Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the effect of the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety on the work Performance Employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang. This type of research is descriptive quantitative by distributing questionnaires through the Google Form, observations, and documents. Sample of the present study was filled with 124 respondents. The Sources of information for this study are secondary data and primary data using purposive sampling method. Based on the t-test resuts, it shows that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and tcount > ttable (2.472 > 1.9797), thus rejecting H0,, H1 is accepted. Occupational Health and safety has positive and significant jmpact on the employee’s performance in PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang with a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and t-count > ttable (4.562 > 1.9797) then H0 is rejected H1 is accepted. Then score F test analysis (simultaneous) show that the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety positive and important impact the Performance of employees of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk Palembang. With a significant value of 0.000 <0.05 and the Fcount value is greater than Ftable (49,311 > 0.392). It cauld be said that the higher the Work Environment and Occupational Health and Safety the better the Performance of the staff. The results of the determination is (R2) 0.449. it shows the effet of the environment and work safety and health variabel on Employee Performance while (44.9%) this value shows that the worker Performance variabel can be explained by Work Environment And work Health while and the remaining 55.1% by other variables that not included in this study.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Compensation and Career Development on Employee Performance at PT Aburahmi in PALI Regency. This research was conducted on PT. Aburahmi employees at Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI) jerus. 55 respondents as a sample. The data source in this study were secondary data and primary data using saturated sampling technique. Based on the results of the analysis, it shows that compensation and career development have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). F test (simultaneous) shows that Compensation and Csreer Development both have an effect on Employee Performance at Penukal Abab Lematang Ilir (PALI). Viewed and the coefficient of determination R Square is 0.274 which means 27,4% of employee performance variables can be explained by compensation and career development as much  72,6% can be explained by other variables not included in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality and price suitability on purchasing decisions for Emina products at Guardian in Palembang Square Mall, the sample used was guardian consumers who had the following criteria: consumers of Emina’s products, women who have visited and bought Emina’s products at Guardian Palembang Square, women who are currently still using Emina’s products. Sampling in this study were 85 respondents as a sample. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires via Google Form. Based on the results of the t test analysis on the product quality variabel, the probability value (sig) is 0.000 <0.05 and the t count value is 9.045 > t table 1.663, so it can be interpreted that product quality partially affects the decision to purchase Emina products. In the price suitability variabel, it is known that the sig value is 0.000 < 005 and the tcount value is 4.747 > t table 1.663, so it can be concluded that price suitability partially affects the decision to purchase Emina products. The results of the F test analysis obtained an Fcount value of 172,805 > F table 3.96 with a significance of 0.000, it can be concluded that the product quality and price variabels simultaneously have a significant effect on the Purchasing Decision variabel.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the Effect of Human Resources Training and Development on Employee Performance of the Palembang City Branch of the Pagi Sore Restaurant. The method used in this study uses a quantitative approach. The data collection technique used the distribution of questionnaires with a sample size of 60 respondents. The data analysis tools used are classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, and coefficient of determination. Data processing using SPSS version 24 for windows. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the Training variable with a significant value (0.000) which means that training partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Human Resource Development variable with a significant value (0.039) which means that Human Resource Development partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Training and HR Development simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a significant value (0.000).

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan akan semakin meningkat jika karyawan merasakan kepuasan dalam bekerja. Untuk menumbuhkan kepuasan kerja karyawan, Perusahaan harus mampu merespon kebutuhan-kebutuhan karyawan, antara lain kebutuhan secara psikis yakni Work life balance, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk untuk mengetahi bagaimana pengaruh work life balance dan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja karyawan Pada PT. Asuransi BRI Life Palembang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif Penelitian ini populasi dan sampel yang diambil adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Asuransi Bri Life Palembang yang jumlah populasinya sebanyak 90 orang yang akan dijadikan sampel jenuh dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menyampaikan bahwa variabel Work Life Balance berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Asuransi BRI Life Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai uji secara parsial dengan nilai thitung>ttabel (7,099>1,988), variabel Work Life Balance sangat penting dalam menjalankan sebuah perusahaan, variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Asuransi Bri Life Palembang. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai uji secara parsial dengan nilai thitung> ttabel (4,489 > 1,988). Koefisien determinasi 0,622 atau sebesar 62,2%. Nilai koefisien determinasi tersebut menunjukan besarnya kontribusi yang diberikan pada variabel indenpenden terhadap kinerja karyawan dan hubungan antara kedua variabel dalam kategori.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of digital culture on the performance of employees of PT Focus Retail Nusaprima. This study uses quantitative research methods with data collection techniques through observation and questionnaire distribution. Sampling in this study using saturated sampling technique. The population in this study were 50 employees of PT Fokus Retail Nusaprima. The analytical tools used in this study are validity test, realibilats test, classical assumption test, simple linear regression test, t-test and hypothesis testing which are analyzed using the help of the SPSS version 27 program. The results of this study indicate that digital culture has a significant positive effect of 26.0%. This is evidenced by the t-count> t-table value, namely (4.102> 2.010) with a significance of 0.00 <0.05. Companies should be able to continue to maintain and optimize the quality of these two things. In order to continue to improve employee and company performance. The results of descriptive analysis show that what needs to be improved in digital culture is the components that must be considered, namely agility and flexibility.

Abstract

Pengaruh program flash sale dan diskon terhadap perilaku impulsive buying produk pakaian pria dan wanita pada PT JM group lemabang kota palembang. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh program flash sale dan diskon terhadap perilaku impulsive buying produk pakaian pria dan wanita pada PT JM group lemabang kota palembang. Dimana variabel flash sale (X1), diskon (X2) dan impulsive buying (Y). Dengan sampel berjumlah 96 orang. Hasil teknik pengolahan data yang digunakan menggunakan program spss versi 25. Data ini diolah dengan alat uji normalitas, uji multikolinieritas, uji heteroskedasrisitas, uji auto korelasi dengan bantuan aplikasi spss versi 25. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan data dana analisis yang dilakukan, diperoleh persamaan regresi yaitu : Dengan menggunakan metode analisis regresi, dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel Flah Sale(X1), Diskon (X2) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Prilaku Impulse Buying (Y) dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 4.658 (X1) dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, nilai t hitung sebesar 7.760 (X2) dan signifikan sebear 0,000 < 0,05. Karena nilai signifikan dibawah 0,05 membuktikan bahwa Flash sale, Diskon berpengaruh positif dan signifkan terhadap prilaku impulse buying. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Flash Sale dan Diskon dibawah 0,05 , Menunjukan Flash sale dan Diskon memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulsive buying pada PT JM GROUP Cabang Lemabang Kota Palembang.

Abstract

Abstrak Pendidikan Agama Islam memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk kepribadian religius setiap individu, termasuk anak berkebutuhan khusus. Dalam perspektif inklusivitas, Pendidikan Agama Islam harus dirancang untuk memberikan akses yang setara dan relevan bagi semua peserta didik tanpa memandang perbedaan kemampuan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi literatur. Artikel ini membahas tiga sub-pembahasan utama: (1) hubungan antara Pendidikan Agama Islam dan inklusivitas, yang menyoroti pentingnya pendekatan yang menghargai keberagaman kemampuan dalam proses pendidikan; (2) tantangan dalam penerapan Pendidikan Agama Islam bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, seperti keterbatasan tenaga pendidik terlatih, kurangnya sumber belajar yang adaptif, serta stigma sosial; dan (3) strategi pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam yang inklusif, meliputi pengembangan kurikulum fleksibel, penggunaan teknologi bantu, pelibatan orang tua, dan pelatihan intensif bagi pendidik. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan inklusivitas dalam Pendidikan Agama Islam tidak hanya meningkatkan aksesibilitas pendidikan bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus, tetapi juga berkontribusi pada pembentukan lingkungan pembelajaran yang adil dan humanis. Dengan strategi yang tepat, Pendidikan Agama Islam dapat menjadi sarana efektif untuk memberdayakan anak berkebutuhan khusus dalam menginternalisasi nilai-nilai keagamaan secara optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the extent to which World Oil Prices and Infrastructure Spending influence Indonesia's Budget Balance in 2015-2024. The data used in this study are secondary data from 2015-2024. The analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The analysis results indicate that crude oil prices and infrastructure expenditure simultaneously have a significant effect on the Budget Balance, with an F-value of 5.720 and a significance level of 0.013 < 0.015. Partially, infrastructure expenditure has a significant impact on the state budget deficit, with a coefficient of β = 0.456 and p < 0.05, whereas crude oil prices do not have a significant effect (β = -0.106, p = 0.28). This is due to fluctuations in crude oil prices that do not always align with the continuously increasing trend of the state budget deficit each year. Infrastructure expenditure plays a crucial role in supporting economic growth, prompting the government to increase capital spending for development.
