Abstract

Keluarga merupakan pendidik pertama dan utama. Pengaruh keluarga sangat kuat dalam pembentukan kepribadian anak. Salah satu hal yang perlu diperhatikan oleh setiap orang tua adalah mengetahui  bagaimana mengembangkan minat baca anak. Mengembangkan minat baca harus dilakukan dengan cara variatif, artinya tingkat konsentrasi anak tidak panjang dan mereka mudah teralihkan oleh sesuatu. Proses belajar membaca harus menyenangkan seperti bermain agar anak tidak merasa bosan. Kemampuan membaca berhubungan dengan minat dan kebiasaan anak dalam membaca. Mengembangkan minat baca dengan kegiatan Literasi taman bacaan yang menyenangkan dapat meningkatkan minat baca pada anak sekolah dasar di desa Rintis. Tujuan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PkM) ini adalah untuk memberikan motivasi dan pemahaman kepada anak- anak sekolah dasar di desa Rintis. Kegiatan PKM ini memberikan warna tersendiri kepada anak-anak didaerah taman bacaan karena selama ini mereka jarang sekali mereka melakukan kegitan tersebut baik di lingkungan tempat tinggal maupun di tempat mereka bermain. Kegiatan ini juga sebagai pengingat kepada anak-anak di daerah taman bacaan desa Rintis bahwa membaca sangat bermanfaat untuk masa depan. Dengan Kegiatan PKM ini anak-anak desa Rintis  dapat meningkatkan ketekunan dan  kepercayaan mereka bahwa dengan membaca mereka dapat menjelajahi dunia.

untuk meningkatkan literasi digital dan keterampilan teknologi bagi mahasiswa melalui program workshop dan pelatihan. Mitra kami, sebuah lembaga pendidikan tinggi, telah mengidentifikasi masalah utama terkait kurangnya pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap teknologi digital dan kebutuhan akan keterampilan yang relevan di era digital saat ini. Dalam merespons masalah ini, solusi yang diusulkan adalah menyelenggarakan serangkaian workshop dan pelatihan yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap literasi digital dan keterampilan teknologi yang diperlukan di dunia kerja. Target luaran yang ingin dicapai meliputi peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap berbagai aspek teknologi digital, seperti penggunaan alat-alat digital, keterampilan manajemen informasi online, kecerdasan dalam menggunakan media sosial, serta kemampuan untuk menyesuaikan diri dengan perkembangan teknologi terbaru. Metode yang akan digunakan untuk mencapai tujuan ini termasuk menyelenggarakan workshop interaktif, sesi pelatihan praktis, diskusi kelompok, dan penggunaan materi pendukung seperti materi digital dan panduan praktis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penerapan green accounting dan perputaran total aset terhadap profitabilitas. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif, sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 33. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan oleh peneliti dalam melakukan penelitian ini adalah dengan menggunakan angket dan wawancara. Teknik analisis data adalah regresi linier berganda. penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS. 20. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Green Accounting berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. diperoleh nilai thitung yaitu 3,319 dengan taraf signifikansi 0,003. Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel, maka thitung (3,319) > ttabel 1,683) dan taraf signifikasi 0,003 < 0,05, Perputaran total aset berpengaruh Positif dan signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. diperoleh nilai thitung yaitu 3,716 dan taraf signifikansi 0,001. Jika dibandingkan dengan nilai ttabel, maka thitung (3,716) > ttabel (1,683) dan taraf signifikansi 0,001< 0,05. , Green Accounting dan perputaran total Aset secara bersama-sama (simultan) berpengaruh terhadap profitabilitas. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh nilai Fhitung sebesar 24,083 dan nilai Sig 0,000. Sedangkan nilai Ftabel yang digunakan adalah nilai distribusi F dengan derajat kebebasan df1= (k-1) = (3-1) = (2) dan df2 = (n-k) = (30) pada α = 0,05 yaitu 2,76. Selanjutnya nilai Fhitung dibandingkan dengan nilai Ftabel, maka diperoleh Fhitung (24,083) > Ftabel (2,85) dan taraf signifikasi 0,00 < 0,05.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Jenis penelitian ini memakai Penelitian Kuantitatif. Metode analisis data memakai Uji Analisis Deksriptif, Uji Reabilitas, Uji Validitas, Uji Asumsi Klasik, dan Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda. Penelitian ini dilakukan di kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu. Sampel dalam penelitian ini seluruh pegawai kantor Dinas Perhubungan Kabupaten Labuhanbatu dengan jumlah 89 sampel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan baik secara parsial mauoun simultannilai R Square yaitu sebesar 0,649 atau 64.9%, artinya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan, motivasi, lingkungan kerja dan kepuasan kerja bersama-sama berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai sebesar 64,9% sedangkan sisanya yaitu 35,1% merupakan pengaruh faktor-faktor lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

Abstract

Performance can generally be defined as the work results or work achievements of an individual or a group of people in carrying out their duties and responsibilities within an organization or a specific time period. This research aims to analyze the influence of job satisfaction and workload on teacher performance at Dayah Harapan Ummat Simpang Mamplam Bireuen. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 58 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that job satisfaction and workload significantly influence teacher performance. Job satisfaction, reflecting teacher utility, is positively correlated with performance, indicating increased productivity. Managed workload, as a production factor, also positively influences performance, emphasizing efficient allocation of human resources. Simultaneously, both variables explain 78.3% of the variance in teacher performance, demonstrating a significant contribution to the effectiveness of educational organizations. The implications of this research are strategic human resource management in the education sector, focusing on improving job satisfaction and optimizing workload for superior organizational performance. This research provides empirical insights for the development of policies to enhance the quality of education through improved teacher welfare and productivity.

Abstract

Job satisfaction is a pleasant or positive emotional state resulting from the appraisal of one's job or work experiences. The purpose of this research is to determine the influence of compensation and work environment on the job satisfaction of teachers at SMAS Islam Zulkifliyah, Simpang Mamplam Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. The research method used is quantitative with a census sampling approach, involving 39 teachers as respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression and was analyzed using SPSS 24 software. The research results show that compensation and work environment, both partially and simultaneously, have a positive and significant influence on teacher job satisfaction. Compensation, which includes salary, allowances, and incentives, as well as a conducive work environment, has been proven to increase teacher job satisfaction. This research concludes that both factors play an important role in creating teacher job satisfaction, which has a positive impact on the quality of education. This research recommends increasing compensation and creating a supportive work environment to enhance teacher job satisfaction.

Abstract

Brand Switching is a consumer behavior in which individuals shift from one brand to another when purchasing products within the same category. This means that consumers who were previously loyal to a particular brand decide to try or switch to a competing brand. This study aims to analyze the influence of variety seeking and electronic word of mouth (eWOM) on brand switching in Indonesia’s automotive industry, particularly marked by the shift from Japanese to Chinese brands. The phenomenon of brand switching has become increasingly common in the digital era, driven by consumers’ desire for variety and information obtained through online reviews. Variety seeking, based on the Optimal Stimulation Level (OSL) theory and novelty seeking, reflects the consumer's desire for new experiences. Meanwhile, eWOM, grounded in social proof and information adoption theories, shapes perceptions through online reviews. This quantitative study utilized a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents who had switched car brands. Data were collected using a Likert scale of 1 to 5. The data analysis employed Multiple Linear Regression and was processed using SPSS version 24. The hypothesis testing revealed that variety seeking has a significant negative effect, eWOM has a significant positive effect, and both variables simultaneously have a significant positive effect on brand switching. Educated Indonesian consumers tend to consider value for money, innovation, and design when making brand-switching decisions. Companies need to leverage eWOM, enhance innovation, and understand consumer preferences to maintain market position and customer loyalty..

Abstract

The management of APBDes funds signifies that all planning, which is the result of an agreement between the village government and the village consultative body, encompasses expenditures stipulated for the administration of village governance for one year. The objective of this research is to analyze the influence of village government transparency and accountability on the management of the village revenue and expenditure budget (APBDes) in Gampong Cot Laot, Peudada Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. To obtain optimal results, the data scope was derived from respondent answers through questionnaire questions distributed to 40 respondents, namely the community of Cot Laot Village, Peudada Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency. The data analysis technique used in this research is multiple linear regression. The research results, both partially and simultaneously, indicate that village government transparency and accountability have a positive and significant influence on the management of APBDes in Cot Laot Village, Peudada Subdistrict, Bireuen Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of leadership style, motivation, and work environment on the performance of employees of the Environmental Service. This type of research uses Quantitative Research. The data analysis method uses Descriptive Analysis Test, Reliability Test, Validity Test, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The sample in this study were all employees of the Environmental Service office, totaling 56 employees. the results of the study showed that leadership style, motivation and work environment influenced employee performance both simultaneously and partially.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence of digital marketing and information quality on purchasing decisions. The design of this study was quantitative descriptive by selecting a sample of 100 visitors to the Caf Zona Nyaman in Bireuen Regency. The results of the study prove that digital marketing and information quality partially, positively and significantly influence consumer purchasing decisions at the Caf Zona Nyaman, and the highest variable that has an influence is information quality.
