Abstract

 Tuberculosis (TBC) is an irresistible sickness brought about by Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Most TBC microorganisms assault the lungs, however can likewise influence different organs of the body. The reason for this study was to decide the degree of information, perspectives, and activities of patients about TBC.  Respondents who were utilized as tests were the individuals who met the incorporation measures. The information acquired were then broke down by ascertaining the circulation of respondents' qualities (orientation, age, schooling, occupation, pay and term of TBC) as well as replies to surveys that included (information, perspectives and activities). In view of the consequences of the review that the individuals who have great information about tuberculosis and its counteraction endeavors are 36 respondents (69.23%) and the individuals who have less information are 16 respondents (30.77%). The respondent's information about tuberculosis is great in light of the fact that already respondents had gotten data about tuberculosis through different broad communications. Abstract

ABSTRAKTuberkulosis tetap menjadi masalah kesehatan masyarakat utama di banyak negara berkembang dan merupakan kausa primer kematian di seluruh dunia pada orang yang hidup dengan imunokompromised. Pengetahuan sangat lah penting dalam penaganan dan pencegahan transmisi TBC. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan Systematic Review dengan Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA). Kesimpulan yang didapat yaitu bahwa ada hubungan dan keterikatan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan pencegahan tuberkulosis paru pada pasien aktif maupun non-aktif.Kata kunci: Pengetahuan, Pencegahan, TBC

Abstract

 Desa Tambi Kecamatan kejajar Kabupaten Wonosobo yang kaya akan sumber daya alam berupa pertanian Khususnya Kopi yang bernama Kopi Tarzan dan Kebun Teh merupakan modal utama bagi kemajuan masyarakat. Pembangunan Masyarakat Desa dengan konsep Pemberdayaan Petani Kopi sangat relevan dengan strategi komunikasi pembangunan yakni partisipatif, dengan menggunakan analisis SWOT maka semua keunggulan dan kelemahan desa Tambi dapat dilihat dan diatasi. Dengan melibatkan semua unsur yang ada baik masyarakat maupun perangkat desa maka sumber daya alam yang dimiliki oleh desa Tambi akan termaksimalkan untuk pembangunan masyarakat

Abstract

A perineal wound is a condition where tissue continuity is broken which occurs in almost all first deliveries and not infrequently also occurs in subsequent deliveries. If this situation is not handled properly, bleeding infection can occur which can result in high maternal morbidity and mortality. The aim of the research is to carry out Midwifery Care for the Postpartum Period with Level II Perineal Rupture using a midwifery management approach in accordance with the midwife's authority. The research method used is the case study writing method, namely carrying out case studies using a midwifery management approach. Results of a study on the implementation and implementation of midwifery care for clients with Grade II Perineal Rupture Pain at the Palangga Community Health Center, Gowa Regency. In the theoretical application of midwifery care, starting from data analysis, formulating actual and potential future diagnoses. Immediate action or collaboration, planning, management and evaluation of midwifery care that occurs.

Abstract

Musculoskeletal disorders are common problems often experienced by the elderly. As we age, musculoskeletal tissue shows increased bone fragility, loss of muscle strength and redistribution of fat to reduce the ability of the tissue to perform its normal functions. One example of a musculoskeletal disorder that is often suffered by the elderly is low back pain (LBP). Health education related to LBP for the elderly is an important first step in preventing and managing low back pain in the elderly. Objectives To increase knowledge in the elderly at the Sant Antonius Purbayan Surakarta Parish Church regarding reducing the risk of LBP in the elderly at the Sant Antonius Purbayan Surakarta Parish Church through a health education program that is implemented. This Community Service activity was held on May 7, 2025 at the Aula Village of the Sant Antonius Purbayan Parish Church, Surakarta. This activity was attended by 101 elderly people. The methods used in this activity were leaflet distribution, direct demonstrations and counseling. The distribution of leaflets aims to provide written information that is easy to read and understand by the elderly, regarding ways to prevent LBP and important information related to back health. In addition, live demonstrations are carried out that allow participants to see firsthand the correct techniques or movements, such as good posture when sitting, standing, or lifting objects, which can reduce the risk of LBP. Finally, counseling is carried out to explain in depth the causes, symptoms, and ways to prevent LBP, with an interactive approach that provides an opportunity for the elderly to ask questions and discuss the health problems they experience. Educational activities about Low Back Pain have proven effective in increasing the knowledge and awareness of the elderly regarding the prevention and reduction of LBP from 53% to 73%.

Abstract

Hypertension is a degenerative disease known as a "silent killer" because it can appear without any signs and symptoms or warnings, so many people are not aware of it. Prevention and control of hypertension is important, and considering the increasing incidence and impact of hypertension, awareness and prevention efforts are needed so that elderly people without hypertension can avoid hypertension. This activity aims to provide health education about hypertension in the elderly group. The method of implementing elderly health service and elderly examination at the Sant Antonius Purbayan Surakarta Parish Church is in the form of education, discussion, questions and answers related to the definition, causative factors, signs and symptoms, and prevention and control of hypertension complications. This activity involved 101 elderly participants at the Purbayan Church. Based on the results of the interview, there was a significant difference in the level of knowledge of the elderly about hypertension before and after the activity. This change has a positive impact on increasing the knowledge of the elderly, which means that this community service activity is beneficial for the elderly group at the Purbayan Church, Surakarta.
