Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat bertujuan Memberikan dampingan cara mengolah ikan sampah menjadi kerupuk ikan yang lezat dan Mengupayakan peningkatan perekonomian melalui pengolahan ikan sampah menjadi kerupuk ikan yang lezat. Metode yang digunakan kegiatan upaya peningkatan perekonomian masyarakat melalui pengolahan ikan sampah menjadi kerupuk yaitu: Pada tahapan pra-produksi ini, yaitu perencanaan dan persiapan keseluruhan produksi, tujuan, saran yang memuat persiapan fasilitas cara produksi, tutorial operasional juga citarasa yang nikmat sesuai dengan lidah masyarakat Indonesia, dan beberapa aspek lain. Tahap produksi yaitu tahap dalam mengolah ikan sampah menjadi kerupuk. Dalam hal ini seluruh peserta mengikuti tahap demi tahap pengolahan ikan asin sampah menjadi kerupuk sesuai yang telah direncanakan. Kegiatan pasca produksi berupa kegiatan pengemasan kerupuk. Dalam hal ini ditentukan kerupuk akan dikemas dengan berat tertentu, pengemasan, pelabelan, penentuan harga dan pemasaran kerupuk. Berdasarkan hasil pendampingan dan evaluasi diketahui bahwa 17,9 % anggota mitra memiliki tingkat pemahaman rendah tentang tahapan proses pengolahan ikan sampah menjadi kerupuk, 38,3 % memiliki tingkat pemahaman sedang atau cukup dan 43,8 % memiliki tingkat pemahaman tinggi. Informasi tentang produk olahan kerupuk menggunakan bahan dasar ikan sudah diketahui sebelumnya sebab pengusaha – pengusaha kerupuk sering memesan ikan hasil tangkapan nelayan kepada mitra. Sedangkan proses pembuatan dari bahan dasar ikan sampah menjadi kerupuk belum banyak yang tau prosesnya sehingga masih membutuhkan pendampingan.

Abstract

This community service is carried out with the aim of providing assistance and counseling to mosque youth in Purworejo village, sub-district. The magical sands of East Lampung. The service is carried out using lecture methods, interactive discussions and direct practice to increase insight, ability and creativity among mosque youth during school holidays. It is hoped that from this assistance and counseling, participants will be able to use their free time during school holidays to fill their classes with useful activities and become creative and innovative young people in utilizing used cooking oil waste which is often thrown away by housewives. The cooking oil waste can be used to make aromatherapy candles. So that the activities carried out can have an effect on improving the economy and increase awareness of cleanliness, environmental health and the dangers of using cooking oil that is used repeatedly.

Abstract

In an increasingly advanced era in terms of digital marketing encouraging people to adapt to increasingly advanced technology, in the digital era purchase decisions can be made based on several applications that are often used by the public, currently, Harrum Mart retail stores are stores that sell their merchandise online and offline, in its use the quality of the product can describe the extent of the product's ability to meet the needs of consumers, , when the service is in accordance with consumer expectations, it can be said to be effective in increasing consumer satisfaction. Quality service should be carried out continuously in accordance with the needs of consumers and the company's goals. Abstract

Readiness for the world of work for students is something that needs to be considered together, because it is related to the student's future. Generally, each study program has its own program to create graduates who are ready to enter the world of industry. This research aims to determine: (1) the level of students' readiness to enter the industrial world, (2) students' competitive ability in entering the industrial world, (3) the relationship and influence of internship experience, productive learning outcomes and family social support on students' readiness to enter industrial world. This research is an ex-post facto type research with a correlation research design. The results of the descriptive analysis show that the level of student work readiness in entering the industrial world is 36.65% of students have a very high level of work readiness, and 63.35% of students have a high level of work readiness. The results of hypothesis testing show that there is a positive and significant influence between student internship experience, productive learning outcomes and family social support on students' work readiness to enter the industrial world, with the contribution given being 32.7% (R2 = 0.327). This explains that student internship experience, productive learning outcomes and family social support together are able to explain the variance in student work readiness by 32.7%.

Abstract

Budidaya burung perkutut tidak hanya bernilai ekonomis tetapi juga berpotensi sebagai sarana pembelajaran karakter dan pengembangan kewirausahaan. Inisiatif ini bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas warga dan pelajar di Tegineneng, Lampung, melalui pelatihan terpadu yang mengombinasikan aspek bisnis dan pendidikan. Pelaksanaannya mencakup: (1) penyuluhan dan pelatihan teknis, (2) bimbingan pembuatan kandang sistem intensif, (3) pelatihan pemasaran berbasis digital, serta (4) penyisipan materi kewirausahaan dan pelestarian alam dalam kurikulum pendidikan. Hasilnya, terjadi peningkatan kompetensi teknis peserta sebesar 85% dan munculnya lima unit usaha baru dengan pendapatan bulanan Rp2,5 juta. Program ini sekaligus mengajarkan nilai-nilai kedisiplinan, tanggung jawab, dan kolaborasi. Dukungan pemerintah setempat memperkuat keberlanjutan program yang dapat diadopsi di wilayah lain untuk menyinergikan penguatan ekonomi dan pembentukan karakter.

Abstract

The development of digital transformation plays a crucial role in improving sales performance and competitiveness of MSME businesses in the modern era. This study aims to analyze the effect of digital transformation on sales efficiency and competitive advantage of Harrumi Honey MSMEs. The study population included 100 honey business actors, with samples determined using the Slovin formula (n = N / (1 + Ne²)) at a margin of error of 10%, resulting in 50 respondents. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) to test the relationship between variables. The results showed that digital transformation had a significant effect on increasing sales and competitive advantage of Harrumi Honey MSMEs. The application of digital technology, such as online marketing, digital transactions, and data management, also strengthened operational efficiency and business competitiveness. This study recommends the adoption of digital transformation as a whole to support the growth of MSMEs in the agribusiness sector.
