Abstract

In today's society, the use of social media has become a necessity in everyday life as a communication tool that can help people to connect, share and interact, access news and information both locally and globally. This makes the users of social media platforms such as Instagram continue to increase so that it can provide opportunities for companies and product and service providers to build brand awareness, connect with customers, and reach new customers so that it can become a new strategy in marketing and promotion using digital marketing. This research has the aim of implementing a digital marketing strategy through the Instagram social media platform to provide brand awareness and strengthen digital branding so as to increase the number of new students in the Digital Business Undergraduate Study Program at Al-Irsyad University Cilacap. In researching this topic, the writer used a descriptive qualitative method. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, observation, and documentation as a method of collecting data. The results of the study show that digital marketing strategies through Instagram social media are effective promotional media if they are well designed and implemented, so that promotion through digital marketing is an important thing to do to increase brand awareness and strengthen branding.

Abstract

Business Innovation and Digital Marketing Literacy is important knowledge to improve business development and how to utilize digital marketing among society now and in the future. Good literacy knowledge of business innovation and digital marketing makes people who want to or have even entered the business world able to plan, manage and develop their business. Entrepreneurship is one way that can be done by various groups of people to gain social status in society, improve the community's economy and for investment in the future. The aim of this service is to improve the mindset of good, organized, innovative business development and more contemporary marketing, especially for MSMEs in the Cilacap Regency area. As a result of this activity, it is hoped that the public will gain knowledge regarding how to innovate business development and attractive digital marketing.

Abstract

Program pemberdayaan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan bisnis dan manajerial pemilik serta karyawan Angkringan Om Ndut melalui pendekatan pengembangan sumber daya manusia (SDM). Dengan menggunakan model perencanaan SDM Andrew Sikula, kegiatan ini mencakup berbagai tahap strategis seperti penetapan tujuan, perencanaan organisasi, audit SDM, peramalan kebutuhan SDM, dan penyusunan rencana aksi. Melalui pelatihan kewirausahaan yang terintegrasi, program ini berfokus pada pengelolaan bisnis yang lebih efektif, terutama dalam aspek pemasaran, pengelolaan operasional, dan peningkatan pelayanan kepada pelanggan. Hasil dari program ini menunjukkan adanya peningkatan kemampuan manajerial pemilik dan karyawan, serta pemahaman yang lebih baik dalam menerapkan strategi bisnis yang berkelanjutan. Dengan pendekatan ini, diharapkan daya saing Angkringan Om Ndut di pasar lokal dapat terus meningkat, mendukung pertumbuhan usaha yang berkelanjutan, dan menjadi model bagi usaha mikro lainnya di wilayah Cilacap.
