Abstract

Life in society has the potential for conflict if moderation in religion is not developed. In 1998, the conflict between the TNI and GAM began in the Bintang Pepara village area. In 2005 the people returned to the Bintang Pepara village. The people of Bintang Pepara village need to be given knowledge about religion, especially religious moderation because the village is located in remote areas. The purpose of this service is to provide understanding to the public about religious moderation. The method used in this service program is the Asset Based Community Development (ABCD) method. Based on the results of community service in Bintang Pepara village, there are five ways to apply the concept of religious moderation in daily life, including: 1) Respecting differences, 2) Increasing understanding, 3) Practicing religious values, 4) Creating dialogue, and 5 ) Maintain a calm demeanor and not be easily provoked.

Abstract

E-sport is a new electronic sport that involves competing in video games. E-sports is known as a sport that uses gaming as its field. Growing e-sports provides many benefits to players who want to become pro players or e-sports athletes. The form of legal protection that can be given to e-sport athletes is preventive and repressive, one of which is done through an employment agreement contract with athletes, so that the employment agreement contract can be a form of legal remedy in employment agreements related to wages. This study aims to determine how the legal rules apply to e-sport athletes regarding employment contracts. The method used is a qualitative descriptive research method of empirical legal nature. The data collection technique or instrument used is library research by studying various books as literature, official documents, laws and regulations, results of previous research, and other literature sources related to the problem under study. The results showed that the most important and fundamental legal protection is contained in the employment agreement. This work agreement will be the legal umbrella for the legal relationship between the athlete and the e-sport team as the provider. The legal rules for e-sport athletes related to employment contracts are regulated in the Indonesian Electronic Sports Management Board Regulation Number: 034 / PB-ESI / B / VI / 2021 concerning the Implementation of Electronic Sports Activities in Indonesia and Law No. 11 of 2022 concerning Sports.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan kesadaran kritis dan pemahaman politik siswa melalui penerapan pedagogi kritis dalam pendidikan ilmu pengetahuan sosial. Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, data dikumpulkan melalui observasi, penilaian, dan dokumentasi di SMAN 7 Surakarta. Penelitian ini berfokus pada evaluasi kemampuan siswa dalam mengidentifikasi ketidakadilan sosial, menganalisis struktur kekuasaan, dan terlibat dalam isu-isu politik baik secara lokal maupun global. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa siswa menunjukkan tingkat pemikiran kritis yang baik dalam mengenali ketidakadilan sosial dan memahami pengaruh keputusan politik terhadap kehidupan sehari-hari. Selain itu, siswa menunjukkan komitmen aktif terhadap perubahan sosial dan politik dengan mengekspresikan pendapat mereka secara etis dan mencari solusi untuk masalah sosial. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa mengintegrasikan pedagogi kritis ke dalam pembelajaran ilmu pengetahuan sosial secara efektif menumbuhkan siswa yang sadar secara sosial dan politik, sejalan dengan tujuan pendidikan kewarganegaraan untuk menciptakan anggota masyarakat yang reflektif, bertanggung jawab, dan aktif.
