Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how environmental factors and workplace stress affected employee performance at Hotel SantikaGarut. The sample for the study consists of 101 workers of Hotel SantikaGarut. The nonprobability sampling or saturated sampling approach used in this study included a sample of 54 Hotel SantikaGarut employees. When analysing data, descriptive and statistical analysis techniques are also used. and methods for collecting information, such as surveys, interviews, and documentation studies. The results of the study show a strong connection between the work environment at Hotel Santika Garut and employee performance. Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui fasilitas kerja dan motivasi kerja secara parsial dan simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Camat Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai dan untuk mengetahui variabel manakah yang dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai pegawai pada Kantor Camat Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan tetap yang berjumlah 22 orang. Data dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan regresi linier berganda 2 prediktor. Hasil pengolahan data yang dilakukan melalui program SPSS versi 25.0.Hasil perhitungan uji statistik menunjukan bahwa koefisien regresi untuk variabel fasilitas kerja (X1) = 0,386 dan motivasi kerja (X2) = 0,480 sedangkan konstant koefisien regresi sebesar 0,903. Berdasarkan uji parsial (uji t) diperoleh bahwa variabel fasilitas kerja (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja ASN (Y) pada Kantor Camat Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai. Dari hasil uji ANOVA (analysis of variant) atau uji F didapatkan F-hitung sebesar 8,006dengan  F-tabel = 3,52, dengan perbandingan tersebut berarti dapat diketahui bahwa F-hitung > F-tabel = 8,006  > 3,52 yang berarti berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan. Hubungan antara variabel bebas yaitu budaya organisasi (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) dengan variabel terikat yaitu kinerja ASN dalam penelitian ini adalah kuat terlihat dari uji koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,676. Besarnya koefisien determinasi R squarenya (r2) adalah sebesar 0,400 atau sebesar 40,00% artinya bahwa kedua variabel bebas yaitu budaya organisasi (X1) dan motivasi kerja (X2) mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai (Y) pegawai pada Kantor Camat Luwuk Utara Kabupaten Banggai, sedangkan sisanya 60,00% adalah merupakan faktor lain yang mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai. Dari hasil penelitian dengan nilai koefisien regresi terlihat bahwa variabel yang paling dominan mempengaruhi kinerja pegawai adalah motivasi kerja, sehingga untuk itu hipotesis ketiga yang menyatakan bahwa motivasi kerja dominan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai terbukti.

Abstract

The goal of this PKM is to solve partner issues through digital sales applications (digital marketing) so that PPL products can reach a wide number of people. via a participatory approach, activities for farmers are being implemented by working together to develop answers via digital sales methods. Indonesia, like the rest of the world, is going through difficult circumstances. This is because the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread, causing people's income to fall. As a result, one must be able to comprehend the numerous benefits and roles of using digital tools, motivating citizens and entrepreneurs to use digital tools in all activities. The advancement of digital marketing has an impact on the advancement of product advertising. The strategy employed to attain this goal is discussion combined with direct training at the Luwuk Farmers Association. By always following health rules, keeping your distance, and wearing a mask, this method is deemed in conformity with the goal of this service. It is intended that by participating in this activity, people would gain a better understanding of what it means to use digital marketing to boost corporate competitiveness. The majority of members feel optimistic about carrying out this activity.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on a number of previous studies to build a framework that researchers formulate in the hypothesis section and prove it. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from 350 Superindo employees. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show the Leadership Style variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Employee Performance and the Human Resource Information System variable can moderate the influence of the Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.018. In addition, the Human Resource Information System variable can moderate the influence of the Leadership Style variable on Employee Performance because the P-Values ​​are below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, more significant than direct testing. Thus it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be proven. Keywords: Leadership Style, Employee Perdormance, Human Resource Information System

Abstract

This study is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that is backed by previous research to create hypotheses, modify hypotheses, and prove them. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from employees working at Bugland Furniture spread throughout Indonesia totaling one hundred and seventy-five employees. The data obtained were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that the P-Values leading to positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.002. These results indicate that a good Work Life Balance of an employee can improve physical health, mental health, and financial stability. Ultimately, the three indicators mentioned above can affect Employee Performance. In addition, the Work Ethic variable in this article can also strengthen the influence of the Work Life Balance variable on Employee Performance because of the same thing, namely the P-Values leading to positive and below the 0.05 significance level, namely 0.000. These results indicate that the Work Ethic variable can help the Work Life Balance variable in influencing Employee Performance. On this basis, it can be concluded that the first and second hypotheses in this article can be accepted and proven.
