Abstract

Pada penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar yang menjadi subjek peneliti ini adalah siswa kela VII di SMP Islam Al – Azhar Cairo Palembang pada semester genap tahun 2019/2020 yang berjumlah 15 orang siswa. Terdiri dari 3 siswa laki – laki dan 12 siswa perempuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian tindakan kelas yang terdiri dari 2 siklus, masing – masing siklus meliputi: perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan refleksi. Indikator kerja yang ditetapkan untuk mengukur keberhasilan atau dikatakan tuntas jika nilai hasil belajar siswa ≥80 dan ketuntasan klasikal ≥ 80%. Pada data awal peserta didik yang tuntas sebanyak 3(20%) dan peserta didik yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 12(80%), pada siklus I pertemuan 1 peserta didik yang tuntas sebanyak 6(40%) dan peserta didik yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 9(60%), pada pertemuan 2 peserta didik yang tuntas sebanyak 8(53,33%) dan peserta didik yang tidak tuntas sebanyak 7(46,66%). Pada siklus II terlihat peningkatan yang signifikan bahwa peserta didik yang tuntas pada pertemuan 1 berjumlah 11(73,33%) dan yang peserta didik tidak tuntas 4(26,66%), Pada pertemuan 2 peserta didik yang tuntas 13(86,66%) dan peserta didik yang tidak tuntas 2(13,33%). Setelah melaksanakan penerapan media modifikasi alat bola gantung dan lompat kotak dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa ada peningkatan hasil belajar lompat jauh dilihat dari data awal siklus I dibandingkan siklus II hasil belajar peserta didik meningkat lebih dari 80%. Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengembangkan sebuah produk berupa model pembelajaran senam lantai berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode research and development yang bearti mengembangkan produk atau menciptakan sebuah produk baru. Populasi yang digunakan adalah seluruh siswa SMP Negeri 1 Indralaya Utara kelas VIII yang berjumlah 38 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah metode pretest dan posttest dengan melakukan tes sebelum dan sesudah diterapkannya treatment model pembelajaran senam lantai berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Teknik analisi data pada penelitian ini menggunakan uji beda paired sampel t-test. Berdasarkan hasil output dengan menggunakan SPSS 16 bahwa nilai rata-rata dari 38 sampel yang melakukan test, hasil test sebelum diberikan model pembelajaran adalah 65,59% dan setelah diberikan perlakuan dengan model pembelajaran 82,53% artinya bahwa nilai rata-rata yang di capai siswa terjadi peningkatan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian tersebut, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan treatment model pembelajaran senam lantai berbasis pendekatan saintifik pada siswa sekolah menengah pertama. Abstract

This research aims to produce a practical, valid and effective measuring tool for the physical training of FKIP Unsri physical education students. The method used in this research is the research and development (R&D) research method which produces products in the form of applications for measuring physical tests for various sports. The sampling technique used in the research was 3rd semester physical education students, FKIP Unsri. The data collection techniques used are validation tests, practicality tests and effectiveness tests. The instruments in this research are validation sheets, questionnaires and application use among students. Data analysis techniques are validity analysis, practicality and effectiveness analysis. Based on the research results, the physical test measuring instruments for various sports in this study were very valid with a percentage of 83.92% and the average of the two test results was 81.25%, so it was stated that the physical test measuring instruments for various sports that were developed were in the very good category. proper to use. The findings of this research are a software in the form of a practical and valid application that can be used to measure physical tests in various sports. The implication of the results of this research is that the application of measuring instruments for various sports can help coaches, athletes, students and students to be able to measure the process and results of training validly and easily because previously it was only done manually so measurement errors often occurred during training and training result.

Abstract

The importance of physical fitness cannot be overstated as it is essential for daily activities and overall well-being. Sports science contributes significantly to this field by advancing training methods, managing competition effectively, and utilizing advanced instruments to measure athletic ability. These developments in sports science play an important role in optimizing performance and achieving fitness goals. This research aims to provide facilities and infrastructure as well as sports facilities that function as important infrastructure in supporting the success of sports education and facilitating student achievement and as an effective tool for assessing the physical fitness of Physical Education students and the wider university community. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a focus on Physical Education students in 2022 as respondents. Research results: This facility is specifically designed to carry out various physical fitness tests for students, lecturers and staff, providing a structured environment to assess and improve fitness levels at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijawa University to lead a healthier life. In conclusion, the integration of physical education, sports science, and dedicated sports facilities underscores a comprehensive approach to fostering physical fitness, skill development, and overall well-being among students and university members at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Sriwijawa University.

Abstract

The study entitled The Use of Physical Test Result Measurement in Hockey Sports Branch Using PE Application on Extracurricular Students of Muhammadiyah 6 High School Palembang. This study aims to determine the physical condition of hockey sports students using the help of PE application on extracurricular students of Muhammadiyah 6 High School Palembang. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive method. The results of the study were to produce data on the physical condition of extracurricular students of Muhammadiyah 6 High School Palembang with a very good category of 16.64%, a good category of 13.58%, a sufficient category of 92.9%, a less category of 89.2% and a very less category of 29.98%. The implications of the results of this study are the growing awareness for students to continue to improve and maintain their physical condition wherever and whenever, so that they can improve the physical condition of students in the sufficient, less and very less categories so that they become better.

Abstract

This research investigates the impact and correlation of tennis games on the physical fitness of students at State Elementary School 11 Tanjung Batu. The study employs a quantitative descriptive approach to analyze data collected in percentage form, which is then discussed descriptively using a solid theoretical framework. The research involved 40 students from Tanjung Batu State Elementary School during the academic year 2023-2024. The findings reveal a robust relationship between the application of tennis games and improvements in physical fitness among students. The correlation coefficient (r) of 0.774 indicates a strong relationship, highlighting the effectiveness of tennis games in enhancing physical fitness levels. This is particularly evident in fostering creativity and skill development in small ball sports within the physical education curriculum. The implications drawn from this research underscore the practical benefits of incorporating tennis games into educational settings to bolster students’ physical fitness. The successful implementation of tennis games as a means to enhance physical fitness outcomes underscores its viability and relevance in educational practices. This research contributes valuable insights into the positive outcomes of integrating sports like tennis into physical education programs, emphasizing its role in promoting overall health and skill development among school children. In conclusion, the study substantiates the significance of tennis games not only as a recreational activity but also as a structured approach to improving physical fitness and fostering motor skill development among elementary school students. The findings encourage further exploration and adoption of tennis and similar activities within educational curricula to optimize physical education outcomes.
