Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of students’ learning motivation using the Treffinger learning model and to determine the influence of students’ creative thinking skills using the Treffinger learning model. This research was conducted at SMPN 2 Jati Agung, South Lampung. The research method used was quasi-experimental. In taking the sample in this study using a purposive sampling technique, with class VIII A as an experimental class and class VIII B as a control class. The instruments in this research used learning motivation questionnaires and essay tests on creative thinking skills. Research results obtained using the t-test revealed the average score of the students’ learning motivation questionnaire in the experimental class is 87.6 and in the control class is 80.0, so that a score of tcount > ttable (6.019 > 1.996), and the average posttest score of students’ creative thinking skills in the experimental class is 80.3 and in the control class is 61.0, so that the score of tcount > ttable (7.589 > 1.996). It was concluded that there was an influence of Treffinger's learning model on the sound subject on students’ learning motivation and students’ creative thinking skills.

Abstract

Scientific attitude is an important element in learning Natural Sciences (IPA) which must be instilled early on. However, many studies reveal that students in elementary schools still have a low scientific attitude so it takes some effort to improve it. Efforts that can be done include implementing a learning model and media that are thought to facilitate students in developing their scientific attitude, one of which is the Guided Inquiry model with Sparkol Videoscribe learning media. This research has the aim of improving students' scientific attitudes by applying the Guided Inquiry model assisted by Sparkol Videoscribe in science learning. The method used in this study is a quasi-experimental type of experimental research and the Nonequivalent control group design. The population in this study were all grade 5 students of elementary schools in Cigasong Sub-district, Majalengka with the sample being grade 5 students of SDN Cicenang 1, Majalengka of two classes. The results of the study illustrate that the scientific attitude of students who obtained the Guided Inquiry model assisted by Sparkol Videoscribe was better than students who obtained conventional learning. From these results, it can be concluded that the Guided Inquiry model assisted by Sparkol Videoscribe is effective in improving students' scientific attitudes.

Abstract

Penerapan model discovery learning dalam pembelajaran bahasa indonesia dapat di gunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan menulis pada siswa di sekolah dasar, salah satu contohnya yaitu dengan menulis teks cerita menggunakan model pembelajaran discovery learning. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti bertujuan untuk mengetahui: 1) model pembelajaran discovery learning pada kemampuan menulis teks cerita pada siswa sekolah dasar, 2) Cara penggunaan model pembelajaran discovery learning dalam upaya meningkatkan kemampuan menulis teks cerita pada siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi pustaka sistematis, langkah penelitiannya yaitu menemukan artikel yang sesuai dengan dua kata kunci, memenuhi kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi, lolos penilaian kualitas terdiri dari penilaian pernyataan penelitian, metodologi, dan hasil penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pengunaan model discovery learning dalam meningkatkan keterampilan menulis teks cerita pada siswa sekolah dasar sangat berpengaruh sangat baik pada siswa, yaitu siswa dapat berfikir secara kritis dan memanfaatkan lingkungan di sekitarnya untuk mendapatkan sebuah ide atau gagasan dalam menentukan tema pada teks ceritanya, serta siswa dapat melatih kreativitas dan mengembangkan ide, imajinasinya sehingga dapat menuangkannya dengan menuliskan pada teks cerita yang dibuatnya

Abstract

This research aims to develop digital magazine media based on a contextual approach using the Canva application on vibration, wave and sound material. This research and development uses the Borg and Gall development model proposed by Sugiyono. The subjects in this research were class VIII SMP/MTs students. This research data was obtained from the results of student and educator response questionnaires, validation questionnaires of material experts and media experts. The results of this research are; 1) digital magazine learning media has been developed based on a contextual approach using the Canva application on vibration, wave and sound material, 2) based on assessments from media experts, they get an average score percentage of 82%, material experts get an average score percentage of 81%. All results of the questionnaire recapitulation at the product validation stage received very feasible criteria; 3) the assessment results of SMP/MTs educators received a percentage of 91% and student responses received a percentage of 87% in the very interesting category. Based on assessments by material experts, media experts, responses from educators and students, it can be concluded that the digital magazine learning media based on a contextual approach using the Canva application on vibrations, waves and sounds is suitable and interesting to use as a learning media. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan media majalah digital berbasis pendekatan kontekstual menggunakan aplikasi canva pada materi getaran, gelombang dan bunyi. Penelitian dan pengembangan ini menggunakan model pengembangan dari Borg and Gall yang dikemukakan oleh Sugiyono. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah peserta didik SMP/MTs kelas VIII. Data penelitian ini diperoleh dari hasil angket respon peserta didik dan pendidik, angket validasi ahli materi dan ahli media. Hasil penelitian ini adalah; 1) telah dikembangkan media pembelajaran majalah digital berbasis pendekatan kontekstual menggunakan aplikasi canva pada materi getaran, gelombang dan bunyi, 2) berdasarkan penilaian dari para ahli media mendapatkan persentase skor rata-rata 82%, ahli materi mendapatkan persentase skor rata-rata 81%. Seluruh hasil rekapitulasi angket pada tahap validasi produk mendapatkan kriteria sangat layak; 3) hasil penilaian pendidik SMP/MTs mendapatkan presentase 91% dan respon peserta didik mendapatkan presentase 87% dalam kategori sangat menarik. Berdasarkan penilaian oleh ahli materi, ahli media, respon pendidik dan peserta didik maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa media pembelajaran majalah digital berbasis pendekatan kontekstual menggunakan aplikasi canva pada materi getaran, gelombang dan bunyi layak dan menarik digunakan sebagai media pembelajaran.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Flipped Classroom berbantu E-Modul Socioscientific Issue untuk meningkatkan kemampuan komunikasi dan kolaborasi peserta didik. Pada penelitian ini metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Quasi Eksperiment dengan desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian berupa Posttest Only Design. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Lembar observasi. Sebelum instrument digunakan terlebih dahulu dilakukan uji validitas, uji realibilitas dan uji hipotesis dengan pendahuluan uji normalitas dan homogenitas. Pada lembar observasi kemampuan komunikasi peserta didik mendapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen bedasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase yaitu sebesar 85,61% untuk kelas eksperimen. Sedangkan untuk hasil nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol bedasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase sebesar 47,73%. Kemudian Pada lembar observasi kemampuan kolaborasi peserta didik mendapatkan hasil nilai rata-rata pada kelas eksperimen bedasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase yaitu sebesar 86,49% untuk kelas eksperimen. Sedangkan untuk hasil nilai rata-rata pada kelas kontrol bedasarkan hasil analisis data menggunakan rumus presentase mendapatkan nilai sebesar 39,39%. Bedasarkan hasil penelitian yang telah peneliti lakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan kemampuan komunikasi dan kolaborasi peserta didik pada kelas Eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran Flippedd Classroom berbantu E-Book Socioscientific Issue dengan kelas kontrol yang menerapkan model pembelajaran Konvensional berbantu buku cetak IPAS.

Abstract

Penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (Clasroom Action Research), yang meliputi perencanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Tindakan dilakukan untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar, keterampilan sosial dan hasil belajar fisika melalui pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode diskusi dan eksperimen yang dilangsanakan dalam tiga siklus. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMP Darul Arqam Gombara Makassar kelas VII Putri. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dianalisis secara kualitatif dan didukung dengan analisis kuantitatif dengan menghitung rata-rata kelas, ketuntasan belajar individu dan ketuntasan belajar klasikal. Hasil analisis deskriptif dikelompokkan ke dalam kategori sangat rendah, rendah, sedang, tinggi, dan sangat tinggi, dengan mengacu pada tabel distribusi frekuensi. Pengambilan data penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan lembar pengamatan aktivitas peserta didik dan tes hasil belajar fisika. Dari hasil  penelitian ini diperoleh data bahwa, Aktivitas belajar peserta didik selama pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode diskusi dan eksperimen berlangsung telah sesuai yang diharapkan, begitu pula dengan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik mengalami peningkatan  yakni rata-rata skor peserta didik pada siklus I 55,8, siklus II 66,5 dan siklus III 79,3. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa dengan penerapan pengajaran dan pembelajaran melalui model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD dengan metode diskusi dan eksperimen dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan aktivitas belajar dan hasil belajar fisika peserta didik kelas VII Putri SMP Darul Arqam Gombara Makassar.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe STAD, PTK

Abstract

This study is an experimental research, which aims to obtain information on physics learning outcomes of students of class X SMA Negeri 3 Makassar who follow the learning through the use of media images via computer and follow the conventional learning lesson year 20013/2014. Population in this research is student of class X SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. The research samples used class random technique and obtained two classes. One class is used as an experimental class that follows the learning through the use of computerized image media and one more class as a control class that follows conventional learning with a sample size of 58 students. Data processing of this research using two statistical techniques, namely: 1) Descriptive Analysis Technique to describe the characteristics of student learning outcomes of class X SMA 3 Makassar, 2) Inferential Analysis Technique with "t" test to test the research hypothesis which then becomes chi-square test because one of the data is not normally distributed. The results of inferential analysis obtained information that: "There is a significant difference between students' physics learning outcomes that follow the learning through the use of computerized image media with students who follow the conventional learning in grade X students SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen, yang bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi hasil belajar fisika siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Makassar yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui penggunaan media gambar lewat komputer dan yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara konvensional tahun pelajaran 20013/2014. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Makassar. Pengambilan sampel penelitian menggunakan teknik random kelas dan diperoleh dua kelas. Satu kelas dijadikan kelas eksperimen yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui penggunaan media gambar lewat komputer dan satu kelas lagi sebagai kelas kontrol yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara konvensional dengan jumlah sampel 58 orang siswa.  Pengolahan data hasil penelitian ini menggunakan dua teknik statistik, yaitu: 1) Teknik Analisis Deskriptif untuk menggambarkan karakteristik hasil belajar siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Makassar, 2) Teknik Analisis Inferensial dengan uji “t” untuk menguji hipotesis penelitian yang kemudian menjadi uji chi-kuadrat karena salah satu data tidak berdistribusi normal. Hasil analisis inferensial diperoleh informasi bahwa: “Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara hasil belajar fisika siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran melalui penggunaan media gambar lewat komputer dengan siswa yang mengikuti pembelajaran secara konvensional  pada siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 3 Makassar”.
