Abstract

Agar dapat bertahan dalam persaingan bisnis dan mampu menciptakan serta mempertahankan kepuasan pelanggan, pelaku usaha harus memaksimalkan kinerjanya melalui harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas layanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana kepuasan pelanggan pada Toko Mandar Sutera dipengaruhi oleh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan analisis regresi linier berganda merupakan metode pilihan. Pengujian hipotesis menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan pelanggan Toko Mandar Sutera dipengaruhi sebagian dan secara simultan oleh harga, kualitas produk, dan kualitas pelayanan.

Abstract

Abstrak, Peran Medi Sosial dan Motivasi Pasca Covid-19 Terhadap Minat Pengunjung Pada Pantai Dato Kabupaten Majene. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh media sosial dan motivasi pasca covid-19 terhadap minat pengunjung pada pantai dato Kabupaten Majene. Dengan menggunakan metode SPSS, terhadap 50 responden yang dijadikan sebagai sampel pada penelitian ini yaitu pengunjung yang datang kepantai dato Kabupaten Majene. Jenis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah data primer. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menyebarkan kuesioner kepada sampel penelitian. Analisis Uji t digunakan untuk menguji dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa media sosial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengunjung, motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengunjung, media sosial dan motivasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat pengunjung pada pantai dato Kabupaten Majene. Kata Kunci: Media Sosial, Motivasi dan Minat Pengunjung

Abstract

The digital disruption era has significantly impacted startups, requiring them to adopt innovative Human Resource Management (HRM) strategies to remain competitive. This study examines HRM technology adoption, including AI-based recruitment, cloud-based HRIS, and digital collaboration tools, and the challenges that hinder their full implementation. Despite the benefits, budget constraints, lack of managerial support, and low digital competencyremain major obstacles. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected from Indonesian startups through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis. Findings indicate that startups with clear digital transformation roadmaps, strong leadership engagement, and structured employee training programs are more successful in integrating HRM technology. However, many startups still rely on manual HR processes, limiting efficiency and innovation. This study highlights that HRM should be a strategic function rather than an administrative task, focusing on technology-driven efficiency, digital upskilling, and cultural adaptation. To ensure sustainable growth, startups must prioritize digital innovation, workforce development, and managerial commitment in their HRM transformation.

Abstract

Business management assistance to home-based business groups is one of the important efforts to increase the capacity and economic independence of the community. This activity aims to improve the management skills of the processed coconut business “Batte Anjoro” in home-based business groups in the West Galung Neighborhood, Majene Regency. The methods used in mentoring include improving the quality of processed coconut-based products, branding and packaging training, and digital-based marketing strategies. The results of the mentoring showed an increase in the knowledge and skills of group members in managing businesses, expanding marketing networks, and increasing sales turnover. In addition, the quality of processed coconut products has also improved, making them more competitive in local and regional markets. With this assistance, home-based business groups are expected to be able to operate more effectively and independently, and contribute to regional economic growth.
