Abstract

Abstract. This study examines the low results of learning English in class XI AKL 1 students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. The purpose of this study was to describe the application of the Project Based Learning learning model to improve English learning outcomes in class XI AKL 1 students of SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. This type of research is classroom action research (CAR) which is carried out in 4 (four) stages of each cycle, namely planning, implementing, observing, and reflecting. The focus of this research is the application of the Project Based Learning model and student learning outcomes. The setting of this research was class XI AKL 1 SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep, while the research subjects were one class teacher and 31 students consisting of 24 female students and 6 male students. In this study, the researcher acted as a teacher. Data analysis techniques are qualitative and quantitative. The results showed that the teacher's teaching activities in the first cycle were still in the sufficient category and in the second cycle they increased to a good category. Likewise, student learning activities in cycle I were in the sufficient category and in cycle II it increased to a good category. While student learning outcomes in cycle I were in the sufficient category and student learning outcomes in cycle II increased to a good category. The conclusion of this study is that through the application of the Project Based Learning model, the results of learning English in class XI AKL 1 students at SMK Negeri 1 Pangkep have increased Keywords: Project Based Learning (PBL), Hasil Belajar, Teks Prosedur

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi nilai nilai islam dalam pembelajaran di sd islam terpadu anak Sholeh 2 mataram. Pendidikan islam memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter siswa yang berakhlak mulia dan taat beragama. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif, dengan pengumpulan data melalui observasi, wawancara, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa nilai nilai Islami di terapkan secara konsisten dalam kegiatan intrakurikuler, ekstrakurikuler serta dalam lingkungan sekolah yang mendukung. Keterlibatan orang tua juga berpwran penting dalam memperkuat hubungan Pendidikan anatara rumah dan sekolah. Penerapan nilai nilai Islami ini bersifat holistik, mencangkup aspek kognitif, efektif, dan psikomotorik siswa. Implementasi tersebut tidak hanya berdampak positif pada perkembangan spiritual siswa, tetapi juga meningkatkan kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kemempuan sosial mereka. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi nilai nilai Islami sangat bergantung pada dukungan penuh dari guru, orang tua, dan lingkungan sekiitar.Abstract: This study aims to analyze the implementation of Islamic values in learning at the integrated Islamic elementary school of Anak Sholeh 2 Mataram. Islamic education has an important role in shaping the character of students who are noble and religiously obedient. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative, with data collection through observation, interviews, and document studies. The results of this study indicate that Islamic values are consistently applied in intracurricular, extracurricular activities and in a supportive school environment. Parental involvement is also important in strengthening the educational relationship between home and school. The application of Islamic values is holistic, covering the cognitive, effective and psychomotor aspects of students. The implementation not only has a positive impact on students' spiritual development, but also improves their discipline, responsibility and social skills. This study concludes that the successful implementation of Islamic values depends on the full support of teachers, parents, and the surrounding environment.

Abstract

Tujuan penulisan artikel ini adalah untuk mengkaji untuk mengetahui bahwa tindak pidana pemalsuan surat yang diatur dalam Pasal 263 KUHP pada Putusan Perkara Nomor: 1056 K/PID/2012/PN.KDI. Merupakan suatu tindak kejahatan yang dapat merugikan dan menghilangkan hak orang lain sehingga memerlukan penanganan hukum yang baik dalam proses pembuktianya, kejahatan yang di dalamnya mengandung sistem ketidak benaran atau palsu atas suatu hal (objek) yang tampak dari luar seolah-olah benar adanya, padahal sesungguhnya bertentangan dengan yang sebenarnya, kasus pemalsuan surat diperlukan suatu pembuktian secara cepat. Salah satunya yaitu melalui pembuktian menggunakan barang bukti surat dan melalui pemeriksaan oleh ahli bidang Forensik Kriminalistik yang bertugas menyelenggarakan dan melaksanakan pemeriksaan barang bukti guna memperoleh kebenaran materil dalam proses pengungkapan kasus tindak Pidana. Dalam penggunaan Ilmu Forensik sangat berpengaruh dalam proses pembuktian serta mempermudah penyelesaian permasalahan-permasalahan hukum dan penegakan hukum di Bangsa Indonesia ini.
