Pharmaceutical biotechnology products in the form of formulations and liquid bath soap preparations of butterfly pea flower kombucha can be used as a pharmaceutical or cosmetic preparation that has antibacterial properties that cause food poisoning and have previously been tested on formulations and preparations of hand washing soap made from the active ingredient of butterfly pea flower kombucha, so that in research The author is interested in using 3 locations for cultivating butterfly pea flower plants. This research aims to create a formulation and preparation of liquid bath soap using the active ingredient telang flower kombucha obtained from three cultivation locations, namely Pekuncen village, Cilegon city, Cinangka Anyer village, Serang district, and Banjarwangi village, Pandeglang district, Banten. This research is an experimental laboratory, namely by making a liquid bath soap base without active substances, making a liquid bath soap base with the active ingredient of telang flower kombucha at concentrations of 20%, 30% and 40% obtained from 3 cultivation locations, and providing bath soap market as a positive control. The method for testing pharmaceutical preparations (cosmetics/liquid bath soap) is through disc diffusion. Data regarding the average diameter of the inhibition zone were analyzed through one-way ANOVA if there were significant differences followed by post hoc analysis. The results of this research have proven that each butterfly pea flower was cultivated from 3 locations and also made into a formulation and preparation of liquid kombucha bath soap. positively correlated in inhibiting the growth of the four tested bacteria. Based on one-way ANOVA analysis with each P value <0.05, further tests can be carried out in the form of post hoc analysis where the formulation and preparation of liquid bath soap made from the active ingredient of telang flower kombucha from 3 cultivation locations at a concentration of 40% is significantly different from a concentration of 20 % and 30% as an antibacterial that causes food poisoning, both produced from cultivation locations in Pekucen village, Cilegon city, Banten, Cinangka village, Serang district, Banten, and Banjarwangi village, Pandeglang district, Banten.
