Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how it is implemented as well as the success factors and inhibiting factors of the ZIS fundraising strategy through the use of the QRIS non-cash payment system at BAZNAS Banyumas Regency. The type of research used in this research is field research, which is descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques used in this study are interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis used in this study includes data reduction, data presentation, conclusion, and verification. Test the validity of the data in this study using triangulation techniques. This research shows that BAZNAS Banyumas Regency in collecting ZIS funds through the QRIS non-cash paid system, applies four strategies, including 1) The segments and targets of QRIS muzakki are the millennial and z generations, 2) Prepare and provide competent human resources, 3) Building a communication system through social media and print media, 4) Develop and implement online zakat services through QRIS. In its implementation, the program attracts the convenience of transactions through QRIS, fosters a sense of empathy for donors with the mustahik distribution and utilization program, collaborates with BSI, provides good services in the form of zakat consultations, reports on the collection and distribution of ZIS funds to muzakki, proof of ZIS deposits, and pray for and thank you note. The success factors include online zakat services, utilizing social media and print media to promote ZIS payments through QRIS, and QRIS can be accessed 24 hours. The inhibiting factors are the lack of public awareness of paying ZIS, public understanding regarding digital technology, and the lack of special socialization of ZIS payments through QRIS.

Abstract

In December 2019, the world was rocked by the coronavirus outbreak, the virus first appeared in the Chinese city of Wuhan. The impact of the Covid-19 virus is not only felt in China, but other countries including Indonesia have felt the shock. The impact caused by the corona virus is multidimensional, social, political, educational, as well as health and economic, where to overcome this impact requires good cooperation between the government, the community and ZIS fund management institutions optimally in order to contribute to handling Covid-19. Islamic social finance is very important and beneficial because it helps many people's difficulties. From this, the purpose of this article is to analyze the roles, prospects, opportunities and challenges of ZIS Management Institutions against the Covid-19 pandemic. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, which is research that uses qualitative data and then described descriptively. This study uses secondary data sources, where researchers can obtain data from existing sources, namely websites, journals, newspapers, financial reports, and books. In this study using a literature study instrument that aims to reveal various theories related to the problems studied, literature studies can also be used as input and basis in explaining how the implementation and mechanism of zakat distribution in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic, so that it was found that ZIS institutions play an important role in building economic justice, especially acting as a social safety net.

Abstract

Profit and loss sharing is a system used as an operational activity in Islamic banking. Therefore, the most important theory to be raised in this research is the mudharabah contract. Departing from the character of banking in general which is closely attached to Islamic banking as an intermediary institution, a new breakthrough is needed through the study of contemporary mudharabah contracts called al-mudharabah al-musytarakah as the most relevant theoretical basis. This is because the working mechanism of Islamic banks cannot be separated from funding and financing activities, and the bank's position is in the middle of these funding and financing activities. The mudharabah that we know from time to time only involves two parties, whereas in banking it involves three parties. With this qualitative casuistic research, the aim is to obtain data regarding the implementation of the al-mudharabah al-musytarakah contract in Islamic banking. The implementation of the al-mudharabah al-musytarakah agreement in Islamic banking is realized in various funding products, both savings and deposit products, and is related to mudharabah financing as a financing product.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui peran teknologi informasi dan komunikasi dalam perkembangan bisnis. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menuntut manusia untuk melakukan perubahan di segala jenis kehidupan yang tujuannya adalah mendapatkan hasil yang terbaik. Berkembangnya teknologi informasi dan komunikasi, berdampak pula pada bentuk perdagangan yang memudahkan penggunaannya. Salah satunya melalui e-commerce. Kendati demikian, e-commerce mempunyai peran sangat signifikan terutama pada saat masih mewabahnya Covid-19.

Abstract

This Integration, mergers and conglomeration are important strategies in improving the competitiveness of companies in Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the meaning, purpose, and implementation of these strategies in the context of Indonesian companies. Using a qualitative approach and descriptive analysis, data was collected through a literature study. The results show that integration aims to strengthen market position, while mergers are often done to reduce competition and improve operational efficiency. Concrete examples are the collaboration between Gojek and Tokopedia that formed GoTo, as well as the implementation of an ERP system by PT Dland Bimasakti Property to increase productivity. This research provides in-depth insights into integration, merger and conglomeration strategies, and their impact on firm performance in Indonesia. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for other companies in formulating the right strategy to face the challenges of an increasingly competitive market.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the structure and behavior of companies in the oligopoly market in the automotive industry. In the context of the automotive industry, the oligopoly market is characterized by a small number of companies that have a large share such as Toyota, Honda, Daihatsu etc. The oligopoly market is so competitive that technology and other facilities are considered to be very influential in introducing the company's products. The type of research used in this article is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection is carried out through a combination of various techniques, with inductive data analysis. The results of the analysis show that the interdependence between companies creates price stability, but also hinders healthy competition. In addition, the high barriers to entry for newcomers also reinforce the dominance of large companies in the market.

Abstract

Industri memainkan peran krusial dalam perekonomian Indonesia, berkontribusi secara signifikan dalam menciptakan lapangan kerja, meningkatkan pendapatan, dan mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi. Namun, dengan semakin ketatnya persaingan global, Indonesia dituntut untuk merumuskan strategi industri yang inovatif dan berkelanjutan. Artikel ini mengulas berbagai strategi pengembangan industri yang dapat diimplementasikan di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan daya saing di tingkat global. Beberapa strategi yang dibahas mencakup peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia, penerapan teknologi modern, penguatan sistem logistik, serta pengembangan ekosistem industri yang inklusif. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti pentingnya kolaborasi antara pemerintah, sektor swasta, dan akademisi sebagai kunci sukses dalam pelaksanaan strategi tersebut. Dengan mengadopsi pendekatan yang komprehensif dan berfokus pada inovasi, diharapkan industri Indonesia mampu bersaing di pasar global dan memberikan kontribusi terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Indonesia needs an industrial structure that can grow sustainably, has high local potential, is resistant to global economic turmoil, and has a strong and synergistic relationship with other economic sectors and industrial subsectors. As a base for job creation, a producer of added value to regulate the domestic market, a generator of tax revenue and foreign exchange, and a driver of sustainable growth, the industrial sector plays an important role in the Indonesian economy. To achieve this, support from the government is needed through the provision of legal facilities in the form of a policy foundation that can encourage the creation of quality industrial development. the legal basis can be a reference and benchmark for industry players to be able to carry out their industrial processes and activities in line with national goals. Because the industrial sector is one of the important sectors in supporting the national economy. For this reason, it is necessary to have synergy between the government as a facility provider in the form of rules or policy bases that regulate industrial activities, and industry players as executors of policies issued by the government so that harmony can be created that can support sustainable industrial development in Indonesia.

Abstract

Economic growth that continues to grow rapidly from time to time has a significant impact on the pattern of competition between companies, especially in the manufacturing sector. This competition arises from globalization and the existence of a free market economy caused by the many new companies with similar products as competitors, this triggers competition for market share and the struggle for consumers. Therefore, a strategy is needed in analyzing competition patterns so that companies are able to survive and thrive in the face of competitive market competition. This journal article discusses the strategy and analysis of industrial competition with a case study of PT Unilever Indonesia. In the Uniliver company, there is no doubt that consumer goods are currently very competitive. Several large companies compete fiercely to reach the global market. So PT Unilever must consider a competitive strategy plan. In addition to the main players in the market, Unilever has many other smaller competitors who compete with it in a narrow and specific product space. The discussion in this article explains that there are various strategies for PT Unilever Indonesia in facing competition between companies in the manufacturing sector, including Promotion/Marketing Strategy, Sustainability-Based Strategy, Community Engagement Strategy, Information Technology Strategy, Functional Strategy, and Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the practice of oligopoly in the telecommunications industry in Indonesia, specifically between PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT Indosat Tbk. The background of this research is the majority share ownership by Temasek in two major telecommunications operators in Indonesia, namely PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT Indosat Tbk, which collectively control approximately 75% of the shares in these two companies. This study employs a qualitative method with a descriptive qualitative approach, using primary data from books, journals, articles, and other library sources as secondary data. The findings of this study indicate the existence of oligopoly practices in the telecommunications industry in Indonesia conducted by Temasek through PT Telkomsel Tbk and PT Indosat Tbk.
