Abstract

Abstract - Human resources are the main assets of the company, because to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company, it is very dependent on the performance of its human resources. The performance of human resources can be influenced by internal and external factors so that it requires a leader to be able to provide motivation. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation on employee performance at PT. Hasta Heritage Sentosa Purbalingga. The sampling technique in this study used saturated sampling so that the research sample amounted to 30 people. The results of the study partially show existence motivation, relatedness motivation and growth motivation have no effect on employee performance. Meanwhile, simultaneously Existence motivation, Growth motivation, and relatedness motivation affect employee performance

Abstract

ABSTRACT The economy reaps substantial benefits from the contributions of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). Despite their pivotal role in sustaining the national economy during the 2008 global financial crisis, where they generated employment and diversified exports beyond oil and gas, MSMEs in Indonesia have faced their most severe setback with the advent of Covid-19. Navigating through market upheavals now requires the adaptability of MSMEs, given the growing consumer demand for innovative products. The competitiveness and marketing efficacy of MSMEs hinge on their market and entrepreneurial orientations. This research endeavors to ascertain the significant impact of market and entrepreneurial orientations on company performance amid the pandemic, and to what extent these orientations exert influence. A total of 104 MSME participants were involved in the study, with SEM PLS employed as the methodology. The findings underscore that a focus on the market correlates with an increased likelihood of business success. Additionally, a positive relationship exists between competitive advantage and business performance, with no moderation observed in the connections between market orientation, entrepreneurial orientation, and business performance by competitive advantage.

Abstract

Human resources are the most important asset of the company, therefore to improve the efficiency and productivity of the company, the company has the responsibility to improve the quality of productivity of its human resources. Work motivation and work discipline is one of the solutions to improve HR productivity. Work productivity can be influenced by internal and external factors, so leaders who are able to motivate are needed. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and work discipline on the work productivity of production workers in PT Hasta Pusaka Sentosa Purbalingga. The sampling technique in this study used simple random sampling technique, namely random sampling technique in the population and the research sample using the Slovin formula so that the research sample became 77 people. The results of the study partially show that work motivation has no effect on employee productivity, while partially show that work discipline affects employee productivity. While simultaneously work motivation and work discipline affect employee productivity. The implications of the previous research motivation has a positive and significant effect while work motivation also has a positive and significant effect.

Abstract

In 2022 and 2023, the Religious Court of Purbalingga Regency still faced issues related to employee performance. This study aims to analyze the influence of work discipline, work motivation, and the internal work environment on the performance of the employees of the Religious Court of Purbalingga Regency. The type of research used is quantitative. The population of the study consists of 43 employees. The sample used in this study includes the entire population, employing quantitative methods. The results of this study indicate that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and the internal work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Furthermore, work discipline, work motivation, and the internal work environment individually affect employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.493, meaning that the variables in this study influence 49% of employee performance, while the remaining 51% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study. Abstract

Tujuan utama dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji efek moderasi dari kepuasan kerja pada hubungan antara faktor motivasi dan kepribadian lima besar dan hasil kerja. Model kepribadian Lima Besar lima faktor diterapkan di kantor untuk menjelaskan bagaimana orang menyelesaikan tugasnya. PLS SEM digunakan untuk menganalisis data survei dari 200 karyawan di PT. Boyang Purbalingga. Ekstroversi dan neurotisme, khususnya, ditemukan memiliki dampak besar pada kepuasan kerja. Ciri-ciri kepribadian baik lainnya yang memengaruhi keberhasilan kerja termasuk keterbukaan dan ketelitian. Selain itu, penghargaan intrinsik dan ekstrinsik ditemukan mempengaruhi pencapaian dan kepuasan karyawan, menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor ini dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas dan moral di PT. Boyang Purbalingga. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa neurotisme, penghargaan (intrinsik dan ekstrinsik), dan kesenangan adalah semua kualitas kepribadian yang berdampak tidak langsung pada produktivitas karyawan. Kata Kunci: Big Five Personality, Penghargaan, Kepuasan Kerja, SEM PLS.

Abstract

Abstract-This study aims to analyze the effect of Employee Well-Being on the performance of MSMEs (Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises) in Central Java by considering the mediating role of Sustainable Adaptive Resilience. The research background is based on the condition of MSMEs facing economic pressure and market uncertainty, despite efforts to improve employee well-being. A quantitative method was employed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) on 150 MSME respondents. The results indicate that Employee Well-Being has a significant effect on both Sustainable Adaptive Resilience and MSME performance. Furthermore, Sustainable Adaptive Resilience significantly influences MSME performance and statistically mediates the relationship between Employee Well-Being and MSME performance. These findings highlight the importance of sustainable adaptive strategies in optimizing the impact of employee well-being on business performance. This research contributes theoretically by integrating the approach of well-being and adaptive resilience in the context of MSME development and offers practical implications for policymakers and business practitioners to strengthen business resilience through investment in human resources and adaptive strategies. Abstract

The level of employee loyalty in the production department of PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga in 2024 has decreased as evidenced by employee turnover data, si it is necessary to foster a loyal attitude in employees. The study aims to determine how much influence transformational leadership, compensation and organization culture have on employee loyalty production department at PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga. The type of research used is quantitative with a population of 230 employees, while the sample used was 70 employees taken using non-probability sampling techniques with purposive sampling techniques for employees with possitions as operators in the processing, primary and secondary packaging sections. The data collection techniques used a questionnaire processed with SPSS 25. The result of the multiple regression analysis showed that transformational leadership had postive and significant effect on employee loyalty. Compensation had no effect on employee loyalty. Organization culture had no effect on employee loyalty. The R2 value of 0.625 indicates that the study contributed 62.5% of its influence on loyalty and remaining 37.5% was influenced by the other factors. To improve employee loyalty, PT Herba Emas Wahidatama Purbalingga pays mote attention to role superiors in emplementing transformational leadership style. Abstract

This research is based on employee dissatisfaction to the management of DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A Purbalingga Regency one of information about varous carrier opportunities, so that employee are less motivated in planning or strategizing to get the position they want. This study aimed to determine the exent to which the influence of career development and work motivation affect employee performance of the Social Service Population Control Family Planning for Women’s and Child Protection (DINSOSDALDUKKBP3A) Purbalingga Regency. Type of research used quantitative approach with help of SPSS version 26.0. This study used multiple linier regression analysis. Primary data collection uses a questionnaire. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling that sampel used was 33 people with civil servant status (PNS). The result of this indicade that carrer development variable has positive and significant effect on employee performance with significant value of 0,00, work motivation has no effect on employee performance with a significant value of 0,757.

Abstract

The company must pay attention to employee performance in optimizing human resources. The decline in performance that occurs at PT Indomarco Adi Prima Tegal can be influenced by work stress and work environment as factors that influence employee performance. This research aims to analyze the influence of the work stress and work environment on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal. This research is descriptive in nature, using a quantitative analysis method. The research object is the employees of PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with the sample in this research consists of 45 employees using total sampling technique. The data collection technique used in this research is the questionnaire method. Data analysis will employ Multiple Linear Regression analysis, t-test, F-test, and Coefficient of Determination test. The data analysis results using the t-test indicate that the work stress has a negative and significant influence on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with a calculated t-value of -3,097 > 2,018 and a significance level of 0.003 < 0.050. Work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with a t-value of 5,664 > 2,018 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of the data analysis using the F-test show that the work stress and work environment simultaneously have an effect on the performance of employees at PT Indomarco Adi Prima in Tegal, with an F-value of 174,910 > 3,23 and a significance level of 0.000 < 0.050. The results of the Coefficient of Determination analysis yielded an Adjusted R-Square value of 0.888, indicating that the work stress and work environment can account for 88.8% of the variation in performance. The remaining 12.2% is influenced by other factors not included in this research.
