Abstract

The aim of this research is to describe the participants' main ideas about intelligence and explain what roles influence the learning process for students. In this research, researchers used qualitative methods that are literary in nature. The results of this research state that intelligence is very influential in the students' learning process because it can be seen that students who have high intelligence can more easily participate in learning activities quickly and well compared to students who have low intelligence. Suggestions from this research enrich the study of intelligence and its role in the learning process.

Abstract

In this Study, the researcher is interested in examining the evaluation, reporting, and follow-up strategies to improve the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in schools, both at the elementary/Islamic elementary school, junior high school/Islamic junior high school, and senior high school/vocational high school/Islamic senior high school levels. This study aims to deepen the understanding of evaluation, reporting, and follow-up strategies to improve the effectiveness of guidance and counseling services in schools. In their research, the reserchers used a qualitative approach through literature studies. Literature studies are the objects studied in this study, namely evaluation, reportiing, and follow-up strategies in guidance and counseling services in schools. The result of this study can be said that evaluation, reporting, and follow-up in guidance and counseling services are important components in ensuring the success of guidance and counseling services in school.

Abstract

Globalisasi membawa dampak besar terhadap keberlangsungan budaya lokal, termasuk budaya Suku Dayak di Kalimantan. Modernisasi dan perkembangan teknologi mempengaruhi cara hidup masyarakat Dayak, terutama generasi muda, yang mulai mengalami pergeseran nilai dan budaya. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi untuk mempertahankan kearifan lokal agar tidak tergerus oleh arus globalisasi. Salah satu pendekatan yang dapat diterapkan adalah konseling multibudaya. Konseling ini berperan dalam membantu individu memahami, menghargai, dan mempertahankan budaya lokal mereka di tengah perubahan sosial. Dengan pendekatan berbasis budaya, konseling multibudaya dapat meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat Dayak terhadap pentingnya melestarikan nilai-nilai tradisional. Artikel ini membahas pengaruh globalisasi terhadap kearifan lokal Suku Dayak, tantangan yang mereka hadapi, serta strategi konseling multibudaya dalam mempertahankan budaya mereka. Metode penulisan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode Literature. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa konseling multibudaya dapat menjadi solusi dalam menjaga identitas budaya Dayak dengan menanamkan rasa bangga terhadap budaya lokal, membangun toleransi, dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari.
