Abstract

Research aimed determine the total energy received by the hybrid solar tunnel dryer, and to determine the efficiency of the hybrid solar tunnel dryer. The research method was an experiment method. Date retrieve procedures include: intensity of solar radiation, the room temperature of drying, furnaces temperature and ambient temperature. The research result shows that the total heating energy of material is 45.73 kJ, evaporation energy of material is 694.40 kJ, and the air heating energy is 25.21 kJ. The thermal efficiency of hybrid dryer is 14.09%, furnace efficiency is 18.78% and total efficiency is 15.82%. Keywords: hybrid solar tunnel dryer, efficiency, total energy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menetukan dosis akibat pemberian pupuk organik cair terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman kacang hijau. Penelitian ini  dilaksanakan di Lahan Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Madako Tolitoli Propinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Dilaksanakan dari bulan Juli sampai dengan September 2020.  Penelitian ini menggunakan Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari 6 taraf perlakuan yaitu : Tanpa pemberian pupuk organik cair (M0), dosis pupuk organik cair 5 ml/liter air (M1), dosis pupuk organik cair 10 ml/liter air (M2), dosis pupuk organik cair 15 ml/liter air (M3), dosis pupuk organik cair 20 ml/liter air (M4), dan dosis pupuk organik cair 25 ml/liter air (M5).  Setiap perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali, sehingga terdapat 18 petak penelitian.  Jumlah populasi kacang hijau dalam satu petak sebanyak 32 tanaman dan jumlah keseluruhan tanaman sebanyak 576 populasi tanaman kacang hijau.  Jumlah sampel yang diamati untuk setiap perlakuan sebanyak 8 tanaman petak-1 sehingga terdapat 144 tanaman sampel.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik cair dengan dosis 25 ml/liter air, memberikan pengaruh yang lebih baik terhadap tinggi tanaman kacang hijau pada umur 6 MST, yaitu rata-rata 55,33 cm dan jumlah daun pada umur 6 MST, yaitu rata-rata sebanyak 32,80 helai.  Demikian pula berat biji kering petak-1tanaman kacang hijau yaitu rata-rata 204,83 g, dan berat biji kering hektar-1 rata-rata seberat 1024,15 kg, lebih baik dibanding dengan perlakuan dosis pupuk organik cair lainnya. Kata kunci  :   Tanaman kacang hijau, Pupuk organik cair

Abstract

Traditional food processing methods, unclean presentation and storage, and poor cutlery washing contribute to food-related diseases. The research occurred in an industry that transports oil and natural gas, fills LPG cylinders, and provides canteen facilities for workers to eat. According to Minister of Health Regulation No. 1096 of 2011, which pertains to Food Service Sanitation Hygiene, the permissible limit for the number of germs on cutlery surfaces is 0 colonies per cm2. The inspection results showed that the number of germs on the plate did not meet the recommended 321 colonies/cm2 threshold. We conducted this study to investigate the impact of varying infrared irradiation times on the number of germs on cutlery. The research was conducted using an experimental design, including a posttest and a control group, and involved three different irradiation time treatments: 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes, each with six repetitions. The study population consisted of 35 cutlery plates with a sample size 24. Data analysis was performed using the Kruskal-Walli's test, with results obtained at p <0.05 (0.000). After being irradiated for 10 minutes, 15 minutes, and 20 minutes, the average number of germs was 32 colonies/cm2, 11 colonies/cm2, and 0 colonies/cm2. The study's findings on reducing the number of germs in the industry were influenced by differences in the length of time for infrared light irradiation. It is recommended that sterilization cabinets be used in the industry to reduce the number of germs in industrial cutlery.

Abstract

The objectives of this study are: (1) To find out the Marketing Communication Strategy of Cafe Social Barn during the Covid 19 Pandemic; (2) To find out the Factors influencing Cafe Social Barn's marketing communication strategy. This research lasted approximately 6 months (May 2022 - November 2022) in Makassar City. This research uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Informants are determined using purposive sampling techniques based on certain criteria that have relevance to the purpose of the study. The primary data of the study was sourced from interviews with the owner of Cafe Social Barn and the admin of Cafe Social Barn. Secondary data is sourced from books, journals, and previous research and other materials that support the research. Data collection techniques use nonparticipant observation methods, in-depth interviews, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques use Miles and Huberman analysis models. The results of this study reveal that Cafe Social Barn's marketing communication strategy, namely the 4P marketing mix strategy, helps increase the interest of Cafe Social Barn visitors. The Marketing Communication Strategy implemented by Cafe Social Barn includes (1) Product Strategy that prioritizes Quality, Visual, and Service indicators provided to consumers. (2) Price Strategy, which is to add up the cost of product raw materials, the cost of maintaining the premises, and the profits you want to get. (3) The Place Strategy prioritizes indicators of access, visibility, parking lots, environment, and government regulations. (4) The Promotion Strategy carried out by Social Barn, namely advertising and sales promotion, namely by placing advertisements on Instagram and Facebook and applying several product discounts. The factors that influence Cafe Social Barn's marketing communication strategy consist of inhibiting factors and supporting factors.

Abstract

Clean water used for daily needs in the industry must meet health requirements and be safe to use, but artesian well water often contains various dangerous metals, one of which is iron. This study aimed to determine the effect of various variations in the length of aeration contact time on the reduction of iron content in water. In this study, the aeration process of water with various variations in the number of aerators was carried out to reduce the iron content. This type of research was experimental research with a pre and post-test design. The population and sample in this study were partially artesian well water in the shoe industry office. The sampling technique in this study used grab sampling. The results showed the greatest decrease in iron content was in 3 aerators with an initial iron content of 1.18 mg/l after treatment to 0.15 mg/l. The results showed that reducing iron content in clean water with variations in the number of aerators reduced Fe levels. It is recommended to the shoe industry to reduce the iron content of clean water by using an aeration process using an aerator with a capacity of 5 L/second. This study found that using aerators can be effectively used as an economical method in reducing iron content in the industrial and community environment.

Abstract

Kota Bandung aktif menerapkan program dalam pengelolaan sampah salah satunya dibentuk program pemerintah kota Bandung, yaitu Kang Pisman (Kurangi, Pisahkan dan Manfaatkan Sampah). Kurangi berarti setiap warga memiliki kesadaran untuk menggunakan kembali barang yang dapat digunakan kembali. Kegiatan selama ini di Kelurahan Sukarasa tidak ada pengolahan sampah. pembuatan sampah buah menjadi Eco enzyme merupakan salah satu solusi penanganan sampah. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi penyuluhan kepada masyarakat tentang bagaimana pemanfaatan sampah rumah tangga yang biasa dijadikan sebagai cairan Eco enzyme, sehingga masyarakat mampu mengolah sampahnya sendiri. melakukan pelatihan dan praktek langsung mengenai cara pembuatan menjadi cairan Eco enzyme. tingkat pengetahuan responden mengenai eco enzym pada pretest adalah 33% tingkat pengetahuan baik dan 67% kurang baik setelah dilakukan pelatihan dan dilakukan post test hasil didapatkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan responden mengenai eco enzym setelah diberikan penyuluhan dan pelatihan adalah 83% tingkat pengetahuan baik dan 17% kurang baik. Terdapat peningkatan pengetahuan responden mengenai pembuatan eco enzym setelah dilakukan penyuluhan dan pelatihan langsung.

Abstract

A healthy community is a key indicator of a quality and sustainable environment, which is achieved through healthy living behaviors and effective waste management. In Sukasari Village, structured community service efforts are needed by lecturers majoring in Environmental Health to increase community knowledge and awareness about the importance of these two aspects, in order to overcome challenges related to health and waste management that are still high. The method of service implementation begins with a situation analysis and needs identification in Sukasari Village through surveys and interviews, then educational materials on healthy living behavior and waste management are developed and delivered through training, workshops, and practical demonstrations. This program involves the formation of working groups at the RT/RW level for implementation and monitoring, ongoing campaigns, and ends with a comprehensive evaluation to measure behavior change and provide follow-up recommendations, with the hope of creating a cleaner and healthier environment. The community service program in Kelurahan Sukarasa succeeded in significantly improving knowledge, awareness, and practices related to healthy living behavior and waste management, with personal hygiene knowledge rising from 45% to 85% and waste management awareness rising from 30% to 80%. This success highlights the importance of continuing education and community-based approaches in addressing health and environmental issues, which overall help to reduce environmental burdens and improve community well-being. Communities are advised to continue developing and implementing sustainable education programs and participatory approaches to maintain and improve awareness and practices of healthy living and waste management in the community.

Abstract

Background: Based on the BPOM RI report in 2020, there were 45 extraordinary food poisoning events (KLB KP), In addition, food poisoning outbreaks in Bogor Regency occurred 5 times in 2019, with a total of 141 cases in various villages. Aims: to determine the description of sanitary hygiene of food handlers in Citaringgul Village, Bogor Regency. Methods: This research method is descriptive. The population and sample in this study were 8 food handlers, and this study used univariate analysis. Information was obtained from food handlers and made observations in the area around food handlers to see firsthand the environmental conditions of food handlers and how food handlers process food. Results: Food Handler stands were 6 Food Handlers in the good category with a percentage of 75%. And 2 Food Handlers in the sufficient category with a percentage of 25%, so that the results of all aspects of observation are classified as good. In the respondent's knowledge category, there were 5 respondents in the good category with a percentage of 63%, and 3 respondents in the sufficient category with a percentage of 37%, so that the knowledge aspect was classified as good. In the respondent's attitude category, it is dominated by the good attitude category with a percentage of 75%. And there are 2 frequencies in the very good category with a percentage of 25%, so that the attitude category is classified as good. In the behavior category, the results obtained were 6 respondents in the good category with a percentage of 75% and 2 respondents in the sufficient category with a percentage of 25%. Conclusion: aspect of the Food Handler is classified as good so that the recommendations are that it needs to be improved on components that have not met the requirements.

Abstract

Permasalahan yang dikaji dalam penelitian ini adalah : (1) Faktor apakah yang menyebabkan terjadinya tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar, (2) Upaya apakah yang dilakukan dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian hukum empiris yang merupakan peneltiian yang bertitik tolak dari hukum positif tertulis dan perilaku nyata yang diperoleh dari lokasi penelitian lapangan (field research). yang berbentuk putusan pengadilan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan merangkum, memilih, serta mengfokuskan hal-hal-hal yang penting, dan dari data tersebut diambil kesimpulan. Indikator keberhasilan dari penelitian ini adalah : (1) adanya temuan faktor penyebab pencurian kendaraan bermotor dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Nomor : 231/Pid.B/2021/PN.Pol, (2) Adanya Upaya yang dilakukan pihak penegak hukum dalam menaggulangi tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar. Hasil Pengamatan dari faktor penyebab pencurian kendaraan bermotor dalam Putusan Pengadilan Negeri Polewali Nomor : 231/Pid.B/2021/PN.Pol antara lain : faktor pernana korban, faktor kelalaian korban. sedangkan upaya yang dilakukan penegak hukum dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana pencurian kendaraan bermotor di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar antara lain : upaya preventif (pencegahan) dan represif (hukuman)

Abstract

Abstrak Di dalam menjalani suatu ikatan perkawinan sering kali terjadi komflik yang biasanya berujung pada perceraian. Suatu perceraian antara suami istri masih mengikat hak dan kewajiban yaitu pemberian nafkah iddah. Adapun salah satu kewajibannya yaitu pemberian nafkah iddah. Nafkah iddah merupakan kewajiban yang diberikan oleh suami baik berupa uang maupun barang yang diberikan kepada istri selama masa iddah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui konsep nafkah iddah apakah sudah terlaksana menurut hukum islam atau tidak. Disamping itu, penelitian ini dimaksudkan juga untuk mengetahui akibat yuridis yang ditimbulkan, jika nafkah iddah tidak diberikan oleh mantan suami, serta alasan mengapa suami tidak memenuhi kewajibannya. Penulis telah melakukan penelitian ditemukan bahwa penerapan konsep nafkah iddah di Tinambung telah terlaksana menurut Hukum Islam walaupun belum secara menyeluruh. Hal ini dikarenakan berbagai pertimbangan hakim yang dimana menjadikan Hukum Islam lebih dinamis serta memposisikan Hukum Islam bukan hanya memberikan kepastian hukum tetapi juga keadilan. Adapaun akibat hukum bilamana suami tidak memenuhi kewajibannya tersebut sebagaimana yang diterapkan oleh majelis hakim maka tetap dianggap sebagai hutang. Dimana suami tidak di izinkan untuk mengucapkan ikrar talak apabila kewajiban tersebut belum terselesaikan. Adapun dispensasi yang diberikan oleh Pengadilan Agama Polewali adalah 6 (enam) bulan. Namun, bilamana setelah 6 bulan suami tetap tidak memenuhi kewajibannya maka permohonan perceraian tersebut dianggap gugur dengan kata lain pernikahan tersebut tetap utuh.
