Abstract

Dalam konteks manajemen sumber daya manusia, esensial bagi industri untuk memperhatikan dan mengembangkan kompetensi karyawan melalui pelatihan dan pengembangan. Selain itu, perusahaan juga perlu menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang positif dan mendorong motivasi karyawan melalui insentif, pengakuan, dan kesempatan untuk berkembang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menggali pengaruh kompetensi, motivasi, dan lingkungan kerja baik secara fragmentaris maupun secara bersama terhadap kinerja karyawan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Dokumentasi data memakai metode kuesioner yang telah diuji validitas dan realiabilitasnya, sedangkan analisis data dilaksanakan dengan memakai analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 24. Sampel dan populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Mitsui Leasing Capital Jakarta Indonesia, yang berjumlah 128 orang. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik yang diambil yaitu samping jenuh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) Kompetensi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini menunjukkan hasil uji t hitung 8,971 dengan Signifikansi 0,000. 2) Motivasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukan dari hasil t hitung 9,354 dengan Signifikansi 0,000. 3) Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dilihat dari hasil t hitung 8,754 dengan Signifikansi 0,000. 4) Kompetensi, Motivasi, dan Lingkungan Kerja secara bersama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, hal ini ditunjukkan dengan F hitung 71,041 dengan Signifikansi 0,000. Dengan besar pengaruh 62,3% dan sisanya 37,7% dipengaruhi faktor lain diluar model.. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi, Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

The Millennial Generation, born between the 1980s and early 2000s, plays an essential role in today’s workplace and society. They grew up in the era of information technology and are connected globally. Therefore, they have great potential to make creative contributions, collaborate and think critically. This community service aims to improve the primary skills of the millennial generation, especially creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking. These skills need to be improved so that the millennial generation can play a more effective role in facing the challenges of the contemporary world. The service modality used is by holding seminars and training for class XII of SMA Negeri 1 Anyer, Banten. Case studies are conducted to explore examples of best practices that can be implemented to improve these skills. The results of this activity show that training is crucial to improving the skills of the millennial generation. Apart from that, the application of digital technology and project-based learning can also help develop Millennial generation’s creativity, communication, collaboration and critical thinking abilities. This activity makes an essential contribution to understanding how to improve the skills of the millennial generation so that it will positively impact the development of these crucial skills. The millennial generation can be a more effective driver of change to overcome various challenges in the era of globalization and continuous technological development.

Abstract

Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) terhadap Kinerja Karywan (Y) secara parsial menunjukkan bahwa, nilai t hitung 1,356> t table 1,987 atau nilai Sig 0,178 >0,05, Coefficients determinasi antara Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) Terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar R Square (R2) 0.020, artinya, Gaya Kepemimpinan (X1) memiliki kontribusi Terhadap Kinerja (Y) sebesar 2.0%.

Abstract

Dalam menjalankan berbagai fungsi organisasi, sumber daya manusia adalah aset paling penting. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana gaya kepemimpinan, komunikasi, kompensasi, dan disiplin kerja memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Fokus penelitian adalah karyawan dalah staf PT. Active Marine Industries Batam, yang berjumlah 80 orangSample yang digunakan terdiri dari 67 orang yang dipilih secara acak sederhana. Dengan nilai t (1,113) < t tabel > 0,05, hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel gaya kepemimpinan tidak memiliki pengaruh positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Data dianalisis menggunakan kedua uji hipotesis klasik dan regresi linier berganda. Dengan nilai t hitung (0,379) < t tabel > 0,05, komunikasi juga tidak berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Selain itu, gaji tidak berdampak positif atau signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dengan nilai t hitung (1,101) < t tabel > 0,05. Namun, nilai t hitung (3,644) lebih besar daripada nilai t tabel (1,999) atau Sig menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berdampak positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. (0001) sama dengan 0,05. Oleh karena itu, kinerja karyawan dipengaruhi secara signifikan oleh disiplin kerja.

Abstract

Pada saat ini, kebutuhan akan tenaga kerja atau karyawan yang berkualitas dan terampil sangat dibutuhkan oleh setiap perusahaan. Karyawan produksi merupakan sumber daya yang dipercaya mempunyai kendali terhadap proses produksi di perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepribadian, komitmen kerja dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 200 karyawan. Namun sampelnya berjumlah 67 responden, diambil menggunakan metode Slovin dengan tingkat kesalahan yang diinginkan sebesar 10%. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier berganda dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel kepribadian berpengaruh signifikan dengan angka thitung 2,615>1,669 ttabel dan signifikansi 0,0111,669 ttabel dan signifikansi sebesar 0,000

Abstract

Digital transformation has become a key element in improving organisational performance and competitiveness. This research evaluates the impact of digital transformation on changes in organisational structure, culture, and performance through literature review and case study analysis. The results show that digital transformation drives significant changes in organisational structure, making it more flexible and collaborative. In addition, a culture that supports innovation and experimentation is shown to improve technological adaptation. Case studies from General Electric and Starbucks show that the implementation of digital technology can improve operational efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction. However, challenges such as resistance to change and lack of digital skills must be overcome. Solutions offered include intensive training, a phased approach to technology implementation, and investment in adequate infrastructure. As such, this research provides practical guidance for organisations that want to succeed in digital transformation and optimise their performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of implementing an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) system on operational and financial efficiency in the manufacturing industry. ERP systems are known to simplify business processes and improve efficiency, but their impact varies across companies. Using the linear regression method, this study measures the effect of variables such as production time reduction, inventory management, productivity improvement, cash flow improvement, and operating cost reduction on firm efficiency. Data was obtained from ten manufacturing companies in Indonesia that implemented ERP systems in the period 2016-2021. The results showed that all independent variables had a positive and significant effect on operational and financial efficiency. Regression coefficients show that reduced production time and improved inventory management contribute significantly to efficiency, with coefficients of 0.452 and 0.328, respectively. Increased productivity, improved cash flow, and reduced operating costs also showed a positive influence with coefficients of 0.378, 0.414, and 0.391. These findings indicate that ERP system implementation can effectively improve operational and financial efficiency in the manufacturing sector, contributing to cost reduction and productivity improvement. This research is expected to provide insights for companies considering ERP implementation to improve their operational and financial performance.

Abstract

The issue in research regarding the impact of digital transformation on SME productivity and profitability often relates to the gap in access to technology. This study aims to analyze the influence of digital transformation on the productivity and profitability of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). Using a qualitative literature review approach, the research explores various previous studies and compares their results to understand how digital technology can help SMEs improve operational efficiency and competitiveness in the global market. Based on previous findings, it was discovered that the adoption of technologies such as e-commerce, cloud-based inventory management, and digital marketing can increase SME productivity by up to 30% and profitability by an average of 35%. However, SMEs in Indonesia still face significant challenges, including limited technological infrastructure and low digital literacy. In addressing the challenges of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, support from the government and the private sector is crucial, particularly in providing digital training and access to technological infrastructure. This research also adopts the Theory of Technological Innovation, Resource-Based Theory, and Transaction Cost Economics Theory to understand the factors influencing digital transformation in SMEs. In conclusion, although there are many challenges in the digitalization process of SMEs, technology adoption can have a significant positive impact on productivity and profitability if supported by appropriate policies and infrastructure.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh konflik kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Penelitian dilaksanakan pada karyawan bagian pemetik kelapa di perusahaan tersebut. Sampel penelitian ditentukan dengan teknik sampling jenuh dan melibatkan 100 responden. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner yang berisi pernyataan terkait konflik kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konflik kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja secara bersama-sama memengaruhi kinerja karyawan. Secara parsial (melalui uji t), variabel konflik kerja (X1) dan stres kerja (X2) memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Sementara itu, disiplin kerja (X3) berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (Y). Variabel konflik kerja, stres kerja, dan disiplin kerja dapat menjelaskan 46,9% dari variabel kinerja karyawan, sedangkan sisanya 53,1% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak termasuk dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study uses quantitative analysis to look at how social entrepreneurship and social initiatives affect community empowerment in Indonesia's coastal regions. Key characteristics were measured using a Likert scale in response to a standardized questionnaire completed by 150 individuals who are involved in social entrepreneurship or initiatives. Data analysis was done using Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results show a strong correlation in favor of social entrepreneurship, community empowerment, and social projects. Furthermore, the moderation analysis highlights the significance of stakeholder participation and organizational structure in enhancing the beneficial effects of social initiatives on community empowerment. These findings have implications for social development policy and practice as well as the transformative ability of social entrepreneurship and community-led projects in promoting empowerment within coastal communities.
