Abstract

PT. Samco Farma merupakan sebuah perusahaan industri farmasi yang memproduksi obat. Dalam usaha untuk meningkatkan efektivitas, salah satu faktor yang harus diperhatikan adalah masalah perawatan (maintenance) pada mesin. Salah satu hambatan yang dihadapi perusahaan dalam produksi adalah terjadinya downtime pada mesin. Downtime meliputi mesin berhenti beroperasi akibat kerusakan mesin atau peralatan, bongkar pasang sparepart, pelaksanaan prosedur setup adjustment dan lain-lainnya. Downtime juga sangat berpengaruh pada perusahaan yang mengakibatkan tidak efisiennya tingkat produksi sehingga target produksi tidak tercapai dan menimbulkan deffect yang banyak. Penelitian ini mengukur nilai OEE pada mesin cartoning selama bulan Januari-Juni 2022 dan menganalisis nilai tersebut. Nilai OEE yang diperoleh secara berturut-turut dalam 6 bulan adalah 72,23%, 64,18%, 73,61%, 67,36%, 60,36%,dan 71,62% nilai tersebut masuk kedalam kategori sedang yaitu dibawah standar OEE 85%. Penyebab tidak tercapainya nilai OEE karena rendahnya nilai rate of quality yang disebabkan oleh tinggi rendahnya jumlah deffect yang dipengaruhi oleh downtime disetiap bulannya. Kata kunci: OEE, Effectiveness, Cartoning Machine, Maintenance, Product Packaging

Abstract

PT. SF is a company engaged in the pharmaceutical industry. This company has several problems faced, one of the problems that often occurs is the high time in the machine setup process  , so that the fulfillment of production targets is disrupted. The number of types of products makes the number of model change processes which of course have different types, so that this has an impact on the amount of production produced. Therefore, this study was conducted to minimize setup time  using  the single minute exchange of dies (SMED) method. The results showed that there were  5 work stations in the packing section, where of these 5 work stations  the one with the highest setup time was the cartoning  machine workstation  with an initial setup time  of 63,84 minutes. After applying  the single minute exchange of dies (SMED) method, the setup process  can be lowered to 46,69 minutes. So it can save set-up time  by 17.15 minutes. Keywords: SMED implementation, setup time improvement, internal setup, external setup

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out about the effect of the use of visual aids on the understanding of pulley material in science subjects in SDN Pecoro 3 . This research method uses an experimental design model, namely a one-shot case study. The number of samples tested was 24 students, and the value of learning outcomes was used as the variable being tested. Then it was found that learning using visual aids had a different learning outcome value than using the lecture method, and tended to increase. The results were obtained after testing the hypothesis on the results of student learning scores, which were obtained through tests after conducting learning experiments using visual aids. The choice of pulley material itself is because many students still do not understand how the pulley system works when applied in everyday life. Then to find out the role of the use of visual aids, is it able to foster students' interest in learning. As well as to find out how big the class differences are after learning using teaching aids.

Abstract

Pola konsumsi pangan pokok masyarakat Arfak sudah berubah, tidak hanya pangan pokok lokal tetapi juga sudah mengonsumsi beras sebagai pangan pokok. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pola konsumsi dan Angka Kecukupan Energi (AKE) pangan pokok rumah tangga petani Suku Arfak. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kampung Muari, Distrik Oransbari, Manokwari Selatan. Penentuan responden menggunakan metode purposive sampling dengan jumlah responden 43 rumah tangga petani Suku Arfak. Data konsumsi pangan dalam penelitian ini diperoleh melalui kuesioner food recall diet 1x24 jam. Data yang terkumpul kemudian di tabulasi dan dikonversikan ke dalam satuan gram, kemudian dilakukan perhitungan AKE dan skor PPH. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas rumah tangga petani Suku Arfak di Kampung Muari mengonsumsi beras sebagai pangan pokok. AKE yang dikonsumsi lebih tinggi dari pangan pokok lokal seperti umbi-umbian dan pisang. Saran penyuluhan perlu dilakukan untuk mengubah pola pikir dimana bahan pangan pokok lokal (umbi-umbian) memiliki nilai gizi yang tak kalah baik dibandingkan dengan beras sehingga mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap beras. Selain itu penyuluhan atau program pemerintah untuk ibu-ibu rumah tangga petani sebagai salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu rumah tangga agar dapat mengelola pangan yang lebih bervariasi.

Abstract

Limited access to innovative educational methods and materials and lack of understanding of leadership among students are major problems in developing innovation in the learning process. The Teaching Program at Sunan Giri University Surabaya aims to provide solutions to these problems by equipping students with skills in creative teaching and leadership. The method used is to develop a combination of intensive training for students. The form of activities includes interactive learning and integrated leadership sessions with a focus on developing students' critical thinking and leadership skills. The results of this activity show an increase in the quality of student teaching and interest, as well as contributing to the development of the community around the campus.
