Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah kuantitatif. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengungkapkan penggunaan aplikasi pembelajaran gratis Edmodo terhadap kepuasan dan keefektifan belajar siswa. Populasi penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Mahardhika Surabaya yang mengambil mata kuliah 2-learning. Sedangkan sampelnya adalah 160 siswa. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan nonprobability sampling, yaitu dengan accidental sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa angket. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa kepuasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran. Kepuasan siswa mempengaruhi efektivitas pembelajaran, pelayanan, dan pengajaran. Mereka dapat meningkatkan efektivitas, seperti mengerjakan tugas yang diberikan, mempresentasikan, belajar dan berdiskusi dengan rekan kerja atau dosen

Abstract

This study discusses the influence of leadership and job training on the discipline and performance of the state's crew at the Tanjung Perak Beach and Sea Guard Base, Surabaya. This study uses an explanatory research design with a causal comparative approach. The population in this study were the crew of the ships at the Tanjung Perak Beach and Sea Guard Surabaya, totaling 55 people. The sampling technique used a census. The sample in this study amounted to 55 people. The method of analysis of this research uses path analysis based on multiple linear regressions. The results of this study indicate that leadership directly has a significant effect on the work discipline of ship crew, job training directly has a significant effect on the work discipline of ship crew, leadership directly has a significant effect on the performance of crew members, job training directly has a significant effect on children's performance. ship crew, work discipline directly has a significant effect on the performance of crew members, leadership indirectly has a significant effect on performance through ship crew work discipline, job training indirectly has a significant effect on performance through ship crew work discipline.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) pengaruh layanan perpustakaan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya 2) pengaruh fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya 3) pengaruh layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa STIE Mahardhika yang menggunakan jasa layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya dan sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 40 mahasiswa STIE Mahardhika Surabaya pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: 1) layanan perpustakaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya 2) fasilitas perpustakaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya 3) variabel layanan dan fasilitas perpustakaan berpengaruh positif terhadap kepuasan mahasiswa pengguna perpustakaan STIE Mahardhika Surabaya.

Abstract

This research investigates the factors influencing students' interest in pursuing higher education in Taiwan. Utilizing factor analysis, the study identifies key components that significantly impact the decision-making process of prospective international students. The analysis reveals that out of eight identified factors, only two—Factor 1 and Factor 7—adequately represent the overall decision-making influences. Factor 1 encompasses variables such as Learning Facilities, Involvement in the International Arena, Industry Involvement, Satisfaction of International Students, Alumni Connections, Presence in Exhibitions, and Digital Campaigns. Meanwhile, Factor 7 includes Scholarship Programs and the Number of Research and Publications. Among these, the Quality of Campus Life emerges as the most dominant factor, with a very strong extraction value of 0.859. The study concludes that these factors collectively shape the attractiveness of Taiwan as a study destination, with the remaining 28 variables also exerting a significant influence, evidenced by their extraction values exceeding 0.5 on average.

Abstract

This research aims to find out whether compensation, motivation and work discipline influence employee performance at PT Pertamina Retail. This type of research is quantitative. The population studied in this research were all employees at PT Pertamina Retail. The number of samples in this study was 50 respondents. The sample collection technique in this research was carried out using saturated sampling. The data collection technique used in this research was a questionnaire distributed to all PT Pertamina Retail employees. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Services Solution) software version 29.0. The research results show that compensation, motivation and work discipline partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance at PT Pertamina Retail. The R Square value of the reward and punishment variables influencing employee performance is 35.5%.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of content quality and engagement level on consumer purchasing decisions for Cruseka perfume products through the TikTok platform. This study uses a quantitative method with data collection techniques through questionnaires distributed to 98 respondents online, specifically followers of the Cruseka perfume TikTok account based on certain criteria. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression methods to determine the relationship between independent and dependent variables. The results show that content quality and engagement level have a simultaneous effect on purchasing decisions, which can significantly improve in this study. This explains that the content quality variable (X1) and the engagement level variable (X2) are functioning well, thus providing a positive impact.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of review content, digital promotion, and price perception on TikTok toward purchasing decisions of OMG Beauty products in Sidoarjo. The research method used is descriptive and verificative quantitative with purposive sampling technique. The population in this study consists of TikTok users in Sidoarjo who have purchased OMG Beauty products, with a sample of 100 respondents obtained using the Taro Yamane formula. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed with multiple linear regression with the equation Y=2,134+0,312X1​+0,276X2​+0,198X3​​, where Y represents purchasing decisions, X1 represents review content, X2 represents digital promotion, and X3 represents price perception. The results show that review content, digital promotion, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions both partially and simultaneously, with t values of 4.821, 3.721, and 4.215 respectively (p < 0.05), and an F value of 57.283 (p = 0.000). The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.65 indicates that 65% of the variation in purchasing decisions is explained by these three variables. The classical assumption tests show that the data are normally distributed (Kolmogorov-Smirnov sig = 0.200), there is no multicollinearity (VIF < 10), and no heteroscedasticity. This study confirms that review content is the most dominant factor influencing consumer purchasing decisions on TikTok.
