Libraries play an important role in determining how the academic climate in schools is formed. To maximize scientific activities, the library is organized as a hierarchical system with many purposes and functions. The main reason why the goals and functions of libraries cannot be implemented effectively is because most of the school libraries in Indonesia currently do not meet the demands, both in terms of convenience and selection of library materials. Therefore, steps must be taken to restore proper library operations. The impact of better library services on the reading interest of SMP Kartini Taman students was one of the topics raised. This project is just one of many that Kampus Merdeka is undertaking as part of the Teaching Campus initiative. The service period in 2023 lasts from February 20 to June 16. Serving at the Junior High School which is located on Jl. Ki Suryo Jati Utara, Kedungturi Village, Taman District, Sidoarjo Regency, is the responsibility of our team. Through the implementation of school library management reform initiatives, this program seeks to restore the function of the school library in accordance with its vision and mission. The planning stage (Planning), the organizing stage (Organizing), the implementation stage (Actuating), and the control stage are the first steps in improving the administrative services of the implemented school library. Collecting data in this service is carried out using a qualitative descriptive methodology which includes interviews, observations, and documentation studies. Based on the initiatives made and the findings, the children's enthusiasm for reading in class increased. Thus, efforts to improve library services are ensured to be successful and right on target.

Freedom of Learning is one of the new policies in the world of education that has been issued by the Ministry of Education and Culture which is implemented for college students and students. This policy is carried out as a transformation in success in the academic field. Learning difficulties that afflict dyslexic students make educators feel less able to maximize their teaching, so that not a few dyslexic students are always neglected or left behind in classroom learning. Because of this new policy that makes inclusive children allowed to go to public schools, but many public schools actually cannot accept their arrival because of the lack of knowledge or how to understand dyslexic children's learning by educators. So that special assistance is one solution for schools so that the knowledge and interest of dyslexic children continues to increase.

Education is essentially the foundation for each individual to develop and shape his personality and social identity. The actions or behaviors include disciplinary violations, plagiarism, cheating, bullying caused by students close to the teacher to the implementation of free schools for students close to the teacher. This study used a quantitative approach. The population in this study was all students from grades I to VI at SDN Rungkut kidul 1/267 Surabaya City as many as 381 students. This sampling uses a random sampling technique, which will later use the Slovin formula obtained 79 people. The results of the calculation F count of 14,768, the variable School Climate of 1,765, the variable of Mental Development of 2,570 and the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0. 626 or 62.6% which means that the contribution to the school climate and mental development of the younger generation who attend SDN Rungkut kidul 1/267 Surabaya City is getting stronger

Various forms of juvenile delinquency carried out by students have recently become widespread. This reality really makes parents, teachers, community leaders and even the government feel angry. To overcome this problem, the government finally established a policy of strengthening the character of education for the entire community, including the education sector. Because of the importance of enforcing educational character in schools, the author conducted research aimed at examining the role of the educational ecosystem in implementing strengthening character education for students in schools. The method used in this research is a qualitative method by conducting interviews and surveys at schools based on the results of the analysis. The results obtained are that the implementation of character values by school principals, in the form of socializing school policies regarding character education, provides an example in implementing character values to students, and so on, teachers, in the form of: teachers as the center of school civilization, providing opportunities for opinions equally to students, assessing and reporting learning outcomes fairly and transparently, especially those related to instilling character values, forming students' personalities, and so on , staff/educational personnel in the form of: neat appearance. Speaking politely, and so on, parents/community in the form of mediators (building networks) with other institutions or communities in the action of instilling character values in schools, actively participating in school adiwiyata, holding training in schools, holding training in schools by inviting students. experts, and so on. With synergy in strengthening the character of education in schools, a conducive atmosphere will directly be created in the school environment.

Stunting is one of the world's nutritional problems, especially in poor and developing countries. Developmental delays are a problem because they are associated with an increased risk of morbidity and death, disruption of optimal brain development, resulting in motor development and development. The aim of this research is to find out whether the Great Parents School program is successful in providing education on stunting prevention patterns, development and educating parents about parenting patterns for early childhood. Considering that young children are in the prime period of childhood growth and development, improving family parenting skills can be a strategic step in maximizing the growing period to develop the next generation, as well as to find out the role of parents in preventing stunting in Lakarsantri Village. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection techniques use interviews and documentation. In preventing stunting, Lakarsantri Subdistrict has made various efforts including posyandu, counseling or outreach by cadres, related Community Health Centers in the Great Parent School program to the community about the importance of the role of the family in supporting children's growth and development, so as to increase community awareness in overcoming the problem of stunting. , providing additional food to fulfill balanced nutrition in the form of eggs, bread, milk, as well as efforts to increase the role of parents in supporting children's growth and development, especially in terms of meeting children's nutritional and health needs and providing stimulation appropriate to the child's age.

Abstract This article is a study of the implementation of passport service policies for children with dual citizenship in Indonesia. The implementation of this policy is the implementation of Permenkumham Number 18 of 2022, one of the points of which regulates the application of passport validity periods for children with dual citizenship. Regulations regarding the validity period of passports for children with dual citizenship are a form of policy that is in direct contact with Government Regulation Number 21 of 2022, although in its application to passport services at the Immigration Office, sometimes there is still no continuity between the two regulations. This then results in an analysis of the implementation of the passport service policy for children with dual citizenship which boils down to 3 decisions, namely first, namely providing a passport with a validity period up to the age limit for choosing the nationality of the passport applicant, postponing the passport application until the passport applicant completes the process of filing his/her citizenship selection, or refusing passport application because the passport applicant cannot complete the documents verifying the validity of his or her citizenship status by the previously determined time limit. The analysis used in this research uses Public Policy theory with the concept of Open Government and Public Policy Implementation in government institutions in Indonesia. It is hoped that this research will be able to provide an overview of the implementation of passport services for children with dual citizenship and provide the best solution for implementing this policy in the future.

Democracy is a system where the government should prioritize the people’s aspiration in implementing the policies because the people are a source of the power itself. A good Election system is a key of a good democracy system. This article is a research result of the citizenship validation in a government election. In fact, the citizenship validation mechanism is still not available in Indonesia as some violation cases happened during the Regent Election 2020 in Sabu Raijua. This research uses qualitative method and reference study analysist approach to deeply analyze the implementation of the citizenship validation during the general election in Indonesia. In addition, the theory of system and the concept of the democracy will be also used as an analysist so that it can give some descriptions and considerations to improve the quality of the next general election in Indonesia. The citizenship validation process also can be applied in other government administration affairs to support a better democracy implementation in the future.

Permasalahan stunting masih menjadi topik hangat yang menjadi perhatian dunia, khusunya di Indonesia. Stunting telah menjadi topik serius di Indonesia karena berdampak pada tumbuh kembang generasi penerus bangsa. Sementara itu, stunting merupakan suatu kondisi pertumbuhan yang lambat atau status gizi yang buruk serta merupakan kondisi tubuh yang kronis pada tumbuh kembang anak sejak usia dini. Terkait standar deviasi stunting, data angka stunting anak dibawah 5 tahun yang diterbitkan oleh WHO pada tahun 2018 menunjukkan bahwa Indonesia termasuk kedalam negara dengan angka stunting tertinggi ketiga di Asia Tenggara di Asia Tenggara setelah Timor Leste (50,5%) dan India. . (38,4%) dan Indonesia (36,4%). Sebagai aksi nyata implementasi kebijakan Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dalam penanganan stunting, Kelurahan Rungkut Menggal juga membagikan makanan bergizi dan bergizi kepada anak-anak yang masuk dalam daftar tersebut tumbuh perlahan setiap bulannya. This research examines how to improve the quality of premarital coaching in the RW 5 hall, Morokrembangan subdistrict, Surabaya city. Coaching is efforts, actions and activities carried out effectively and successfully to achieve better results. In general, coaching is considered a planned lifestyle improvement. Everyone has certain goals in life and wants to achieve these goals. If this life goal is not achieved, then people will try to rearrange their lifestyle. Premarital coaching is a knowledge and skills-based training program that providesand information related to marriage. Like how to maintain and maintain the integrity of the family. The research method used is descriptive qualitative to understand and explain the meaning behind reality.
