Abstract

This research was conducted at the North Sumatra Cooperatives and UKM Service with the aim of analyzing and knowing the effect of job competence toward job performance and its impact on job satisfaction. The population were 165 employees who worked at Department of Cooperatives and UKM North Sumatra in 2020, with 117 respondents using the Slovin formula. Sources of data using primary data and data collection techniques by surveying giving questionnaires to respondents. Data analysis techniques used data quality, classical assumption test, hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the study, it showed that partially job competence has significantly effected on job performance and employees job satisfaction too, performance has significantly effected on job satisfaction, Job satisfaction did not mediate the effect of job competence on employee work performance in the North Sumatra Cooperative and UKM Service. Job competence and employee performance have a strong correlation with employee job satisfaction. It could be said that job satisfaction of employees of the North Sumatra Cooperative and SME Service can be explained by job competence and work performance of 48.3% and the other amount 51.7% can be explained by other variables not examined.

Abstract

Dalam dunia bisnis, memahami kinerja penjualan dan pola pembelian konsumen sangat penting untuk mendukung pengambilan keputusan strategis. Penelitian ini menganalisis pola pembelian konsumen di UD Tritunggal Jaya menggunakan algoritma Frequent Pattern Growth (FP-Growth). Algoritma ini membantu mengoptimalkan manajemen inventaris berdasarkan pola pembelian konsumen. Data transaksi penjualan dari Mei hingga Juni 2024 digunakan dengan parameter support 0,5 dan confidence 0,8, menghasilkan 23 aturan asosiasi dengan validitas tinggi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk yang paling sering dibeli adalah Bolpoin AE7, HVS A4 Copy Paper, dan Lakban OPP Daimaru, sedangkan produk yang jarang dibeli meliputi Label Koala, Stopmap, Amplop 310 ExE, dan Buku Campus 36 Sidu. Pola pembelian bersama yang signifikan ditemukan antara lain Buku Sidu 38 dengan Bolpoin AE7, Amplop 104 PPS dengan HVS A4 Copy Paper, serta Lakban OPP Daimaru dengan Bolpoin AE7. Algoritma FP-Growth terbukti efektif mengidentifikasi keterkaitan antar produk, memberikan wawasan perilaku konsumen, dan mendukung strategi cross-selling secara efisien. Aturan asosiasi ini juga merekomendasikan pengelolaan stok yang lebih optimal, seperti menjaga ketersediaan produk dengan permintaan tinggi dan mengurangi stok produk kurang diminati.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujan untuk mengetahui: Perbedaan Model Pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Picture and Picture dan Model Pembelajaran Cycle Learning Terhadap Kemampuan Berpikir Kritis Matematis Siswa Pada Pokok Bahasan Lingkaran Di SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu Kab. Labuhan Batu. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan populasinya seluruh siswa kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA1 sebagai kelas eksperimen I yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Kooperatif Tipe Picture and Picture. Dan Kelas XI IPA2 Sebagai kelas eksperimen II yang diajar menggunakan model pembelajaran Cycle Learning. Penelitian ini menggunakan 5 butir tes soal kemampuan berpikir kritis matematis siswa. Kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif menggunakan teknik analisis varians dilanjutkan dengan Uji Tukey. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh kesimpulan sebagai berikut: (1) Terdapat perbedaakemampuan berpikir kritis yang diajar menggunakan model picture and picture dan cycle learning. Kata Kunci : Kooperatif Tipe Picture and picture, Cycle Learning, Berpikir Kritis. ABSTRACT This study aims to determine: The difference between the Picture and Picture Type Cooperative Learning Model and the Cycle Learning Model on teh Studets’ Mathematical Critical Thinking Ability in the Circle Subject at SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu Kab. Labuhan Batu. The researcch is an experimental study with the population of all students of class XI IPA SMA Negeri 1 Panai Hulu. The sample of this study was class XI IPA1 as the experimental class I which was taught using the Picture and Picture Cooperative learning model. And class XI IPA2 as an experimental class II taught using the Cycle Learning learning model. This This study uses 5 test items about student’s mathematical critical thinking skills. Then analyzed descriptively using analysis of variance technique followed by Tukey’s test. Based on the results of the study, the following conclusions were obtained: (1) There were differences in critical thinking abilities taught using picture and picture models and cycle learning. Abstract

The background of this research highlights the need to integrate technology into education to improve learning experiences and outcomes. The main aim is to develop effective learning media to overcome students' difficulties in understanding grade IV fraction material. This research employed the research and development (R and D) methodology with the Borg and Gall model for designing, validating, and testing media. The validation score was 91.6% from media experts and 89.2% from material experts. Therefore, the product developed was feasible. The research results also show that Powtoon-based learning media significantly increases student motivation and learning outcomes, with an N-gain value of 0.6059 in the small group trial and 0.6331 in the large group trial with the moderate improvement category. The implications show that integrating Powtoon media into mathematics education can create a more exciting and effective learning environment, thus supporting students’ academic achievement.
