one target in a program conducted by the City Government.Key Word: Poverty, City of Bogor, direct spending ABSTRAKPersoalan kemiskinan merupakan persoalan utama di Indonesia termasuk di Kota Bogor. Jumlah Kepala Keluarga (KK) miskin di Kota Bogor mengalami fluktuasi,maka sejak tahun 2004 hingga tahun 2010 mengalami peningkatan dari angka 21.914 KK pada tahun 2004 menjadi 43.749 KK miskin pada tahun 2007. Selanjutnya stagnan pada periode 2008 sampai 2009 dan sedikit mengalami penurunan pada tahun 2010 menjadi 40.876 KK. Tahun 2012 mengalami peningkatan menjadi 42.328KK. Pemerintah Kota Bogor selalu meningkatkan belanja langsung sebagai salah satu cara untuk mengurangi kemiskinan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis regresi, ternyata semakin meningkatnya belanja langsung Pemerintah Kota Bogor, ternyata jumlah KK miskin selalu meningkat, hal ini kemungkinan disebabkan oleh adanya salah sasaran dalam program yang dilakukan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bogor.Kata Kunci: Kemiskinan, Kota Bogor, Belanja Langsung

Abstract

Congestion that occurs in the Sudirman area of economic impact on society. Congestion can lead to a reduction in income and decrease the economic benefits for workers who work in the Sudirman. The decline in the perceived economic benefits of the workers can be called with a loss. Losses felt by workers is the value of wasted fuel loss due to increased purchases of fuel oil (BBM), a decrease in productivity in the form of wasted time akbitat jammed seen from income and working time. In addition, there is a loss of value where there is a decline in the health of the costs incurred for treatment due to declining health and psychological pressure value losses due to traffic. Total economic losses due to the impact of congestion on Jl. Sudirman Rp 19,716,239,573,128 / year. The loss is derived from the value of inefficiency fuel oil (BBM) Rp 15,008,423,787,414 / year, the value of reductions in labor productivity Rp 2,871,644,285,714 / year, the value of psychological distress as a result of congestion Rp 525.800.000.000/tahun, and health value of USD 1,310,371,500,000 / year.Key word : Congestion, Economic Losses, Inefficiency, Jakarta ABSTRAK Kemacetan yang terjadi di Jakarta, khususnya di daerah Jalan Sudirman berpengaruh pada ekonomi masyarakat. Kemacetan ini telah berdampak pada pengurangan penghasilan dan penurunan manfaat ekonomi bagi pekerja yang bekerja di daerah Sudirman. Kerugian yang sangat dirasakan para pekerja adalah nilai kerugian dari pemborosan bahan bakar akibat peningkatan pembelian bahan bakar minyak (BBM), penurunan produktivitas berupa waktu yang terbuang akibat kemacetan. Selain itu, kemacetan lalu-lintas juga menimbulkan kerugian nilai ekonomi akibat penurunan kondisi kesehatan, sehingga menimbulkan biaya dalam bentuk biaya pengobatan, serta kerugian nilai tekanan psikologis karena kemacetan. Kerugian total ekonomi akibat dampak kemacetan di Jl. Jenderal Sudirman tersebut mencapai Rp 19.72 trilyun per tahun atau sekitar 1,6 persen dari nilai PDRB DKI Jakarta. Kerugian tersebut sebagian besar berasal dari kerugian akibat: inefisiensi Bahan Bakar Motor (BBM) (76 persen), penurunan produktivitas pekerja (15 persen), peningkatan biaya kesehatan (7 persen), serta kerugian akibat tekanan psikologis (3 persen).Kata Kunci: Kerugian ekonomi, metoda valuasi, inefisiensi

Abstract

Belanja daerah dengan alokasi yang tepat sasaran akan menciptakan kesempatan bagi masyarakat dalam memaksimalkan sumberdaya, dan manfaat yang diperoleh dari alokasi belanja yang optimal akan berkontribusi pada peningkatan produktivitas, naiknya produktivitas akan meningkatkan pendapatan per kapita, makin tinggi pendapatan per kapita akan meningkatkan permintaan terhadap fasilitas pendidikan dan kesehatan. Dari alokasi belanja langsung yang efesien dan efektif akan meningkatkan pembangunan manusia yang dicirikan dengan IPM. Semakin tinggi IPM akan mencerminkan kinerja alokasi belanja yang baik, sebaliknya semakin rendah IPM akan mencerminkan kinerja alokasi belanja pemerintah yang buruk. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi komponen belanja langsung sektor pendidikan dan sektor kesehatan yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan IPM Kota Bogor. Untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi IPM Kota Bogor digunakan analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan program SPSS versi 22. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, faktor-faktor yang teridentifikasi dapat mempengaruhi peningkatan IPM di Kota Bogor adalah belanja pegawai, belanja barang dan jasa, dan belanja modal.

Abstract

Cintamekar Village in Subang Regency, West Java, is a peripheral village. One of its characteristics is that residents, especially from the pre-prosperous group, have not been able to enjoy the flow of electricity even though the source of electricity through the PLN is available. To overcome this, on the initiative of the non-governmental organization Initiative of People's Business and Economy (IBEKA), a PLTMH was built in the area. The purpose of this research is to analyze factors affecting social entrepreneurship for community empowerment. The research uses a quantitative approach which is reinforced by qualitative data. The method chosen is the case study. The results showed that overall, the formation of cooperatives was able to build social entrepreneurship by creating social benefits (score 3.6), carrying out social innovation (score above 3), and making the economic activities of citizens more diverse (score 4). The results from the data processed using SEM-PLS show that the development of social entrepreneurship is influenced by the characteristics of technology and innovation by 0.281. The communication channel factor is more dominant in influencing the development of social entrepreneurship, which is equal to 0.487. These two factors explained that there was a change of 33.3 percent in social entrepreneurship. The social entrepreneurship practice of the PLTMH program in Cintamekar Village is built on the characteristics of technology, innovation, and communication channels. The characteristics of technology and innovation as well as communication channels are the driving force for residents to change their social entrepreneurship behavior. This means that the technological and innovation characteristics of the PLTMH development and the communication channels used, through cooperative institutions, have a good impact on the development of social entrepreneurship in Cintamekar Village, and as a whole, they are able to build social entrepreneurship in creating social innovation and economic activities.

Abstract

The Corona Virus Disease (Covid-19) pandemic in Indonesia began with the discovery of Covid-19 sufferers on March 2, 2020. Coronavirus is a group of viruses that can cause disease in animals or humans. To respond the conditions of the Covid-19 outbreak, NPPA issued a regulation concerning adjustments to the work system of the government employee in efforts to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This study uses census sampling, where all members of the population used as samples. The total responden of the Government Employee in NPPA is 128 employees, who are works mostly at home during the pandemic. The research data used primary and secondary data. Comparison using PLS-SEM as analyzing the data. The result of the research showed that leadership and work environment have impact on employee performance, whereas organizational support has no impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to analyze the business performance and the ability of the tofu industry to become economic base, analyze the factors that affect the performance, and formulate strategies for the development of tofu small scale industry. The data of this study was collected through field survey, in-depth interviews with related experts, questionnaire technique and study documents. The data was analyized using the business feasibility, Hayami added value, regression, LQ, IFE and EFE, and SWOT. The business feasibility analysis of the tofu small scale industry has met all requirements. The production inputs and labour are significantly influence for the performance of tofu small scale industry. The tofu small scale industry becomes an economic base commodity in Adiwerna, Pangkah, and Tarub Subdistricts. Strategies on the development of tofu small scale industry in Tegal District among others are improving: the image of tofu to the higher level of consumer by packaging and brand design, the regional branding, the market penetration of the supply chain and control of soybean prices, and using alternative tofu raw material, optimizing the economic value of waste.Keywords: Development strategy, process food industry, Tegal District, small scale industry ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis kinerja usaha dan kemampuan industri kecil tahu menjadi basis ekonomi, menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja dan merumuskan strategi pengembangan industri kecil tahu. Data penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui survei lapangan, wawancara mendalam dengan pakar, kuesioner dan studi dokumen. Teknik pengolahan data menggunakan analisis kelayakan usaha, nilai tambah Hayami, regresi, LQ, IFE dan EFE, dan SWOT. Analisa kelayakan usaha industri kecil tahu telah memenuhi semua persyaratan. Input produksi dan tenaga kerja merupakan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja industri kecil tahu. Industri kecil tahu mampu menjadi komoditas basis ekonomi di Kecamatan Adiwerna, Kecamatan Pangkah dan Kecamatan Tarub. Alternatif strategi pengembangan industri kecil tahu di Kabupaten Tegal antara lain adalah meningkatkan: citra produk guna membidik kelas konsumen yang lebih tinggi melalui desain kemasan dan merek, regional branding, penetrasi terhadap rantai suplai dan pengendalian harga kedelai, dan memanfaatkan bahan baku tahu alternatif, optimalisasi nilai ekonomi limbah industri tahu.Kata kunci : Industri kecil, industri makanan olahan, Kabupaten Tegal, strategi pengembangan

Abstract

A qualified opinion (WDP) on LKPD Tapanuli Tengah Regency has become the focus of attention of the government in revamping asset management. The low performance of local official asset Manager caused problems in fixed assets, namely non-compliance with relevant regulations, operational procedures that are less clearly understood, and administrative error in asset management. The purpose of this sudy were to 1) Describe the system of supervision and controlling of local asset management; 2) Analyze internal and external factors in the asset management dan 3) Formulate strategy for improving the performance of the apparatus asset managers. The method used was the determining factor SWOT IFE and EFE, obtained in the form of a matrix IE grand strategy and prioritized through a matrix of pairwise comparison (pairwise comparisons matrix). This study used 74 respondents from 51 SKPDs composed of heads of office and local official asset managers. The results showed that the highest weight was found in internal factors. For external factors are the central government regulation of governance of regional assets, and governance support in accordance with the rules of government policy in favor of asset management. The highest strategic priority was to increase support government policies, both national and local human resource development to improve the competence of local asset managers through training to facilitate the administration of the assets in accordance with the rules of governance.Key words: External Factor, Good Governance, Internal Factor, Priority strategy, Qualified Opinion  ABSTRAK Opini wajar dengan pengecualian (WDP) atas LKPD Tapanuli Tengah menjadi fokus perhatian pemerintah dalam pembenahan pengelolaan aset. Rendahnya kinerja pengelola aset menyebabkan permasalahan pada aset tetap yaitu ketidakpatuhan terhadap peraturan terkait, prosedur operasional yang kurang jelas dipahami, kesalahan administratif dalam pengelolaan aset. Tujuan penelitian adalah 1) Mendeskripsikan sistem pengawasan dan pengendalian pengelolaan aset daerah, 2) Menganalisis faktor internal dan external pengelolaan aset, 3) Merumuskan strategi peningkatan kinerja aparatur pengelola aset daerah. Metode yang digunakan adalah SWOT (IFE dan EFE), diperoleh grand strategi berupa matriks IE, dan di prioritaskan melalui matriks perbandingan berpasangan (Pairwise comparisons matrix). Sampel penelitian ini terdiri dari 74 responden dari 51 SKPD terdiri dari pejabat dan pengelola aset. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bobot tertinggi pada faktor internal. Untuk faktor eksternal, peraturan pemerintah pusat tentang tata kelola aset daerah, untuk mempermudah tata kelola sesuai dengan aturan kebijakan pemerintah dalam mendukung Pengelolaan Aset. Prioritas strategi tertinggi adalah Meningkatkan dukungan kebijakan pemerintah, baik pusat dan daerah dalam pengembangan SDM dan peningkatan kompetensi pengelola aset daerah melalui pelatihan penatausahaan aset untuk mempermudah tata kelola sesuai dengan aturan.Kata kunci: Faktor Eksternal, Good Governance, Strategi Intensif, Faktor Internal, Strategi Terintegrasi

Abstract

Road and bridge infrastructure investment can increase economic growth. The purposes of this study are to analyze the budget for road infrastructure development in Banten Province, analyze the effectiveness of road and bridge infrastructure investment for economic growth in Banten Province and formulate effective strategies to improve economic growth through investments in road infrastructure in Banten Province. The data was analyzed using descriptive analysis, regression,and SWOT analysis.The descriptive analysis explained that growth of budget and its realization. Based on regression analysis, road and bridge infrastructure investments are significanly influence for the economic growth. Strategies for increasing economic growth through road and bridge infrastructure investment in the Province of Banten is synergy between government, private sector and public to improved road infrastructure by using corporate social responsibility towards the construction of roads and bridges for the industries related to the level of damage, liaison in subsections in the Department of Highways and Spatial Planning is responsible for the activities that involve interaction with the public related to road and bridge infrastructure investments. meeting regularly to discuss and resolve issues that occur between institutions.Keywords: Indramayu, Competitiveness, Investment Increasing StrategyKeywords : Infrastructure, Economic Growth, Regression and SWOT analysis ABSTRAK Investasi infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan dapat meningkatkan produktivitas dan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis anggaran infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan di Provinsi Banten, menganalisis efektifitas investasi infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan dikaitkan dengan pertumbuhan ekonomi dan menyusun strategi di bidang infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan yang efektif meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan metode analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi, dan analisis SWOT. Analisis deskriptif menjelaskan pertumbuhan anggaran dan realisasi jalan dan jembatan di Provinsi Banten. Berdasarkan hasil regresi, variabel jalan dan jembatan berpengaruh signifikan kepada pertumbuhan ekonomi. Strategi untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi melalui investasi infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan di Provinsi Banten adalah melakukan sinergi stakeholder pemerintah, swasta dan masyarakat melalui program Corporate Sosial Responsibility (CSR) yang ditujukan pada pembangunan jalan dan jembatan bagi industri yang terkait dengan tingkat kerusakan jalan, difungsikannya secara intensif Subbagian humas di Dinas Bina Marga dan Tata Ruang (BMTR) yang bertanggungjawab terhadap berbagai kegiatan investasi infrastruktur jalan dan jembatan yang melibatkan masyarakat dan rapat secara rutin untuk membahas dan menyelesaikan permasalahan yang terjadi antar instansi.Kata kunci : Infrastruktur, Pertumbuhan Ekonomi, Regresi, dan Analisis SWOT
