Tujuan penelitian ini ialah mendeskripsikan karakter peduli lingkungan siswa SD adiwiyata kota Banjarmasin. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis deskripsi, mengeksplorasi aspek karakter peduli lingkungan siswa dan gambaran proses pembelajaran dengan Go Green Project Based Learning. Instrumen berupa angket opini dan lembar observasi, dikembangakan dari rumusan NAEE. Pembahasan disajikan secara deskriptif kualitatif berdasarkan dari data kuantitatif berupa grafik karakter dan wawancara perilaku. Subjek adalah siswa di SD adiwiyata kota Banjarmasin dan sekitarnya berjumlah 73. Teknik pemilihan sampel dilakukan secara purposive sampling. Hasil penelitian ditemukan siswa SD cenderung memiliki kemampuan karakter peduli lingkungan lahan basah siswa pada kategori sangat baik. Skor rata-ratanya mencapai 3,448 dari maksimal skor 4. Pemicunya melalui project based learning siswa kehidupan sehari-hari bersentuhan langsung dengan masalah lingkungan di masyarakat sehingga menumbulkan karakter peduli lingkungan. Indikator sikap yang paling terbentuk adalah tanggung jawab, masuk pada kategori sangat baik dengan skor 3,524. Poin ini dikuasai dengan baik karena siswa sangat diberikan kesempatan untuk melakukan praktik baik terhadap lingkungan. Indikator lain yang juga tergolong kategoti sengat baik dan baik, dimulai dari tertinggi kedua yaitu menghargai kesehatan dan kebersihan dengan skor 3,513, tertinggi ketiga yaitu bijaksana dengan skor 3,463 dan terakhir yaitu kerja keras dengan skor 3,315.Kata kunci: Karakter Peduli Lingkungan, Lahan Basah, Pelestarian, Go Green. The aim of this research is to describe the environmentally caring character of Adiwiyata Elementary School students in the city of Banjarmasin. This research is a descriptive type, exploring aspects of students' environmentally caring character and a description of the learning process with Go Green Project Based Learning. Instruments in the form of opinion questionnaires and observation sheets were developed from the NAEE formulation. The discussion is presented in a qualitative descriptive manner based on quantitative data in the form of character charts and behavioral interviews. The subjects were 73 students at Adiwiyata Elementary School in the city of Banjarmasin and its surroundings. The sample selection technique was carried out using purposive sampling. The results of the research found that elementary school students tend to have the character ability to care for the wetland environment in the very good category. The average score reached 3.448 from a maximum score of 4. The trigger is that through project based learning, students' daily lives come into direct contact with environmental problems in society, thereby developing a character that cares about the environment. The attitude indicator that is most formed is responsibility, which is in the very good category with a score of 3.524. This point is mastered well because students are given the opportunity to carry out good practices towards the environment. Other indicators which are also categorized as very good and good, starting from the second highest, namely respecting health and cleanliness with a score of 3.513, the third highest, namely being wise with a score of 3.463 and finally, namely hard work with a score of 3.315.Keywords: Environmental care character, Wetlands, Conservation, Go green.
