Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of increasing learning readiness through virtual-based group guidance services with role playing techniques. The choice of topic with this technique is interesting because it sees the situation that is happening there. Therefore, the researchers tried to do this research using a quantitative approach with a pre-experimental method, in which students in the sample class had problems regarding their learning readiness. For sampling using random sampling. The number of samples in this study were 48 students. The results of the hypothesis test using the paired sample t-test which can be seen from the test results, that the significance value (2-tailed) 0.002 < 0.005 indicates a significant difference between the initial variable and the final variable. This means that there is a significant effect on the treatment given to each variable in the study.

Abstract

This study is based on the phenomenon of anxiety level experienced by students in the learning process. This research uses pretest-postest control group design research design. Subjects in this study amounted to 40 students consisting of 20 students into experimental groups and 20 students into a control group. This research uses data analysis with t test gain score independent sample test. Results from this study that the experimental group lower the anxiety level than the control group and the technique of Emotional Control Card is effective in reducing students' anxiety.

Abstract

This study aimed to identify the relationship between academic procrastination and smartphone addiction, phubbing behavior, and self-control and to formulate an appropriate treatment to address procrastination following the identification result. This quantitative correlational study was conducted in  SMK Negeri 3 Sampit, involving 371 respondents recruited using a purposive sampling technique. The data were collected using four scales: Smartphone Addiction Scale (SAS), Generic Scale Of Phubbing, Self-control scale, and academic procrastination scale. Data were analyzed using product moment correlation and multiple linear regression. The result showed that smartphone addiction, phubbing, and self-control simultaneously and significantly relate to students’ academic procrastination by 42%, while the rest, 58%, was accounted for by other variables. Issues on academic procrastination could be treated using Cognitive Behavior therapy (CBT) with cognitive restructuring techniques and applying comprehensive guidance and counseling perspectives.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran potensi diri siswa dan hubungannya dengan kesiapan kerja siswa SMK. Penelitian ini dilakukan penelitian studi kepustakaan dengan Teknik pengambilan data kajian Pustaka. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah jurnal online, buku modul, dan tulisan lembaga-lembaga pemerintah. Data-data yang telah diperoleh kemudian dianalisis dengan metode analisis deskriptif. Metode analisis deskriptif dilakukan dengan cara mendeskripsikan fakta-fakta, menguraikan, memberikan pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan bahwa potensi diri terhadap kesiapan kerja. Siswa dengan pemahaman potensi diri yang baik akan lebih siap bekerja atau memiliki kesiapan kerja yang baik.
