Abstract

This research aims to explore ways to improve performance at the Queen Bakery store through increasing employee morale and using a more effective management information system. In this research, an analysis was carried out of the factors that influence employee morale and its impact on their performance. It also identified deficiencies in the use of computerized management information systems in Queen Bakery stores. The research results show that high work morale has a positive influence on employee performance at Queen Bakery. Employees who have high work morale tend to be more productive, produce better quality work, innovate, attend consistently, and have good working relationships with coworkers. However, there are signs of a lack of morale at the Queen Bakery store, even though the company has provided incentives to employees. Apart from that, it was also found that the Queen Bakery store still relies on manual systems in various operational processes. This causes inefficiencies in inventory management, communication and decision making. Therefore, it is recommended to implement an integrated management system at Queen Bakery to improve operational efficiency, communication, decision making and customer information services. By taking steps to increase employee morale and implementing a more effective management information system, it is hoped that the Queen Bakery store can improve company performance and provide better service to customers. This research contributes to understanding the importance of work morale and management information systems in improving company performance in the food retail sector.

Abstract

This research aims to explore the influence of the quality of human resources (HR) on the competitiveness of MSMEs, with a focus on street vendors in the Lembang Square area. The research method used is qualitative, with a descriptive approach, data is collected through interviews, observation and documentation, and analyzed descriptively. The research results show that the quality of human resources (HR) in the Lembang Square area tends to be low, which affects the competitiveness of traders' businesses. Factors that influence the quality of HR (Human Resources) include education, training and experience. Traders at higher levels tend to have broader knowledge of business management, while MSME training has a positive impact on traders' understanding and business skills. However, some traders are less interested in taking part in training because of the perception that the training does not provide significant changes. Previous experience also plays an important role in developing the quality of HR (Human Resources).

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempertahankan persepsi positif masyarakat terhadap puskesmas. Fokus penelitian adalah mengevaluasi persepsi pasien terhadap kualitas layanan di Puskesmas Banjaran Kota melalui pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dan ulasan Google. Penelitian ini menyoroti masalah staf, layanan lambat, dan prosedur antrian. Dari 15 responden yang diwawancarai, 81,3% menyatakan puas dengan layanan yang diberikan, menunjukkan adanya perubahan positif. Studi ini juga mendalami interaksi antara tenaga kesehatan dan pasien, termasuk empati, aksesibilitas, proses perawatan, dan manajemen rasa sakit. Walaupun mayoritas responden merasa puas dengan layanan yang diberikan, mereka tetap memberikan saran untuk meningkatkan jumlah tenaga medis dan memperbaiki kebersihan fasilitas. Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu Puskesmas Banjaran Kota dalam terus meningkatkan kualitas layanan dan mempertahankan persepsi positif di mata masyarakat. Dengan demikian, puskesmas dapat terus memberikan pelayanan kesehatan yang optimal dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan pasien

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui penerapan IQ dan SQ dalam menangani masalah bullying di SDN 12 Lembang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Adapun informan penelitian ini berjumlah 7 orang yaitu: kepala sekolah, guru dan orang tua. Untuk menganalisis data menggunakan model analisis interaktif Miles dan Huberman yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukan Penerapan IQ dalam penanganan masalah bullying di SDN 12 telah terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru. Melalui penerapan konsep IQ, guru-guru di SDN 12 dapat mengembangkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang kecerdasan intelektual siswa. Guru di SDN 12 menggunakan penerapan SQ untuk membantu siswa membangun keterampilan komunikasi yang lebih baik. Mereka mengajarkan siswa tentang pentingnya mendengarkan dengan baik, berbicara dengan sopan, dan menggunakan bahasa tubuh yang sesuai

Abstract

This research aims to examine information in depth and be open to different answers and reveal their different thoughts regarding a topic regarding employee motivation and employee performance at Bunababy Care Spa. Motivation is measured based on several indicators such as responsibility, work performance, and challenging work which aims to encourage employees to achieve their organizational and individual goals. Meanwhile, employee performance is assessed based on work quality, punctuality of work and attendance. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method to obtain information regarding employee motivation and performance at the BunaBaby care company. The data collected is the result of observations, interviews and documentation carried out by the author with 3 audiences, namely 2 midwives and 1 admin. The results of this research are that high work motivation, driven by responsibility, achievement, and job challenges that match abilities, plays an important role in improving employee performance at the Bunababy Care Spa Clinic. They demonstrate a commitment to maintaining high quality standards and managing time effectively to ensure the best service for the spa clinic's customers. It is hoped that the Bunababy Care Spa Clinic can increase employee motivation and overall performance

Abstract

This study aims to explore the impact of limited human resources (HR) on the quality of teaching and learning at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Al-Furqon through interviews with two teachers. The results indicate that the insufficient number of teaching staff increases the workload of teachers, requiring them to handle excessive administrative tasks and teach subjects outside their specialization. This condition negatively impacts the quality of education, as teachers struggle to provide adequate attention to each student, especially those requiring more intensive guidance. The HR limitations also hinder students' academic and non-academic achievements, as well as the implementation of development programs such as extracurricular activities. Although teachers have attempted to address these challenges by utilizing interactive and project-based learning methods, support from school management in the form of additional teacher recruitment, training, and educational technology is still needed to effectively meet teaching needs and maintain teacher well-being. This study underscores the importance of greater attention to HR management in educational settings to ensure optimal and sustainable learning processes.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the factors influencing the implementation of prime service at Melong Asih Community Health Center from the perspective of health workers. Employing a qualitative approach, this research involved in-depth interviews with health workers and direct observation. The findings revealed that responsiveness, accessibility, communication, politeness, and the availability of medicines are key factors affecting the quality of service. Although Melong Asih Community Health Center has shown a strong commitment to providing quality services, there are still several aspects that need to be improved, such as consistency in providing friendly and empathetic services, improving administrative systems, and enhancing the competence of health workers. This research provides important implications for efforts to improve the quality of services at Melong Asih Community Health Center, namely by enhancing the competence of health workers, improving administrative systems, and ensuring the availability of adequate resources.

Abstract

The Korean Wave phenomenon spreads through various channels, such as music, dramas, and culinary experiences, influencing daily activities and primarily targeting teenagers and adults who are fans of Korean Pop. One interesting behavior that entrepreneurs can learn from this phenomenon is impulsive buying behavior. Korean Pop fans, also known as Kpopers, often go to great lengths to collect items related to their idols, such as merchandise, music albums, photocards, and more, despite these items often being relatively expensive. Therefore, selecting the right brand ambassador and brand image can attract significant interest, especially if the target audience consists of Korean Pop fans. This decision has the potential to provide substantial benefits for companies. One product targeting Kpopers is Tos Tos, a brand under PT. Dua Kelinci, which adopted a marketing strategy by partnering with a brand ambassador for its product launched in 2014, initially named Krip Krip Tortilla and later rebranded as Tos Tos Tortilla Chips in 2022. This study aims to determine the simultaneous influence of NCT Dream as Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on the impulsive buying behavior of Tos Tos Tortilla Chips snack products. Additionally, it seeks to identify the partial influence of NCT Dream as Brand Ambassador and Brand Image on the impulsive buying behavior of Tos Tos Tortilla Chips snack products.The research employs a quantitative method, with the population consisting of consumers of Tos Tos Tortilla Chips x NCT Dream. The sample includes 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling. The data analysis in this study uses "Multiple Linear Regression" with SPSS 25 as the analytical tool. The results of the analysis show that, simultaneously, the brand ambassador and brand image significantly influence impulsive buying behavior. Partially, the brand ambassador significantly influences impulsive buying behavior, and brand image also has a significant partial influence on impulsive buying behavior. Abstract

The SIMRS-based online queuing system is a health service innovation to overcome the problem of long and inefficient manual queues. This study aims to analyze the application of a SIMRS-based online queue system to the quality of service at Al Ihsan Hospital. The method used is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques through interviews, observations, and documentation to patients and medical personnel. The results of the study show that this system speeds up the enrollment process, reduces wait times, and improves patient satisfaction. However, obstacles such as limited user understanding and network interference were found that affected the effectiveness of the system. Therefore, increased socialization and technical optimization are needed. This research is expected to be a reference for other hospitals in the development of digital-based services to improve the quality of health services.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze customer perceptions regarding the quality of health services at Rizqi Farma Pharmacy in Malakasari Village. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Through descriptive analysis methods, data collection was obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study indicate that most customers have a positive perception of the quality of services provided. Several key factors that are attractive include: informative consultation services, friendly and communicative attitudes from pharmacists, additional facilities such as free blood pressure checks and weighing, complete drug availability, and a clean and comfortable pharmacy environment. The most dominant indicator influencing service quality is the Tangible indicator or physical evidence facilities. However, there are still several obstacles and challenges that need to be considered during peak hours which can cause longer waiting times. Nevertheless, health services at Rizqi Farma Pharmacy continue to run optimally, and efforts to improve them are continuously being made.
