Abstract

Syeh Ahmad Surkati adalah tokoh utama berdirinya Jam’iyah al-Islah wa al-Irsyad al-Arabiyah kemudian berubah menjadi Jam’iyat al-Islah wal Irsyad al-Islamiyyah, sekarang menjadi al-lrsyad al-Islamiyyah atau disingkat dengan nama Al-Irsyad. Banyak ahli sejarah mengakui perannya yang besar dalam pembaharuan pemikiran Islam di Indonesia, namun sayang namanya tak banyak disebut dalam wacana sejarah pergulatan pemikiran Islam di Indonesia. Pemikiran Ahmad Surkati dalam kerangka tajdid di bidang keagamaan mengemukakan konsep Kafa ‘ah dan Musawah yang merupakan perlawanan Ahmad surkati terhadap diskriminasi keturunan Arab Alawi dan non Alawi. Juga Mabadi al-Irsyad yakni perlawanan Ahmad Surkati terhadap praktik-praktik beragama yang menyimpang serta heterodoks, yang dipengaruhi animisme, Hindu, dan Budha. Serta pentingnya pendidikan bagi peningkatan kualitas imaniyah dan insaniyah.

Abstract

Untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang berkualitas, maka guru harus dapat membuat suatu pengajaran yang efektif, variatif dan berkesan, sehingga materi yang disampaikan akan membuat siswa merasa senang dan merasa perlu untuk mempelajari atau memahami pelajaran atau materi tersebut. Keberhasilan yang dimaksud adalah siswa dapat membangun konsep-konsep tentang materi yang dipelajari khususnya Nahwu, dan mampu mengaplikasikannya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, serta mampu menyelesaikan masalah-masalah yang ia temukan dalam pembelajaran Nahwu. Salah satu Model pembelajaran yang memungkinkan siswa untuk berinteraksi satu sama lain adalah Model pembelajaran cooperatif tipe STAD membantu siswa mengintepretasikan ide mereka bersama dan memperbaiki pemahaman. Dalam hal ini, guru sangat berperan penting untuk membimbing siswa melakukan diskusi, sehingga terciptanya suasana belajar yang lebih hidup, aktif, kreatif, efektif dan menyenangkan. Pokok permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalah “Adakah keefektifan model pembelajaran cooperatif tipe STAD dalam meningkatkan kemampuan meng- I’rab Kalimat siswa kelas VI Fav MI Syalafiyah-Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Situbondo Tahun Ajaran 2016/2017. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah eksperimen dengan pretest-posttest design. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling cluster (sampel daerah), sampel yang di gunakan berjumlah 40 siswa yang diambil dari kelas VI Fav yang berjumlah 20 dan VI B yang berjumlah 20. pengambilan data menggunakan, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil tersebut kemudian di analisis menggunakan analisis t-test. Berdasarkan koefisien-koefisien yang diperoleh dapat dituliskan: thitung = 5,362 dan ttabel pada ά= 5% dan df= (20+20-2) = 2,021. Oleh karena t hitung ≥ t table hal ini menunjukkan bahwa model Cooperative tipe STAD dapat meningkatkan Kemampuan meng-I’rab Kalimat siswa kelas VI Fav di Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Syalafiyah- Syafi’iyah Sukorejo Putri.

Abstract

This study aims to determine productive zakat funds and mustahiq empowerment on mustahiq operating profits. By using secondary data and primary data. The method used is quantitative research using a field survey research design. The results showed that the distribution under study was group criteria with each sub-district having one group, based on the results, with the addition of modah from the Baitul Mal of North Aceh Regency it was able to increase mustahiq's operating profit and mustahiq's welfare. Empowerment (guidance, training and coaching) is being carried out to increase the mustahiq's operating profit and maintain the mustahiq's business with the aim that the mustahiq is able to be independent and not fall again

Abstract

The oil and gas revenue-sharing system for several regions has conflicting norms for regulating authority between the central government and regional governments in the oil and gas revenue-sharing system for several regional governments. In Article 14 Paragraph 3 of Law Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government it is stated that only the central government can manage oil and gas business activities. -Law Number 22 of 2001 concerning Oil and Gas still regulates the authority/involvement of local governments in fulfilling the clauses of the cooperation contract as an instrument of oil and gas business activities. The method used in writing this article is normative law. In this study, the authors want to know and obtain clarity about what the central authority over the oil and gas business is, and how the revenue-sharing funds are divided for the two local governments. The literature used in this paper comes from scientific journals and is supported by scientific books from various scientists. From the results of the research that has been done, in fact there is still involvement of local governments both in management in the form of fulfilling the clauses of the cooperation contract, especially in determining the work area and its return as well as environmental management.

Abstract

Higher education is using DLL more. Both teachers and students are used to digital learning. We have several digital learning examples. Teacher and student struggles with digital learning, such as using it, persist. This study reviews five-year-old references on digital learning in higher education. The researchers reviewed the literature on digital learning issues in higher education to determine what lecturers and students encounter in teaching and learning. The results suggest that teachers and students encounter issues including readiness to use them. Teachers and students struggle with technology access in different places, thus they should be discussed.

Abstract

The movement of the price index for the agricultural sector over the last five years has been very volatile, and has had an impact on the performance of the agricultural sector, which ranks lowest compared to other sectors. This study aims to analyze the influence of profitability and stock price index movements in the agricultural sector on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). This study uses companies in the mining sector and the agricultural sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The results of the study show that the variable profitability and price index are influential in the agricultural sector, because companies in the agricultural sector, especially in the sector, often export the products they issue, causing the value of the rupiah to increase continuously over time.

Abstract

Objective: This study aims to examine the epistemology of knowledge by bridging Western and Islamic thought, and analyze the potential integration of these perspectives in the development of knowledge. The main objective of this research is to understand how epistemology is viewed within the contexts of Western and Islamic thought and explore the possibility of a more holistic integration between them. Theoretical Framework: The theoretical framework of this research is based on classical Western epistemology, which emphasizes reason and empiricism, compared to Islamic epistemology which emphasizes revelation, intellect, and experience in understanding truth. These two theories are analyzed to identify fundamental similarities and differences in the formation of knowledge. Literature Review: The literature review covers studies on epistemology in Western philosophy, including thinkers such as Descartes, Kant, and Dewey, as well as epistemological perspectives in Islamic tradition through the thoughts of Al-Ghazali, Ibn Sina, and Al-Farabi. The review also examines recent studies on the dialogue between Western and Islamic knowledge systems, focusing on efforts to integrate these two systems of knowledge. Methods: The research method used is a qualitative approach with a comparative analysis. Data is collected through literature studies that discuss Western and Islamic epistemological perspectives, as well as previous research relevant to the theme of this study. Results: The results of the study show that there are fundamental similarities in the pursuit of knowledge between the two perspectives, although there are differences in reasoning approaches and ontological foundations. Implications: The implications of this research highlight the need for an interdisciplinary approach in education and the development of knowledge that accommodates both perspectives. Novelty: The novelty of this research lies in the development of the concept of integrating Western and Islamic epistemology, which has not been widely explored in previous studies.

Abstract

In Indonesia, Islamic law plays a significant role in various aspects of societal life, despite being within the framework of the national legal system based on positive law. Given the diversity of existing norms, the implementation of Islamic law within the context of national law often presents challenges in terms of integration and harmonization. Therefore, it is important to understand strategies that can be applied to accommodate the values of Islamic law within the plural national legal framework. This article aims to analyze and identify strategies that can be applied to integrate the principles of Islamic law into Indonesia's national legal system. The approach used in this study is qualitative, utilizing literature analysis and doctrinal study of legal texts, both Islamic law and positive law in Indonesia. Additionally, an analysis is conducted on the application of Islamic law in various legal fields in Indonesia, such as family law, religious courts, and criminal law. The findings indicate that the integration of Islamic law into Indonesia's national legal system requires a more contextual and adaptive approach, considering local values and societal diversity. Several strategies that can be implemented include harmonizing Islamic legal norms with positive law, enhancing the understanding of legal pluralism, and adjusting the implementation of Islamic law to align with the principles of social justice in Indonesian society.

Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui keterhubungan antara Pergaulan Teman Sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Negeri 1 Sindang Indramayu. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari tanggal 20 Mei hingga 24 Mei 2024. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasional. Lokasi penelitian ini adalah di SMK Negeri 1 Sindang Indramayu. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan, dengan Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebesar 137 siswa. Adapun sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 58 siswa terdiri dari 4 kelas yang berbeda. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer berupa kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada sampel dengan menggunakan mode sekala Likert. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dan perhitungan diatas, Dapat disimpulkan bahwa hubungan motivasi belajar terhadap interaksi teman sebaya pada siswa diperoleh nilai thitung = 0,438 > ttabel = 0,258 dan sig = 0,001 < 5%, maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti variabel pergaulan teman sebaya terhadap motivasi belajar pada siswa kelas X Jurusan Teknik Kendaraan Ringan SMK Negeri 1 Sindang Indramayu memiliki keterhubungan.

Abstract

Abstract. In Indonesia, we cannot escape from multiculturalism. The philosophy of multiculturalism encourages people to respect and interact with each other regardless of their status or origin. Multiculturalism is viewed by Islamic law as a natural and divine desire that must be upheld. Islamic values ​​such as justice, brotherhood, and tolerance offer a standard basis for resolving differences peacefully. Qualitative is the method used and the technique of collecting library study data. It is done by looking at reading sources that have the same research topic. The data taken is through books, scientific journals and other digital sources. Multiculturalism is a useful tactic in education to create a generation that is accepting, tolerant, and aware of religious values. Islamic law states that the purpose of multicultural education is to instill the values ​​of justice, equality, and tolerance. Islamic-based multiculturalism can build a learning environment that supports communication and collaboration between cultures while preserving Islamic principles. Therefore, multicultural education in accordance with Islamic law can be a way to create a just, civilized, and peaceful society despite differences.
