Abstract

Latar belakang : Pasien pasung yang dirawat di RSJ dan dikembalikan kepada keluarga masih mengalami pemasungan ulang. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menguraikan pengalaman keluarga dalam merawat pasien paska pasung, menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Metode : Teknik pengambilan partisipan menggunakan purposive sampling dengan kriteria inklusi caregiver yang mempunyai anggota keluarga pernah dipasung sebelum dirawat di RSJ dan pernah atau sedang mengalami pemasungan ulang, mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik dan bersedia menjadi partisipan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara mendalam dan menggunakan catatan lapangan terhadap tujuh partisipan. Hasil : Hasil wawancara dianalisa dengan menggunakan langkah analisa Creswell dan ditemukan 5 tema sebagai hasil penelitian. Tema-tema yang dihasilkan adalah kelelahan fisik dan pergolakan emosi keluarga sebagai dampak merawat, kesulitan keluarga dalam manajemen beban, perilaku agresif sebagai alasan pemasungan ulang, bentuk dukungan internal dan eksternal pada keluarga dalam merawat dan peningkatan pemahaman spiritualitas keluarga sebagai hikmah merawat. Simpulan : Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa keluarga pasien paska pasung mengalami beban emosional dan kelelahan fisik yang menjadi alasan terjadinya pemasungan ulang. Rekomendasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan perawat jiwa mengembangkan pelayanan keperawatan jiwa di masyarakat dengan memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang cara menangani pasien gangguan jiwa dengan perilaku agresif sehingga mencegah terjadinya perilaku pemasungan oleh keluarga.

Abstract

Pasien pasung yang telah pulang dari rumah sakit jiwa (RSJ) oleh keluarga akan berpotensi untuk dipasung kembali. Tujuan penelitian menguraikan pengalaman keluarga dalam merawat pasien pascapasung. Desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Teknik pengambilan purposive sampling dengan wawancara mendalam. Kriteria inklusi caregiver yang mempunyai anggota keluarga pernah dipasung sebelum dan sesudah dirawat di RSJ dan mampu berkomunikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keluarga pasien pascapasung mengalami beban emosional dan kelelahan fisik. Rekomendasi penelitian adalah berupa pengembangan pelayanan keperawatan jiwa di masyarakat dan pemberian pendidikan kesehatan dengan cara penanganan pasien gangguan jiwa dengan perilaku agresif. Abstract Phenomenology Study on the Family’s Experience in Caring for Client Post Restraint (Seclusion) in Central Java. The seclusion or restraint’s client will send home to their family was experienced re restraint or re seclusion. The aim of this study is to elaborate the family’s experience in caring for the client post restraint or seclusion through the qualitative study with the phenomenology approach. The sampling technique is purposive sampling with in-depth interview. The inclusion criteria are the caregiver who has a family member with the experience of being restraint or seclusion before hospitalized, had been restraint, being restraint or being re-restraint, and being able to communicate well. The results show that the family have emotional burden and physical exhausted. This study has suggested that psychiatric nursing may develop a mental nurse psychiatric nursing services in the community by providing health education on how to manage the aggressive behavior of the client with mental disorder. Keywords: the experience, caregiver, restraint (seclusion)

Abstract

The risk of violent behavior is a response to the stressor faced by someone who is shown by violent behavior both to himself and to other people and the environment both verbally and non-verbally. One way to reduce the impact of violent behavior is by giving murottal therapy. Objective; To find out the results of implementing the Murottal Therapy Application for Changes in the Violent Behavior of Schizophrenic Clients at RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. Method; This type of research is a case study using descriptive research methods. Results; The score for violent behavior change for 2 respondents before the murottal therapy was carried out was at the intensive stage score 2, which means that at the moderate behavior change stage where client 1 got a score of 11 while client 2 got a score of 14. The score for the change in violent behavior for 2 respondents after murottal therapy was at the stage score intensive 3 which means at the stage of mild behavior change where client 1 gets a score of 8 while client 2 gets a score of 9. There are differences in changes in violent behavior in respondents with a risk of violent behavior before and after the murottal therapy intervention. Conclusion; There are differences in changes in violent behavior before and after murottal therapy in patients at risk for violent behavior.

Abstract

Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders in which the patient experiences changes in sensory perception, feels false sensations in the form of sound or without real stimulation. One way to reduce the impact of auditory hallucinations is by giving dhikr therapy. The objective of the research; To find out the results of the implementation of the Application of Dhikr Therapy on the Level of Signs and Symptoms of Hallucinations in Hallucinatory Patients at Rsjd Dr. Rom. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. Method; The research design was conducted on 2 respondents by way of pretest posttest by interviewing and providing observation sheets for signs and symptoms of the ability to control hallucinations. Results; signs and symptoms of the respondent's hallucinations before the dhikr therapy was carried out. Tn.I was at a score of 28 with severe hallucinations and Mr.E was at a score of 26 with severe hallucinations. Then the signs and symptoms of hallucinations after the respondent's dhikr therapy were carried out, Mr. I was at a score of 9 with mild hallucinations and development of signs and symptoms in respondents in controlling auditory hallucinations before and after the dhikr therapy intervention. Summary; There are differences in development before and after dhikr therapy in patients with auditory hallucinations with both respondents having mild hallucinations.

Abstract

One way to reduce the impact of auditory hallucinations is by providing music therapy. Purpose To find out the results of the implementation of the application of music therapy to the level of auditory hallucinations at Rsjd Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi, Central Java Province. Methods The research design was conducted on 2 female respondents by way of pretest posttest with the action of Mozart music therapy for 10-15 minutes and using interviews and providing AHRS observation sheets. The results of 2 respondents before music therapy were in severe auditory hallucinations, namely Mrs.S with a score of 24 and Mrs. SR 27. Then the auditory hallucinations of 2 respondents after music therapy were in mild and moderate hallucinations with a score of Mrs.S 7 and Ny. Sr 12. There are differences in the development of respondents with auditory hallucinations before and after the music therapy intervention. Conclusion There are differences in development before and after music therapy is carried out in hallucinatory patients.

Abstract

The prevalence of schizophrenia mental disorder reaches 1.7% of a thousand Indonesian population with a total of 400,000 sufferers. Schizophrenia has an impact on sufferers, one of which is hallucinations. Sufferers listen to murattal Al-Qur'an as a way to reduce hallucinations. To find out the results of applying Al-Qur'an murattal therapy to the level of auditory hallucination scale in schizophrenic patients at RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Central Java Province. This research includes descriptive research with case studies. The results before implementing the murattal Al-Qur'an level of the auditory hallucination scale on Mr. M is moderate with an AHRS score of 16 and Mr. R is heavy with an AHRS score of 23. After implementing the murattal Al-Qur'an the level of the auditory hallucination scale on Mr. M is mild with an AHRS score of 9 and Mr. R is moderate with an AHRS score of 15. In the application that has been carried out, there are developments in 2 respondents, namely experiencing a decrease in the level of hallucinations of sufferers after listening to murattal Al-Qur'an. There is a comparison of development between the levels of the hallucination scale after and before listening to the murattal Al-Qur'an.

Abstract

Background: Skizofrenia is a mental disorder where the prevalence is actually small, affecting about 1% of the world's population. In Central Java alone, there are 8.7% of the population who have schizophrenia, this is one of the fifth highest number of professions. Planting occupational therapy aims to minimize the patient's interaction with his unreal world, bring out thoughts, feelings, or emotions that have influenced unconscious behavior, provide joy, entertainment, and distract the patient from the hallucinations he is experiencing so that the patient's mind is not focused on his special hallucinations. in patients with auditory hallucinations (Yuniar N.S et al., 2019). Objective: To find out the results of the implementation of the application of occupancy therapy to control the level of hallucinations. Method: The method used in this application is descriptive with a case study research design totaling 2 respondents, the research instrument is the AHRS questionnaire observation sheet. Findings Before being given occupational therapy, Mrs. G was planted in the category of moderate hallucinations and Mrs. M was in the category of severe hallucinations. After being given occupational therapy, planting for 6 times, Mrs. G was in the category of mild hallucinations and Mrs. M was in the category of moderate hallucinations. Implication: Planting Occupational Therapy has an effect on controlling the level of hallucinations in patients with auditory hallucinations.

Abstract

Background: Schizophrenia is a common health problem worldwide, around 70% of people suffering from schizophrenia experience auditory hallucinations. Auditory hallucinations are where patients feel that they can hear voices without a sound source. This situation causes the patient's inability to perceive reality accurately. One of the nursing interventions performed for auditory hallucinations is perceptual stimulation group activity therapy. Method: The method used in this application is descriptive with a case study research design, research subjects totaling 2 respondents, sheet research instruments observation that is AHRS . Findings: There were differences in scores before and after being given Group Activity Therapy (TAK), namely a decrease in the hallucination level score on Mr. F and Mr. W. Implication: Based on the results of the study, it was found that there was an effect of Group Activity Therapy (TAK) in controlling auditory hallucinations in schizophrenic patients after being given Group Activity Therapy (TAK) for 2 applications. In addition to providing Group Activity Therapy (TAK), the patient's recovery or stability is also supported by continued treatment and rehabilitation.

Abstract

Schizophrenia is one of the most challenging mental disorders compared to other mental disorders. The clinical manifestations of schizophrenia are characterized by symptoms of psychopathology; positive symptoms (delusions and hallucinations), negative symptoms (motivational disorders, spontaneous reduction of words, and social interactions), as well as cognitive disorders. Hallucinations are a symptom of mental disorders in individuals which are characterized by changes in sensory perception such as feeling false sensations in the form of sound, sight, touch, taste and smell. Symptoms of hallucinations can be overcome one of them is by occupational therapy drawing. To determine the results of the implementation of occupational drawing therapy on changes in signs and symptoms of hallucinations in patients with hallucinatory sensory perception disorders. The research design used in this study was a descriptive design with a case study approach and was applied to 2 respondents with a pre test and post test. The results obtained between before and after applying occupational therapy drawing, the condition of both respondents showed a decrease in signs and symptoms of hallucinations, namely in respondent I from 11 to 9 and in respondent II from 9 to 5. Occupational therapy drawing can reduce signs and symptoms. hallucinatory symptoms in patients with hallucinatory sensory perce`ption disorders at RSJD Dr. RM. Soedjarwadi Klaten.
