Abstract

Abstrak Di zaman sekarang, tentu orang sudah familiar dengan UKM atau usaha kecil menengah. UKM merupakan salah satu penggerak ekonomi di Indonesia. Pada umumnya di UKM-UKM kebanyakan memakai peralatan manual atau masih menggunakan tenaga manusia (bukan mesin). Penggunaan peralatan manual tentu akan membutuhkan tenaga dan waktu yang lebih. Seperti halnya pada UKM keripik dan selai nanas. Pada proses pengupasan kulit dan pemotongan hati nanasnya masih menggunakan alat manual dengan cara ditekan. Dari permasalahan tersebut, maka peneliti tertarik untuk membahas tentang “Rancang Bangun Mesin Pengupas Kulit dan Pemotong Hati Nanas Semi Otomatis”. Proses pembuatan mesin dimulai dari ide rancangan, pengumpulan data, perhitungan komponen mesin antara lain adalah daya motor, momen puntir, kecepatan putar mesin, daya rencana mesin, tegangan yang diijinkan, tegangan geser, diameter poros, panjang keliling sabuk, kecepatan sabuk, besar sudut kontak, pasak, panjang bantalan, setelah itu perakitan mesin, dan diakhiri dengan pengujian mesin. Dengan adanya mesin ini, memudahkan dan mempercepat proses pengupasan kulit dan pemotongan hati nanas di UKM keripik dan selai nanas. Mesin ini mampu  mengupas kulit dan memotong hati nanas selama 6 detik. Selain itu, mesin ini juga dapat beroperasi dengan salah satu pisau saja. Spesifikasi mesin pengupas kulit dan pemotong hati nanas semi otomatis adalah kerangka menggunakan profil kanal U sebagai pondasi utama dengan ukuran 195 x 135 mm dan plat siku ukuran 700 x 700 mm, motor listrik AC dengan daya 3/4 HP, daya rencana 0,67 KW, kecepatan putar mesin 110 rpm, momen puntir 5932,5 kg.mm, tegangan yang diijinkan 4,83 kg.mm2, tegangan geser yang diijinkan 4,83 kg.mm2, diameter poros 27 mm, diameter pulley 381,8 mm dan 110 mm, panjang keliling sabuk 1776,84 mm, kecepatan sabuk 2,198 m/s, besar sudut kontak 144,5º, pasak 25 mm, dan panjang bantalan 60 mm. Abstract

Crayfish, known for their high market value due to their substantial meat volume compared to other freshwater shrimp, necessitate improved cultivation efficiency, which can be significantly enhanced with advanced technology. In this study, we designed a highly effective automatic water quality control system specifically for crayfish cultivation that strategically integrates an Internet of Things (IoT)-based control system and a smartphone application. Uniquely, the system incorporates fuzzy logic within the decision-making algorithm, which maintains water quality by adaptively adjusting drainage and temperature control parameters based on dynamic pH and turbidity conditions. This seamless and responsive mechanism ensures optimal cultivation conditions are maintained efficiently. This study manifests that this novel IoT and fuzzy logic technology integration proved effective for automatic water quality control and monitoring. The research contribution is the pioneering integration of fuzzy logic and IoT technologies to devise an intelligent automation system for crayfish water quality control. This system offers real-time remote monitoring and control from a smartphone application and automatically adapts to varying pH and turbidity conditions, ensuring consistently optimal water quality for crayfish cultivation. Such a system holds the potential to set a new standard for precision aquaculture, elevating productivity and sustainability within the crayfish farming sector.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, competence, and work discipline on employee work productivity at the Sumenep City Sub-District Office. The study employed a quantitative approach with a causal method. The population consisted of all 26 employees of the Sumenep City Sub-District Office, all of whom were included as research subjects. Data collection was conducted through validated and reliable questionnaires. Data analysis techniques included F-test, t-test, coefficient of determination (R²), and multiple linear regression using SPSS version 20 software. The results of the study indicated that leadership and work discipline significantly and positively influence employee work productivity. Specifically, leadership had a t-value of 1.496, work discipline had a t-value of 2.957, while competence showed a negative influence with a t-value of -2.598. Simultaneously, leadership, competence, and work discipline collectively had a significant influence on work productivity with an F-value of 17.628. The coefficient of determination showed that 70.6% of the variation in work productivity could be explained by these three independent variables. Therefore, to enhance employee work productivity at the Sumenep City Sub-District Office, improvements in leadership and work discipline are crucial. As for competence, adjustments and enhancements that are more relevant to organizational needs are necessary.

Abstract

Dalam era globalisasi dan persaingan bisnis yang semakin ketat, manajemen rantai pasokan dan distribusi menjadi faktor kunci dalam kesuksesan suatu perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan lokasi pusat distribusi alternatif di Kerisidenan Surakarta, sebuah wilayah yang penting dalam pasokan beras di Jawa Tengah, Indonesia. Metode Center of Gravity digunakan sebagai alat analisis utama dalam penelitian ini. Metode ini memungkinkan identifikasi lokasi pusat distribusi yang optimal berdasarkan koordinat geografis konsumen dan jumlah permintaan mereka. Dengan memanfaatkan data permintaan beras konsumen dari daerah Boyolali, Karanganyar, Sragen, Wonogiri, Sukoharjo, Surakarta, dan Klaten, penelitian ini menghasilkan lokasi pusat distribusi yang dapat meminimalkan biaya transportasi dan mempersingkat waktu pengiriman. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mempertimbangkan aspek keberlanjutan dalam pemilihan lokasi pusat distribusi. Keberlanjutan merupakan isu yang semakin penting dalam lingkup global, dan pemilihan lokasi yang mendukung pengurangan emisi karbon dan efisiensi energi menjadi bagian integral dari penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah pemilihan lokasi pusat distribusi alternatif yang akan membantu perusahaan, dalam hal ini PT ABC, untuk meningkatkan efisiensi distribusi beras di wilayah Kerisidenan Surakarta. Dengan lokasi yang optimal, perusahaan dapat memenuhi permintaan konsumen dengan lebih baik, mengurangi biaya distribusi, dan memainkan peran dalam mendukung tujuan keberlanjutan global. Penelitian ini memberikan panduan yang berharga bagi perusahaan dalam manajemen rantai pasokan dan distribusi yang efisien dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

This research is a quantitative descriptive Revenue Regional Tax Sumenep underthe title "Pengaruh Jumlah Penduduk, jumlah Industri dan PDRB terhadap PenerimaanPajak Daerah di Kabupaten Sumenep Tahun 2006 – 2011". The purpose of this studywants to know influence of the population, the total of large and medium industries, theamount of Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP) of the Local Tax Revenue SumenepYear 2006 to 2011. This study uses quartal time series data from 2006 to 2011. Themethod of analysis using linear regression analysis with the validity of the classicalassumption, so the regression results can be validated at yield. The results usingregression data by the following equation: Y = 5.08E09 – 23968.50X1 - 20595.21X2 +2417.432X3 + 5889. Meaning X1 (Population) has a negative relationship with the localtax revenue Sumenep, X2 (Tolal of Large and Medium) has a negative relationship withthe local tax revenue Sumenep and X3 Domsetik Gross Regional Product Number (GDP)has a positive relationship to the tax revenue Sumenep area. Simultaneously by using thet test and the X3 X2 X1 variables have a significant influence to Sumenep Revenue taxes.so testing Fstatistik partially by test also showed that the variables of population, thenumber of medium and large industries as well as Gross Regional Domestic Product(GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep. It was proved by F-statistikvalue > F table, 191.068 > 3.4668 with α of 5%. The conclusion of this study is avariable number of residents, the total of medium and large industries as well as GrossRegional Domestic Product (GRDP) a significant effect on local tax revenues Sumenep.

Abstract

The government as the control holder of a country has several programs in in thewelfare of the society,one of them is the program in the public service. This study aims todetermine the public satisfaction in education public services in Sumenep Regency. Theresearch method used is analysis tools of index of public satisfaction toward publicservice. In addition, this study can showed the characteristics of respondents and desiredpriorities of the public as users of education services and obtained the index of publicsatisfaction of schools in Sumenep Regency. The results showed that the majority of thepublic felt satisfied with the services of the school, because the school responded to anycomplaints from the guardians of the students. The public prioritizes the expertise of theteaching material and the quality of teachers needs to be improved. Index of publicsatisfaction of education services in Sumenep showed the "very good" level.

Abstract

Pemasaran adalah serangkaian proses untukmenyampaikaninformasi kepadakonsumen. strategi pemasaran ada hal-hal yang harus di perhatikan oleh pengembang dalam menggunakan strategi pemasaran yang sesuai yaitu dalam melihat kemampuan perusahaan yaitu dengan analisis SWOT pada PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR, dan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi pemasarannya yang telah diterapkan serta solusi alternative dari peneliti untuk perusahaan PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR sehingga strategi pemasarannyadipakai untuk mencapai tujuan Penelitian ini menggunakanpendekatan kualitatif deskriptif yaitu tehnik pengumpulan datanya memakai wawancara, observasi, dan selanjutnya data-data tersebut akan dianalisis memakai analisis SWOT. penelitian ini terdapat strategi yang digunakan oleh PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR yaitu melalui strategi harga, kualitas, personal seling, dan sales promosi. Begitupun dengan analisis SWOT dimana strategi-strategi yang digunakan untuk pemasaran PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian PT GRIYA AGUNG SUMEKAR mampu bersaing.

Abstract

Mr. shop Cups is a business engaged in the typical culinary field of Sumenep. The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic has made the food industry suffer big losses, because there are rules to reduce interaction with other people or have to keep their distance. The impact of this policy was also felt by the Mr. Shop. Cup. This study aims to find out how the reward system at Mr. Sumenep cup. This type of research is qualitative. The sample data source in this study is the owner of the shop, Mr. Cup as a key informant. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques in this study are data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of this study indicate that the wage system at the Mr.Cangkir Sumenep shop is based on a time system wage, namely daily.

Abstract

This research was conducted to find out that money is not the only tool used as a transaction in tambaksari village, Rubaru district. This type of research uses qualitative research with data analysis techniques for data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results showed that the work system in agriculture in tambaksari village prioritizes family and mutual assistance, so that this causes the turnover of money to slow down and decreases the purchasing power of the people of tambaksari village.

Abstract

This article was written with the aim of knowing community satisfaction with the services provided by PT Sumekar on the Kalianget-Kangean cross.The type of research used in this study uses qualitative research methods, which include observation, interviews and documentation. The technique used in determining the informants and respondents is using purposive sampling which is a technique for taking data sources with certain considerations. The results of this study indicate that to provide community satisfaction with PT Sumekar's services, namely providing physical evidence (facilities and infrastructure) in the form of DBS I and DBS III ships. As for PT. Sumekar to improve the performance of its services, which can be done by having a reliable ability to work and provide a good response, guarantee or certainty for passengers and an empathetic attitude towards the community or passengers.
