Abstract

Analysing the element of Shariah used as the basis of business, its nature is very universal to the people's artifacts. Eliminating Indonesia's potential as the largest Muslim country in the world. There is a fundamental awareness of the failure of the conventional economic system that has created crises since 1923, 1930, 1940, 1970, 1980, 1990, 1997 even to this day. This qualitative descriptive research uses library studies. The results of the research are that Shari (a compliance) is an important and fundamental element in a Sharia-based financial business. The growth of the multi-faceted sharia-based financial business in Indonesia deserves great appreciation. This is because the element of Shariah used as the basis of business, its nature is very universal to the people's artifacts. Besides, there is a growing fundamental awareness of the failure of the conventional economic system that has created crises since 1923, 1930, 1940, 1970, 1980, 1990, 1997 and even today.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to determine the influence of ROA, ROE, Current Ratio, and ITO in predicting changes in profits in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange for the 2018-2021 period. iiThis research was carried out iion iiconsumer iigoods iicompanies iiwhich are registered iion iiEffect Exchange iiIndonesia iivia iiwebsite iiwww.idx.co.id. iiThe time of this research is from the 2nd month of May 2023 to November 2023. iiThis approach uses a quantitative approach, the quantitative approach is a positivism-based method which is used to study a particular population and a particular sample. In total there are 74 companies in the consumer goods industry sector registered in the 2018-2021 period. i The results of this research show that there is no partially significant influence between Return on Assets on Changes in Profit, there is no partially significant influence between Return on Equity on Changes in Profit, there is a partially significant influence between Current Ratio on Changes in Profit, there is a partially significant influence between Inventory Turnover on Changes in Profit. Simultaneously Return on Assets, Return on Equity, Current Ratio, and Inventory Turnover have a significant effect on Profit Changes.

Abstract

From the results of the evaluation carried out on the training participants, the training participants participated in the event enthusiastically, this was seen from the beginning to the end of the event, all participants participated well, it was also seen in the question and answer session where all the training participants' problems were related to recording techniques and journal corrections, the aim of Community Service activities (PKM) in this community have been achieved well and in accordance with the stated objectives and the operation of the Labamu application has been successfully answered and provided direct guidance by the service team. Recommendations for follow-up activities are to focus more on different types of business from each BUMDes Unit. Mentoring can be carried out per group according to the participants' business base so that implementation is more effective and easier. The methods used for community service activities are (1) lectures and training on the use of the 'SIAPIK' application in conveying the concept of effective transaction recording for Village-Owned Enterprises and (2) case questions to provide examples of transaction recording practices and correction journals for transaction treatment note-taking errors, and (3) providing consultation and assistance in the field. The results of the evaluation of this service activity showed that participants' level of understanding of the material provided was 80%.

Abstract

Social media has emerged as a contemporary digital phenomenon that transforms the paradigm of communication and social interaction. This research aims to explore the complexity of social media from technological, social, and ethical perspectives. Utilizing a mixed-methods approach with a descriptive-exploratory design, the study analyzes data from the 2024 APJII survey and various documentary sources. Research findings demonstrate that social media possesses unique characteristics: participatory, open, and interconnected, which facilitate cross-geographical interaction. Key discoveries reveal that 40% of the Indonesian population are active social media users, with platforms such as Facebook and WhatsApp dominating the landscape. The research identifies positive and negative impacts of social media usage, including global connectivity opportunities and digital bullying risks. Approximately 49% of users have experienced cyberbullying, signaling the complexity of digital ethics. The study emphasizes the importance of digital literacy, critical awareness, and collective responsibility in managing cyber spaces. Research implications suggest the necessity of a holistic approach in understanding and regulating digital interactions, considering social, technological, and ethical dimensions.

Abstract

Desa Rumah Kampung, located in Lawe Alas District, Southeast Aceh, primarily produces rice and corn. The community uses most of the rice for basic needs and livestock feed, with the remainder sold as a source of income. However, 45% of agricultural output does not meet food needs, 60% of the community still buys cooking ingredients, and there is limited access to agricultural products, a lack of food diversification, and 40% of the community does not cultivate horticultural crops. This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to increase understanding of the significance of horticultural crop diversification in supporting food security and family nutrition. The PKM implements the participatory rural appraisal method, including socialization, training, land preparation, seed procurement, planting, and horticultural crop maintenance. A total of 25 participants (20 housewives and 5 youth) were involved in the activity. The results of this program include a rise in the community's knowledge of horticultural crop cultivation, with the mean score before the exam being of 55.8 and the mean score after the test being 66.2, improved horticultural skills, active community participation in seed procurement and planting, and enhanced horticultural crop diversification. This community empowerment activity contributes to the increased availability of diverse food and improved family nutrition.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to improve the skills of students at SMK Negeri 2 Kutacane in maximizing Media Marketplace Technology. Where these skills can provide benefits to students in improving their skills in entrepreneurship and increasing income. The problem faced by the service team is the lack of insight by students in using Marketplace Technology. Participants who took part in the activity were students and student supervisors in the school's BLUD program who were active in using their smartphones. In this digital era, all activities are online. With optimal knowledge, matters will be easier both within the school environment and outside parties. There is a lot of potential for students at school that can be promoted online. Several marketplaces can be an option according to your needs. This community service activity not only explains the material but also directly provides practice via the participants' smartphones. BLUD students must have high creativity in improving a more decent life, improving and advancing the school. Students and the local environment will experience many things if they master the use of smartphones optimally and truly according to their needs. The most important thing is that the income based on purchases will increase. The participants were very enthusiastic about participating in the activities, both delivering material and training in the use of Marketplace Technology.

Abstract
