Abstract

This research aims to determine the impact of implementing e-learning content method on learning outcomes and the effectiveness of learning in achieving student learning outcomes at SDN Inpres Pela. The research method utilizes a quasi-experimental approach with a nonequivalent control group design, involving class VA (experimental group) applying the e-learning content method and class VB (control group) using conventional teaching methods. Evaluation of learning outcomes involves pre-tests and post-tests, as well as descriptive data analysis encompassing mean, median, variance, and standard deviation. Furthermore, requirement analysis is conducted through tests of homogeneity and normality. The research results reveal a significant improvement of 53.18% in the experimental group, with a substantial increase of 71.59% in learning outcomes compared to the control group. This study strengthens the evidence that the use of e-learning content in the learning process has a significantly positive impact on student learning outcomes. It provides a deeper understanding of the benefits of the e-learning content method in enhancing student learning achievements at SDN Inpres Pela.

Abstract

Mitos seringkali dikaitkan dengan konflik yang terjadi dalam perkawinan beda etnis. Mitos adalah bentuk ideologi, ide atau gagasan yang dibuat atau dihasilkan secara berulang dengan adanya sebuah tanda dalam suatu kejadian sehingga dipercayai masyarakat hingga saat ini. Sampai saat ini belum ada data yang menyatakan bahwa konflik dan perceraian terjadi akibat adanya mitos. Dalam pencarian data, penulis menggunakan metode studi literatur. Seluruh naskah dibaca dan dianalisis dengan seksama. Sebagai pendukung data tambahan penulis melakukan wawancara dengan LSM Rifka Annisa Women’s Crisis Center. Ternyata, mitos pada tiap suku memiliki keunikannya tersendiri yang secara tidak langsung berpengaruh dalam membentuk pribadi setiap orang. Perbedaan kepribadian itulah yang menjadi penyebab konflik dalam ikatan perkawinan beda etnis bukan mitosnya.

Abstract

Social science learning is closely related to the interaction between humans and other humans, humans and their environment, and human behavior itself. Social science learning in early childhood has not been included separately in school learning, but social values such as cooperation, respect, sharing, helping, love of the environment in children have been introduced by a teacher through singing or direct activities. The purpose of writing this article is to determine and explain the scope of introducing social sciences to early childhood. Meanwhile, the method for writing this article uses descriptive qualitative and the data collection technique is carried out by conducting a library study or literature study. The findings in this research include the scope of introducing social sciences to early childhood, including loving the environment, collaborating, appreciating, sharing, helping, friendly attitudes, empathy, discipline, sympathy, tolerance and mutual cooperation.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi difusi inovasi dalam pendidikan dasar dan dampaknya terhadap kualitas pembelajaran. Difusi inovasi diartikan sebagai proses penyebaran ide atau praktik baru dalam komunitas sosial yang dapat mengubah pola perilaku dan meningkatkan efisiensi sistem pendidikan. Penelitian ini meliputi analisis literatur dan studi kasus mengenai penerapan inovasi dalam konteks pendidikan dasar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa difusi inovasi melibatkan identifikasi kebutuhan, pengembangan dan sosialisasi inovasi, serta dukungan sumber daya yang memadai, dimana pentingnya pendekatan kolaboratif dan berbasis teknologi, serta tren pembelajaran berbasis proyek dan penggunaan kecerdasan buatan yang semakin mendominasi. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga menyoroti tantangan yang dihadapi dalam mengadopsi inovasi, seperti resistensi dari pendidik dan keterbatasan sumber daya. Penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa difusi inovasi yang efektif dapat meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan dan mempersiapkan siswa untuk menghadapi tantangan di masa depan. Dengan pendekatan yang inklusif dan sistematis, inovasi dalam pendidikan dasar diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi seluruh siswa, menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang lebih responsif dan relevan.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out which gave better performance between using the Numbered Heads Together model assisted by number cards and picture media and Numbered Heads Together without media. The type of research used was quasi-experimental research, where respondents were grouped into two groups, namely the Numbered Heads Together group with media and the Numbered Heads Together group without media. The population in this study were all elementary school students in SDN Inpres Pela. The sampling technique was carried out by means of stratified cluster random sampling. The independent variable in this study is the learning media assisted learning model, while the dependent variable is mathematics learning achievement. The data collection methods used in this study were: 1) the documentation method, in the form of midterm exam scores, 2) the test, in the form of 25 multiple choice questions. Data analysis techniques in this study were: 1) balance test: using the t-test with the prerequisite test for normality test with the Lilliefors method and homogeneity test with the Bartllet test, 2) hypothesis testing: using the t-test. All analyzes of this study used a significance level of 5%. The conclusion of this study is that learning achievement in mathematics using the Numbered Heads Together model assisted by number cards and picture media is better than using the Numbered Heads Together model without media.

Abstract

This study explores the implementation of innovation strategies at Bakti Huria Syariah Makassar Cooperative and examines their impact on members’ interest in using the Memberku digital application. The research focuses on three core aspects: the application of innovation strategies in developing the Memberku application, the supporting and inhibiting factors influencing implementation, and the effectiveness of these strategies in encouraging members to adopt digital cooperative services. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed to gain in-depth insights into these processes. Data were collected through observation, semi-structured interviews, documentation, and a comprehensive literature review. The IT Division of the cooperative served as the primary data source, providing critical information regarding system updates, user growth, and operational challenges. Data analysis was conducted in three systematic stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that the innovation strategy has been relatively effective in enhancing member engagement and promoting digital service adoption. Following a major system update in 2023, the cooperative recorded an increase of 300 new users, while the marketing team was tasked with acquiring at least ten additional users each month. Success was assessed through two key performance indicators: the number of active users and the volume of transactions through the application, both of which demonstrated significant growth. These results underscore the effectiveness of innovation strategies in driving the digital transformation of cooperative services.
