Abstract

The analysis of Price Growth Pattern and Taking Position Sell or Buy at Corn Future Market in Japan. The research aim to know corn daily price growth pattern from Jamiari until october 2007 taking of position at corn future Market in Japan and analysis position and situation of corn in Indonesia in term of corn future market Research Method used descriptive analysis. Kinds of data uses secondary data Data sources obtained from Tokyo Grain Exchange (TGE), Laboratory of Galeri Invesment (LG) which cooperate with PT Asia Kapitalindo in UGM, Badan Pengawasan Berjangka Kembali (BAPPEBTI), book study and internet. Taking of position sell or buy is conducted by fundamental and technical analysis. Result show that corn daily price from Januari until October 2007 following long-range price trend pattern. seasonally and random Buying position if the price trend to up and selling position if the price trend to down to minimize the risk Demand of Indonesia's corn is increasing but the production always decreasing, so the goverment must import corn.Keywords: Future Market, Corn Possition, Growth pattern

Abstract

Analysis of cassava’s Farming Observed from Aspect of Area in CV Rianto Basuki Desa Bandar Kecamatan Terbanggi Lampung Tengah. The objective of research is to know how much the price of cassava’s selling to the factory of cassava’s farming is; to know the production resulted based on the areas, to know profit and afficincy produced of cassava farming held between the north and south areas, and for analyze productivity of cassava’s farming held between the not and south areas. The research uses decriptive method. The research method uses case method. The analysis is used to know profit and efficiency produced of cassava farming held between the north and south areas using t test statistic analysis. The result of this research showed that the price of cassava’s selling in the north area is 635/kg and in the south area is 550/kg. Production resulted in the north area is 45.833,33 kg/ha and in the south area is 35. 666, 67 kg/ha.  Profit and effciency produced in the north area is higher than those the south area. it can be seen by the price of profit in the north area is Rp 157. 086. 933,33 and the profit in the south area is 2,20 and the efficiency per wide range of farming in the south area is 1,34. Productivity in the north areas is 45, 83 ton/ha and the productivity in the south area is 35, 67 ton/ha.Keywords:  Cassava;s farming, Profit, Efficiency and productivity

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk 1) menganalisis Keragaan usaha keju natural, 2) menganalisis kelayakan Usaha keju natural, 3) menetapkan prioritas strategi pengembangan usaha yang dapat diterapkan untuk mengembangkan Usaha keju natural. Metode dasar penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kasus. Metode penentuan responden penelitian menggunakan metode purposive. Jenis data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu dengan wawancara, observasi, dan studi pustaka. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu untuk keragaan dianalisis secara deskripsi, kelayakan usaha dianalisis menggunakan analisis benefit cost ratio dan strategi pengembangan usaha dianalisis menggunakan metode IFE, EFE, SWOT, IE dan Metode Analytical Hierarcy Process (AHP). Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil penelitian 1). Usaha keju natural di Rumah Keju Jogja memiliki lokasi produksi yang strategis, pemasaran yang dilakukan secara online dan offline, memiliki sertifikat halal dari MUI dan sudah melakukan fungsi – fungsi manajemen dalam usahanya. 2). Usaha keju natural di “Rumah Keju” Jogja selama tidak layak dilaksanakan dengan nilai b/c ratio sebesar 0,38 3) strategi pengembangan usaha yang menjadi prioritas untuk pengembangan usaha keju natural di Rumah Keju Jogja adalah penetrasi pasar melalui meningkatkan promosi melalui penggunaan facebook dan instagram yang lebih optimal atau melalui media promosi lainnnya untuk meningkatkan penjualan.Kata kunci : strategi pengembangan, kelayakan usaha, keju natural, keragaan

Abstract

SAYEKTI The Factory That Influence Oput Supply of "Aroma" banana at "KPK Mawar" industry in Gesing Village, Kandangan sub district, Temanggung Regency. Supervised by This research aim to 1). Analyze the factor that influence output apply of "Aroma" Banana at "KPK Mawar" Industry 2). Know the constraint that faced by "KPK Mawar" Industry.  The method that used is case study method Location determination method performed purposively, the kind of data are primary data and secondary data, data source are "Aroma" banana KPK Mawar Industry related stine and literature books. The data collection by observation interview and recording Analysis result show the factor that influence to output supply of troma banana "KPK Mawar industry are banana price and Aroma banana price While the constraint thar faced are capital limitedness, the increase of raw maerial transportation, and production tools. The most prices important constraint is capital limitedness.Keyword: Output supply, Input supply, Output prices

Abstract

Indonesia is one of nation that producer and supplier ted in the world market. Indonesia tea production is held by three kind of enterpreneurship. They are government plantations (PBN), private plantations (PBS) and society plantations (PR). PBN is the biggest produser (56 percent) and the highest productivity, among of them. Export of Indonesian tea still have fluctuation in few years. It's caused by Indonesian tea market still depend on them five aim export countries. They are Pakistan, USSR, USA. England and Dutch. Therefore, economic and politic instabilities condition, changes of consumen taste that happened in these countries can make export of Indonesian tea decreasing Furthermore, production of tea in Indonesia have few challenges to developing of export. Firstly, Indonesia ha to start to expansion and promotion tea to the new markets like OKI countries and East Europe. Secondly, we have to increase demand of tea by support domestic tea consumption.Key words: Tea, production, export

Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze the trend of the Crude Palm Oil (CPO) prices in international Market at Rotterdam–Holland for the next two (2) years and to analyze the relations between international CPO prices and domestic palm oil prices in Indonesia.. The researcher uses linier trend method to analyze the trend and Granger causality approach. The results of the research show that the trend of international CPO prices tends to increase in 2008 and 2009. The causality analysis shows that international CPO prices causes domestic palm oil prices in Indonesia, but it is not vice versa. The result also shows that there is a positive relations between these prices. The increasing international CPO prices causes the rising of domestic palm oil prices. Abstract

The change of life styles in the last decades has increased the percentage ofconsumer population that consumed instant foods. On the other side, there are manycompeting producers that sell these instant food products. Therefore, producer needsto figure out the consumers' considerations before they choose the product. Thisresearch is a very important for the marketing strategy. The objectives of this researchare to know the consumer preferences in consuming food products and to find out howthey are informed about the products. Research methods are based on survey data ofconsumer that was taken by judgement sampling method in Yogyakarta within 2011.The products researched are instant food and beverage products which are generallyconsumed, always available in many marketplaces, and also knownly branded, such asnoodle and tea and coffee. The results of this research show that majority of theconsumers choose the product because of the taste. Information about the product theyget from intense advertising in television and most of them buy the product insupermarket or minimarket. Some recommendation to the company is the marketingstrategy shall be done by making variance in taste of the product. Research about typesof taste that customer desired is very important to know customer preference. Beside,promoting through television and supply the products to the minimarket/supermarketis done continuously.

Abstract

EnglishIndonesian government has applied cigarette excise tax policy on clove cigarette which impacts on the rise of cigarette price and cigarette production. Because of tobacco and clove demand are derived demand of cigarette supply, so the change on cigarette production impacts on demand of cigarettes input (tobacco and clove) and it eventually impact on the price of these commodities. The rise of cigarette excise not only impacts on economic surplus of producer and consumer of cigarettes, but also on tobacco and clove farmers. Clove cigarette encompasses hand-rolled clove cigarettes (SKT), machine-rolled clove cigarettes (SKM) and klobot cigarettes (SKB). The aim of this research was to analyze the impact of the rise of cigarette excise tax policy toward economic surplus distribution among the economic agents on Indonesian cigarette industries. This research accomodated the data series of 1990-2016 with simultaneous equation system which consisting of 36 structural equations and 25 identity equations. This model was estimated by using 2 SLS (Two-Staged Least Squares) method. The results showed that cigarette excise tax impacted on the rise of government revenue and total economic surplus negatively. The rise of excise tax impacted on negative surplus of cigarette producer decreased, negative surplus of cigarette consumer increased, and farmer surplus decreased (negative). In order to keep positive economic surplus of the farmer, the rise of SKT cigarette tax maximum should be constituted no more than 5,8%. To anticipate the loss of farmer surplus and the decrease of tobacco and clove demand ini the future, the government can use the tax revenue to develop alternative crops besides tobacco such as vegetables, intensification of tobacco as import subtitution and develop diversification of clove products for essential oil, preservatives and others.IndonesianPemerintah Indonesia telah menerapkan kenaikan tarif cukai rokok kretek yang berdampak pada kenaikan harga rokok dan produksi rokok. Oleh karena permintaan tembakau dan cengkeh merupakan permintaan turunan dari penawaran rokok, maka perubahan produksi rokok akan berdampak pada permintaan input (tembakau dan cengkeh) dan berdampak pada harga kedua komoditas tersebut. Kenaikan cukai tidak hanya berdampak pada surplus ekonomi produsen dan konsumen rokok, tetapi juga petani tembakau dan cengkeh. Industri sigaret kretek meliputi sigaret kretek tangan (SKT), sigaret kretek mesin (SKM) dan rokok klobot (SKB). Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis dampak kenaikan cukai rokok terhadap distribusi surplus ekonomi di antara pelaku ekonomi pada industri rokok di Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan data deret waktu tahun 1990-2016 dengan sistem persamaan simultan yang terdiri dari 36 persamaan struktural dan 25 persamaan identitas, yang diestimasi menggunakan metode 2SLS (Two-Staged Least Squares). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya tarif cukai rokok akan menambah penerimaan pemerintah namun berdampak negatif terhadap total surplus ekonomi. Kenaikan cukai rokok berdampak pada negatif surplus produsen rokok makin menurun, negatif surplus konsumen rokok makin meningkat dan surplus petani menjadi turun (negatif). Agar surplus ekonomi petani tetap positif, maka kenaikan tarif cukai khususnya SKT ditetapkan tidak lebih dari 5,8%. Pemerintah dapat memanfaatkan sebagian penerimaan cukai rokok untuk melakukan upaya pengembangkan alternatif tanaman lain selain tembakau seperti sayuran, intensifikasi tanaman tembakau subtitusi impor dan melakukan diversifikasi produk cengkeh sebagai minyak esensial, pengawet dan lainnya untuk mengatasi kerugian petani dan mengantisipasi turunnya permintaan tembakau dan cengkeh pada masa depan.

Abstract

Analysis of Costumer Satisfaction Position and It’s Influenced Factors (a Case Study on Kentucky Fried Chicken Restaurant Galeria Mall, Yogyakarta. Supervised by and This research aims lo analyze the costumer satisfaction position of KFC Restaurant Galeria Mall, Yogyakarta and to analyze the influence of product, place, promotion, human resources, physical facilities, and the process to customer satisfaction of KFC Restaurant Galeria Mall Yogfakarta. Data obtained from interviews, observation, recording, and questionnaires sample with I00 respondents, Sampling method using non-probability sampling, and analisys techniques using likert scale, cartesius diagram and regression. The results of this research are the consumer satisfaction position of Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurant Galeria mall, Yogyakarta is located at the position "Pertahankan Prestasi (kuadran B)."The influence of marketing to the customer satisfaction of restaurant Galeria Mall, Yogyakarta.Key word: product, place, promotion, human resources.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze export volume trend of Indonesian CPO in International market for the next 3 years and to analyze competitiveness of Indonesian crude palm oil in International market. To analyze the competitiveness of Indonesian crude palm oil in International market used Revealed Comparative Advantage analysis (RCA) to analyze comparative advantage and Trade Specialization Index (ISP) to analyze competitive advantage. Mean while, to analyze the export volume of Indonesian crude palm oil in the international market for next 3 years used least squares method.
